Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival. Inspection of the Kusyinsky waterfall. The "Red" Stone

08:00 Departure of the group from Perm from the monument "Permyak salty ears".

08:00-09:30 The road to the village of Uspenka.

A travel story about our region as the "Homeland of salt production" and about Ermak's conquest of Siberia.

09:30-10:00 Time for photographing on the observation deck in a historical place.

In 1580, this was the edge of Russia. Ermak left here to conquer Siberia, with the acquisition of which, the Moscow Kingdom turned into a Euro-Asian power. Thanks to Ermak's campaign, the Urals turned from the outskirts, the borders of the state into its core-the ridge.

10:00-11:30 Transfer to the Ermak cafe.

11:30-12:00 Rest on the territory of the cafe.

Photographing with an example of the "struga" in which Ermak went to conquer Siberia.

12:00-13:00 The road to the village of Kousier-Alexandrovsky. A travel story about the "Iron caravans".

13:00-13:30 Inspection of the Kusyinsky waterfall, which flows into the Koiva River and a story about the mechanisms of how cast iron was smelted in the period from 1723 to 1903.

Above this place, on July 4, 1829, the first diamond of Russia and Europe was found on this river near the settlement of the Fishery, where the development of gold-bearing placers was carried out!

13:30-14:15 Transfer to Ust-Koiva village to the glamping "Filin", located on the banks of the Chusovaya River, opposite the Filin rock. The village is located in the far Ural taiga.

14:15-15:30 Lunch at the glamping site.

    Check-in at home.

    Free time.

    Rest.

15:30-16:00 Departure in a covered sleigh (with warm blankets) for snowmobiles to the top of the Krasny stone – the business card of the Ust-Koiva village. It offers stunning views!

Snowmobiles will take you to the point where you will have to walk 10 minutes to the top of the stone.

In 1943, geologists found 2 diamonds next to the Red Stone, as a result of which, at the end of 1954, a small MDR-1 dredge was launched along Chusovaya. With its help, 23 lines were reconnoitered through 800 meters, and diamonds were found everywhere – a total of 488 pieces.

    16:00-16:30 Time for photography.

Hot tea made with local herbs of a special branded collection, in thermoses on top of a stone.

16:30-17:30 Ust-Koivinsky entertainment "Snow Tubing from the Red" For everyone.

You will be presented with a wild snow tubing track with a length of more than 200 meters!

Not everyone will decide on such an extreme! Multiple ascents / descents are possible (as long as there is a desire).

We will climb the mountain on snowmobiles!

17:30-18:00 Return to the glamping area.

    18:00 Rest.

It's important to know

Personal equipment you need for the tour

The form of clothing is warm, sporty and loose, suitable for weather conditions. Be sure to have good, comfortable trekking shoes.

You need to take with you:

  1. A thermos of tea and a small backpack for a snack.
  2. Be sure to take a headlamp with spare batteries.
  3. Hiking shoe covers for feet (protection from snow getting into shoes).
  4. Trekking poles (if available). For people who have problems with joints, it is a must.
  5. Spare replacement shoes and clothes for the bus. After visiting natural sites (most likely), some of the clothes and shoes will be damp or wet.
  6. Personal belongings for hotel accommodation.

A memo on clothes for snowmobiling (in a sleigh):

  1. In cold weather, multi-layered clothing will help to keep body heat longer, protect against winds and prevent frostbite. Use a warm jacket and pants (or a ski suit).
  2. Be sure to wear a scarf and a headdress (if possible, a balaclava).
  3. We recommend having protective glasses - they will protect your eyes from snow, fine ice, and also save you from the wind and the blinding sun.
  4. Gloves should preferably be worn with a fleece or wool lining, they should keep your hands warm, reliably protect from moisture and wind.
  5. To keep your feet warm, we recommend wearing thermal socks (it is better to take an extra pair with you on a trip).
  6. Shoes should be warm and comfortable for conditions when you are not on the move.
