Weekend in Ust-Koiva. Winter trip to the Perm Region

Snow-covered rocks, stones of the most bizarre shapes and crystal waterfalls of the Chusovaya River can fascinate anyone! We invite you to a short but very eventful trip to the Ural sights in the vicinity of the village of Ust-Koiva.

We will live in a cozy glamping and admire the places where the filming of the children's adventure film "Chuck and Huck" took place, as well as some scenes of the TV series "Territory".

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Departure from Perm. Krasny and Filin stones, Mill Creek

    07:00 Departure from Perm from the ”Theater-Theater", from Petropavlovsk St. (behind the stop Krisanova St., 12G).

    07:00-12:00 The road to the village of Ust-Koiva. On the way, stop at a cafe (self-payment).

    12:00 Arrival in Ust-Koiva village to the glamping “Filin”, located on the banks of the Chusovaya River, opposite the Filin rock.

    12:00-13:00 Lunch at the glamping site.

    13:00-15:00 Walking tour to the Krasny stone, along the way an inspection of the Filin stone. A stunning view of the river opens from the Red Stone. The walking distance is 5 km.

    15:00-17:00 Walking tour to Mill Creek (Crystal Waterfall). The total walking distance is 1.5 km.

    17:00-18:00 Return to the base.

    From 18:00 Accommodation in the glamping “Filin". Tubing from a huge slide in glamping.

    Supper. Bathhouse.

There are 2 houses on the territory. Each house is designed for 10 places to accommodate

Each house has its own bathroom (shower and toilet), which has shower gel, shampoo and gel soap for hands.

The rooms have bunk beds with curtains on each bed (there are 3 rooms for 10 people in each house).

Towels (large and small) will be provided to each tourist.

Each house has a kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and all utensils.

It's important to know

Personal equipment you need for the tour

To the bus and glamping:

  1. Bottled water.
  2. Spare replacement shoes and clothes for the bus. After hiking and snowmobile trips, most likely, some of the clothes and shoes will be wet or wet.
  3. Pillows or blankets for convenience during the trip.
  4. Personal belongings for the base, personal hygiene products and medicines.
  5. Identification documents, cards, cash.

On a walking tour and on snowmobiles:

  1. A thermos with hot tea/coffee and a small backpack for snacks, personal and hygiene supplies.
  2. Comfortable trekking shoes suitable for the weather. We also recommend hiking shoe covers (gaiters) on your feet (protection from snow and dirt getting into your shoes).
  3. The form of clothing is warm, sporty and loose, suitable for weather conditions.
  4. A hob (a seat under the ass), flashlights with spare batteries.
  5. On snowmobiles: extra warm clothes, mittens, scarf or buff to protect the face, warm boots, felt boots or EVA boots with insulation.
