Sledging behind snowmobiles

You will be whisked away to all the main attractions in a sleigh attached to a snowmobile.

We will see the snow-covered sparkling sights of the Perm Region, as if they came down from the pages of a book.

We will climb Mount Polyud, which offers a panorama of the winter Ural forest.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Perm. White stones, Usva pillars, Stone City
07:00 Departure from Perm.
07:00-11:00 The road to the village of Usva.
Check-in at a roadside cafe for breakfast (on your own for an additional fee).
Stop at the White Stones observation deck.
11:00-14:00 Snowmobile sleigh ride to the Usvinsky pillars under the pillar grotto (30 minutes).
Guided tour of the Usvinsky pillars with a tour of the Devil's Finger and a visit to the Stolbovaya grotto (1-1.5 hours).
Return by snowmobile to the village of Usva (30 minutes).
14:30-16:30 Visit to the Stone Town (walking distance 3 km).
16:30 Departure to Gubakha.
17:00-18:00 Dinner in the dining room.
18:00 Departure to Berezniki.
20:00 Arrival at the hotel, free time.

Day 2 - Mount Polyud and the Krasnovishersky Reserve Museum. Completion of the program

12:30-14:30 Snowmobile sledding on the Polyud stone.
The walking part is 3 km (a sledge ride to the foot of the mountain is 5.5 km in one direction. Climb to the top of Mount Polyud 1.5 km).
14:30-15:30 Lunch in the dining room.
16:00-17:15 Guided tour to the Krasnovishersky Reserve Museum.
17:15 Departure to Perm.
Check-in at a roadside cafe for dinner (on your own for an additional fee).

We advise you to maximize your physical abilities. Despite the fact that, in general, we will get to the peaks in a snowmobile sleigh, climbing the Pole may seem difficult for untrained tourists.

This tour is not recommended for people with musculoskeletal problems!

Berezniki Hotel is located in the center of the city of the same name in the Perm Region.

It offers rooms of different categories. Each room has an individual bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi coverage. The rooms are cleaned every day. The reception is open 24 hours a day.

The hotel has its own restaurant serving European cuisine.

For business meetings and negotiations, you can use the conference room, which is equipped with the necessary equipment.

There is a city park, a shopping mall, bank branches, and public transport stops within walking distance from the hotel.

It's important to know

The form of clothing is warm, sporty and free, suitable for weather conditions. Always have good, comfortable trekking shoes with non-slip soles.

You need to take with you:

A thermos of tea and a small backpack for a snack.
Be sure to bring a headlamp with spare batteries.
Hiking shoe covers for feet (protection from snow getting into shoes).
Trekking poles (if available). For people who have joint problems, it's a must. The poles will reduce the load on the knees when climbing the poles and the Usvinsky pillars.
Spare replacement shoes and clothes for the bus. After visiting natural sites (most likely), some of the clothes and shoes will be damp or wet.
Personal belongings for hotel accommodation.

Memo on snowmobile throwing clothes (in a sleigh):

In cold weather, multi-layered clothing will help keep your body warm longer, protect you from the winds, and prevent frostbite. use a warm jacket and pants (or ski suit).
Be sure to wear a scarf and a headdress (if possible, a balaclava).
We recommend wearing safety glasses — they will protect your eyes from snow, fine ice, and also protect you from the wind and blinding sun.
Gloves should preferably be worn with a fleece or wool lining, they should keep your hands warm and reliably protect them from moisture and wind.
To keep your feet warm, we recommend wearing thermal socks (it is better to take an extra pair with you on a trip).
Shoes should be warm and comfortable for conditions when you are not on the move.
