Arrival in Pskov. The city is located at the confluence of the Velikaya and Pskov rivers.
On a high cliff where the Pskov River flows into the Great, stands Russia's oldest fortress, the Pskov Kremlin (Krom). Founded in the early 10th century, the Kremlin has defended the northwestern borders of Russian lands for centuries.
Its history includes many attacks and 26 successfully sustained sieges, making it one of the most impregnable fortresses.

Greece is considered the birthplace of cheese, and its cheese-making traditions, based on ancient recipes, are distinguished from other countries. The Trempelis cheese factory is the first Russian company founded by a descendant of a Greek cheese maker.
The tour tells about the history of the appearance of Greek production in the Pskov region, as well as about the methods of making various types of Greek cheese.
Visit the farm, which contains about 50 Anglo-Nubian goats, whose milk is used for cheese production.
The program will end with a tasting of ten types of cheese, accompanied by a glass of wine and live music playing on the Greek bouzouki.
