Day 1 - Arrival on Sakhalin Island "Visit to the Sea Lions" excursion
Arrival in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Self-service transfer to the hotel.

14:30 Departure for a guided tour of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk – Nevelsk.
The road to Nevelsk passes through one of the picturesque and high passes of Sakhalin Island – Lovetsky Pass, which is about 13 km long. The highest point is Mount Staritsky, which rises 439 meters above sea level.
The pass offers beautiful views of the Sakhalin hills, which allows you to see all the beauty of the flora on Sakhalin. At the beginning of the 19th century, the site of Nevelsk was occupied by the Ainu settlements of Ponto-Kesi, which means "on the edge of the lake." From 1905 to 1946, the city bore the Japanese name Honto.

We will see a unique natural phenomenon (only in three places on the planet: Nevelsk/Sakhalin, Kamchatka, Seattle/ USA) — a sea lion rookery in the city, we will hear their "dialogues", we will take amazing photos at a minimum distance.
Return to the shore.

Day 2 - Aniva Lighthouse and lunch with oysters at Busse Lagoon
07:30 Transfer to Novikovo bucket port by comfortable transport with escort.
If breakfast is later at your hotel, we will book breakfast for you at the hotel in advance, and upon arrival at Port Ladle you will be able to have breakfast and drink hot coffee (travel time ~2 hours to Port Ladle Novikovo).
Arrival at the Novikovo bucket port.
Preparation for going to sea, briefing.
A boat trip to the most famous and unique Aniva lighthouse on boats or ribas.
Before the trip, we will give you raincoats for a comfortable trip to the sea (the duration of the boat trip is 3.5 – 4 hours).
Return to the Novikovo bucket port. Tea and a light snack after a sea trip.
Transfer to Busse Lagoon.
Gastro tour on the coast of Busse lagoon (duration 4.5 – 5 hours).
A master class on opening oysters. PHOTOSESSION.
Lunch of freshly caught seafood and wild oysters. You will have an exciting journey to a unique seafood "restaurant" with a tasting of wild oysters, completely unique in their taste qualities, which you can taste only on Sakhalin.
Departure to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
The tour ends in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Return to the hotel.

Please note! While on board a swimming vessel, you must adhere to generally accepted norms of behavior, not create dangerous or threatening situations. Be sure to wear a life jacket, if you get motion sickness, you need to take a medication for motion sickness.
During excursions, take care of cultural and historical monuments, as well as take care of nature. The boat trip depends entirely on the mercy of the sea.
In case of bad weather conditions and the inability to go to sea, the boat trip will be canceled or postponed to another day, or a car tour will be replaced.
Recommendations:
Aniva Lighthouse: on this route, on the way by boat across the sea, do not forget to take a raincoat, hat, and cotton gloves.
Lunch with oysters: take your favorite wine with you. Dry white wine, prosecco and brut go well with oysters.

Day 3 - Amber coast and Tikhaya Bay
Breakfast at the hotel.
10:00 Departure on the route Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk — Tikhaya Bay. Travel time ~2.5 – 3 hours each way.
Along the way, we visit:
The "Amber coast of Sakhalin", where the sea throws amber. The local amber "Sakhalinit" has a beautiful color of black tea with a cherry tint.
The torii gate of Higashi Shiraura Jinja Temple. Torii (Japanese for "bird roost") is a ritual gate placed in front of the shrines of the Japanese Shinto religion. The temple itself was destroyed in Soviet times. Currently, through the efforts of the government of the Sakhalin region and public organizations, the territory on the site of the former temple complex has been put in order, the object is considered a historical monument.
Arrival at Tikhaya Bay.
Walking tour of Tikhaya Bay.
Camping lunch by the sea.
The Quiet bay is so small that it is simply not marked on many maps. The sand here is only on the coastal strip, and everything else is black-brown rocks and huge stones that once rolled down to the very edge of the water.
There is everything here: bizarre rocks, lush vegetation, huge stones "baked" thousands of years ago by diligent Nature, the unpredictable Sea of Okhotsk and noisy seagulls living on a rock island with the exact name "Noticeable".
If you are a romantic, you will definitely find a modest edelweiss, a symbol of love and fidelity.
Departure to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

Recommendations: on this route, it is advisable to have comfortable sneakers or trekking shoes, rubber slippers for walking on a rocky bottom in the water, mosquito repellent, for those who want to swim — bathing accessories, a towel, in case of adverse weather conditions, do not forget to take a raincoat and rubber boots.

The Belka Hotel

The Belka Hotel is located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, in the business center of the city, but away from the noisy highways. Nearby there are government buildings, the Museum of local lore, the Chekhov Theater, shopping facilities and the park of culture and recreation. This location is suitable for both business trips and exploring the city.
