Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival on Sakhalin. Sightseeing tour of the city. Mountain Air Ski Resort
Arrival in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Self-service transfer to the hotel.
Attention! Check-in at the hotel from 14:00 (early check-in is possible by prior reservation, an additional payment of 50% of the room rate per day).
16:00 City sightseeing tour (2 hours).
During the tour, you will learn the history of the birth of the city, its development during the period of Japanese rule (at that time the city was called Toyohara), see preserved Japanese buildings, including one of the oldest, built in 1908, and one of the most striking buildings built in 1937.
We will introduce you to the most beautiful places and main sights of modern Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, climb to the observation deck of the STK "Mountain Air", from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the island capital.
Attention! Pay for the lift on the spot, independently.
We will visit three squares — Lenin, Victory and Glory, as well as the cozy square of the Chekhov Theater Center.
Transfer to the hotel at the end of the tour.
Free access to the Mountain Air ski resort (independently).
Skiing and snowboarding.
Please note! The cable car is open until 22:00.

Day 2 - Ice fishing. Winter banana riding. Rustic sauna and hot lunch in Sakhalin style
Breakfast at the hotel.
08:00-10:00 Transfer from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Busse Lagoon.
10:00-12:00 Smelt fishing or navaga fishing.
A day of vivid impressions from winter fishing and gastronomic pleasure.
You will feel like a real adventurer from Sakhalin, after spending several hours on ice in warm company, in cozy heated tents.
Caught fresh fish will be prepared for lunch at the Busse campsite in Muravyovo.
12:00-12:10 Transfer from the fishing spot to the Busse campsite.
On the territory of the campsite there is a cozy terrace, rest houses, a village sauna and a vat.
12:30-16:30 Rest at the Busse campsite.
Cooking a catch and a hot lunch in Sakhalin style.
Winter banana riding on a snowmobile and a wood-burning village sauna.
16:30-18:30 Transfer to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
The end of the tour.

Day 3 - Snowmobile Mountain tour

The Belka Hotel

The Belka Hotel is located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, in the business center of the city, but away from the noisy highways. Nearby there are government buildings, the Museum of local lore, the Chekhov Theater, shopping facilities and the park of culture and recreation. This location is suitable for both business trips and exploring the city.
