After driving along the old Tsarskoye Selo road, you will find yourself in the brilliant world of the former official residence of the Russian emperors – Tsarskoye Selo.

During the tour, you will learn when this suburb of St. Petersburg appeared, what events are associated with it, and why it is often called the "city of the muses."

And also find yourself in Sofia, the part of Tsarskoye Selo that belonged to the military for more than a hundred years.

Visit to St. Sophia Cathedral.

The majestic St. Sophia Cathedral is one of the first temple buildings in Russia, built in the style of Russian classics.

Conceived by Empress Catherine II as the main cathedral of the county town, the temple served the military for more than a hundred years.

Suvorov and Kutuzov, Pushkin and Lermontov, famous scientists, composers, and artists prayed under its arches, and almost all the famous foreigners who visited Russia visited here.

Excursion to the Catherine Palace with the Amber Room.

The Catherine Palace was originally created by architect F. B. Rastrelli as a place of official receptions for Russian nobility and foreign diplomats.

Stretching for almost 300 meters, the suite of rooms and state halls, richly decorated with intricate carvings and gilding, will certainly not leave you indifferent. And the "highlight" of the palace is the famous Amber Room.

A walk through the Catherine Park.

After the tour of the palace, you will have some free time to walk around the magnificent park surrounding the palace on your own.

Russian Russian Museum is decorated with exquisite pavilions, bizarrely shaped ponds and numerous monuments in honor of the victories of Russian weapons during the Russo-Turkish wars.

During the tour, you will visit one of the most luxurious palaces in St. Petersburg, the Yusupov Princes' Palace on the Moika River embankment.

Excursion to the Yusupov Palace (state halls, the prince's living quarters and the exhibition "The Murder of Rasputin").

The Yusupov Palace is one of the rare mansions where not only the main halls, but also the private chambers of the owners have survived.

The appearance of the palace reflected both the Oriental origin of the owners, as well as the delicate taste and unlimited financial possibilities.

In addition to the state halls where the Yusupovs hosted their annual balls, you will visit the music room, the living room of Henry II, the prince's study with a library, the Moorish Living Room, as well as the Rasputin Murder exhibition, which reconstructs the events of the last hours of the life of one of the most mysterious characters in Russian history.

The program ends at Moskovsky railway Station (the nearest metro station is Ploshchad Vosstaniya).
