A transfer to the hotel from the train station/ airport is available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance: from 2,300 rubles/car.
From 12:00 until departure for the program, a representative of the company with a sign "About Petersburg" will meet you in the lobby of the hotel. You can approach at any convenient time in this interval.
He will answer all your questions, provide updated tour programs and offer additional excursions that you can purchase at will.
