Day 1 - Arrival. New Year's Eve evening tour of St. Petersburg. A walk around the island of "New Holland". Ascent to the colonnade of St. Isaac's Cathedral
You arrive at the hotel on your own.
A transfer to the hotel is available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance: an individual transfer from the train station/ airport (from 2000 rubles/car).

Guaranteed hotel accommodation after 14:00.
You can leave your belongings in the luggage room of the hotel.

Departure for the program from the accommodation hotel.

From 14:00 to 16:00 (before departure for the program), a representative of the company with a sign "About Petersburg" will meet you in the lobby of the hotel.

A walk on the island of "New Holland".
You will find yourself in a new public space in the city center, where a New Year's atmosphere reigns. It's incredibly beautiful here during the holidays. Take a look at the New Year's fair, where you can buy unusual souvenirs.
Ascent to the colonnade of St. Isaac's Cathedral.
The colonnade of St. Isaac's Cathedral is 43 meters above the ground. From a bird's-eye view, you will see fascinating views of the central part of the city, the view opens to all 360 degrees, which allows you to maximize the beauty of the Northern capital.
End of the program: hotel.

Day 2 - Kronstadt and Peterhof

Bus tour to Kronstadt "Be the Russian Fleet!".
The tour will introduce you to the amazing city, steeped in naval glory and located on the small island of Kotlin in the center of the Gulf of Finland. This city has managed to be both a "key" and a "lock" without losing its crown. During the tour you will see a number of defensive structures of the XVIII-XIX centuries, monuments to Russian sailors and harbors, from where ships set off on military campaigns and circumnavigation of the world, you will be able to whisper a wish in the ear of a magical tree.
Visit to St. Nicholas Naval Cathedral.
The Naval Cathedral in Kronstadt, consecrated in honor of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, is the main naval temple of Russian sailors. It was built in the early 20th century as a memorial temple to all the sailors who died for the Fatherland.
You will visit St. Nicholas Naval Cathedral, where you will independently get acquainted with its unique interior decoration and marine relics.
Visit to the museum and historical park "Island of Forts".
This is Russia's first and largest park dedicated to the Navy. There are several themed venues on an area of 9 hectares. You can stroll along the Alley of Heroes of the Russian Fleet, which tells about more than three centuries of its history, and explore the lighthouse of memory with 200 names of heroic sailors, from the era of Peter the Great to the present day.
Transfer to Peterhof (about 40 minutes).
Peterhof bus tour "Palaces and manors of the seaside".
Peterhof is one of the most beautiful suburbs of St. Petersburg, where the first ceremonial country residence appeared at the beginning of the 18th century.
Excursion to the Grand Imperial Palace.
The majestic, luxurious, and exquisite palace is the center of the entire Peterhof ensemble. It was there that important decisions were made for the country, balls, masquerades, holidays and receptions of distinguished guests were held.

The history of many famous dynasties of Russia is inextricably linked with St. Petersburg. The Sheremetevs and Stroganovs, Shuvalovs and Bestuzhevs, Vorontsovs and Volkonskys, Trubetskys and Golitsyns, Pushkins, Demidovs and many others not only made a huge contribution to the development of Russia, but also left numerous palaces, temples, monuments that form the historical appearance and aura of our city. During the tour, you will visit one of the most luxurious palaces in St. Petersburg, the Yusupov Princes' Palace on the Moika River embankment.
Excursion to the Yusupov Palace.
The Yusupov Palace is one of the rare mansions where not only the main halls, but also the private chambers of the owners have survived. The appearance of the palace reflected both the Oriental origin of the owners, as well as the delicate taste and unlimited financial possibilities.

The program ends at Moskovsky train Station (the nearest metro station is Ploshchad Vosstaniya).

I had no idea what to expect from this tour. I came across a website online and decided to fill out the booking form, though I was quite nervous about whether it was trustworthy. I was contacted via Telegram by Yulia, who guided me through every step of the process.
