It is located in the very center of Russia on the interfluve of the small river Kachi and the great Yenisei. Founded in 1628 by Cossacks under the command of voivode Andrei Dubensky, the prison was originally called "Krasny Yar".
Krasnoyarsk received the status of a city in 1690. In 1822, the city became the center of the Yenisei province.
16:00 Excursion to the St. Nicholas Steamship Museum, a museum ship located in the eternal parking lot in the city of Krasnoyarsk.
A visit to the observation deck on Nikolaevskaya Sopka, where a charming view of Krasnoyarsk opens from a height of 505 meters.
