- There is a red building at the Terminal 1 railway station (Kazan — Passazhirskaya), the main entrance is near the sculptures of white leopards;
- at KAZAN International Airport — for an additional fee.
A representative of the tour operator at the train station will provide an updated program with the guide's contacts and a public transport route to the hotel.
If tourists are late for the start of the excursion program, please contact the emergency numbers immediately.
