There are no age restrictions for the tour, however, the trips are long, and the possibilities must be taken into account.

On March 1, 2026, new Rules for the provision of Hotel Services came into force (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1912 dated 11/27/2025). The main change: The consent of both parents (or legal representatives) is required to accommodate minor children in hotels and other accommodation facilities. Check-in is impossible without these documents! We recommend that you arrange the consents in advance and inform the manager at the time of booking.

When buying a tour:

1. Check out the route map, the list of places and attractions to be visited. Make sure that the planned points and their location match your interests. Pay attention to the duration of trips between the sites, the time of stops and the estimated duration of the tour.
2. Study the tour schedule: pick-up time, departure time, expected time at each facility, and return time. Check whether additional services are included in the price of the tour (for example, entrance tickets, guided tours, meals). If the program contains transfers between several cities and towns, make sure that logistics and transfers are organized conveniently and comfortably for you.
3. Remember that you voluntarily purchased a ticket, and you are responsible for your physical, moral, volitional, and technical capabilities necessary to participate in the chosen route and for your health status. Please note the age and physical requirements for participating in the tour. If the tour includes long walks, climbing stairs, or visiting facilities with limited access, make sure you meet the specified requirements. Check if special documents or pre-booking of additional services are required.
4. The tourist is obliged to inform before the trip about possible illnesses or contraindications to travel.
5. Please specify what is included in the price of the tour, and for which services you may have to pay extra. Review the cancellation and refund policy to understand how to proceed in the event of a change of plans or force majeure.

Landing rules:

Boarding the bus is carried out through the middle door according to a single list of tourists kept by the tour group guide. Boarding takes place immediately before the departure of the bus, approximately 10-15 minutes. The day before the tour, you must check with your manager the bus number and the phone number of the accompanying guide.

Time and place of gathering of tourists:

Please specify the exact time and place of collection at the time of booking. We recommend arriving at the pick-up point 15-20 minutes before departure. The bus departs strictly on schedule. The maximum waiting time for late tourists is 5-10 minutes, after which the transport continues along the route. In case of delay, the tourist must independently get to the group at their own expense, without compensation for the cost of the tour.

Bus travel rules:

Forbidden:

• to drink alcoholic beverages, smoke, consume narcotic drugs;
• It is forbidden to use strong-smelling (boiled eggs, sandwiches, sausage, etc.) or bulk products (seeds, chips, crackers), as well as ice cream to preserve the cleanliness and comfort of all tourists. It is forbidden to drink hot drinks: tea, coffee;
• taking animals with you;
• walking around the cabin while driving;
• independently open windows, hatches, doors, cause damage to property;
• disturbing other tourists;
• distracting the driver from the road;
• use baby toilet pots in the salon;
• ask the attendant to stop the bus.;
• carry dangerous and corrosive substances and objects;
• it is forbidden to put things on the upper shelves due to ventilation and safety;
• it is forbidden to put things with large dimensions (bottles, etc.) in the nets near the chairs.;
• it is forbidden to recline your back during the sightseeing part and short trips - the backs must be in an upright position so that it is convenient for all passengers to get in and out. You can only recline your back during overnight trips or long daytime trips between cities. 

We recommend it:

• when returning to the bus after parking, observing the tour schedule and the recommendations of the accompanying person;
• take portable chargers with you to travel on the bus. Not all vehicles have the ability to provide everyone with a built-in charging connector. Attention! There is no toilet on the bus, san.The zones are made every 3 to 5 hours and on demand. There is no refrigerator. According to the rules of road safety, passengers are required to wear seat belts. The bus driver, the trucking company and the representative of the tour operator are not financially liable (in the form of a fine) in the event of an inspection by representatives of the motor transport inspectorate and the traffic police, and the discovery of violations of these rules by bus passengers. The passenger who violates the safety regulations is responsible for paying the fine. Please note that the temperature inside the bus may not be evenly distributed due to the operation of the climate system. The temperature in the front and back of the bus may vary. We recommend dressing in layers so that you can easily adapt to the conditions in the salon if necessary. The peculiarity of the heating system of modern buses is that the heating is jerky - periodic switching on and off is necessary to avoid overheating of the cabin. Therefore, it is technically impossible to achieve a completely stable temperature, and the crew regulates it based on the requests of the majority of passengers.

Rules for being on a group tour:

Passengers who violate the rules of behavior on the bus and do not comply with the reasonable requirements of drivers, group leaders and passengers, as well as persons in a state of alcoholic intoxication, may be dropped off at the nearest settlement without any compensation or not allowed to board the bus.

1. Maintain discipline, keep up with the group.
2. Follow the instructions of the guide and instructor.
3. Show respect to other participants of the tour, do not detain the group on the route.
4. It is forbidden to leave the route without permission.
5. Comply with all safety requirements.

Required documents:

1. Originals of the passport/birth certificate, medical policy.
2. Pension certificate, student ID. (if the tour provides discounts for preferential categories).
3. Children who are not traveling on a tour accompanied by their parents (with grandparents, etc.) must provide the following to the hotel upon check-in: a handwritten application from one of the parents with an attached copy of the first page of the passport and the page with the registration mark.
4. Please note! Your wishes for accommodation in rooms next to each other, the choice of single or double beds, as well as special meals are taken into account when booking. However, their implementation depends on the configuration of the hotel, the capabilities of the cafe and other factors. We try to take into account all requests, but we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. Please treat this with understanding.

8. When booking a tour, pay attention to the hotel indicated in the program. In case of force majeure, the tour operator reserves the right to replace the place of residence, ensuring the comfort and safety of tourists.
9. Please note that the safety of your personal belongings is your responsibility. The tour operator is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of property left unattended in transport, hotels, public areas and during sightseeing programs. 
10. We recommend that you always keep valuables, documents and money with you. Do not leave bags, phones, or other personal items unattended. Use hotel safes (if available) to store valuable items. Be careful in crowded places.
11. If you have certain health restrictions or special requirements, such as the need to use an elevator, etc., please specify these points when booking a tour.

Stops:

1. Sanitary stops are held every 3-5 hours, depending on the route, terrain and infrastructure availability. Additional stops are possible on request.
2. Food stops are 3 times a day, each lasting about 1 hour (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
3. Technical stops are possible for refueling the bus and checking the technical condition.
4. The behavior at the stops is to return to the bus strictly at the time indicated by the guide or driver. If you are late, the group does not have to wait.
5. Personal items – do not leave valuables unattended when getting off the bus.
6. Private needs – check the nearest scheduled stops with the guide in advance, if an additional break is required.

What to take with you:

For bus travel:

1. Pillow for your head.
2. A blanket for comfort.
3. Comfortable clothes and shoes for a long trip.
4. Drinking water and a light snack.
5. A power bank and a USB charging cable for your phone.
6. First-aid kit for personal use (medicines, patches, motion sickness products).

1. In religious places, closed clothing is recommended (long skirts, trousers, closed shoulders).
2. In some regions, it is not customary to wear too revealing clothes.
3. Shoes may need to be removed before entering temples and mosques.
4. Greetings and gestures:
   1. Different cultures have their own forms of greeting (handshake, bow, cheek kisses, etc.).
   2. Not all gestures mean the same thing in different regions. 
5. Behavior in public places:
   1. Loud conversations and displays of emotion may be considered impolite in some cultures.
   2. It is important to observe local rules of conduct in transport and queues.
   3. Smoking and drinking alcohol may be restricted or prohibited in public places.
6. Visiting religious sites:
   1. Temples, mosques, churches, and monasteries should be entered with respect: do not make noise, turn off your phone, and follow the dress code.
   2. In some places, women need to cover their heads.
   3. Photography may be prohibited or restricted. 
7. Food traditions:
   1. Some regions have adopted special food rules. 
8. Tip: before traveling, study the specifics of the region you are going to in order to feel confident and show respect for the locals.

Emergency communication:

In case of an emergency during an active tour, it is important to know where to seek help.

1. Emergency services (single number) – 112. It works even in the absence of a SIM card and mobile network, connects to the nearest rescue service.
2. For tour questions: guide/instructor (check the room before departure).
3. Medical care: ambulance – 103.
4. Communication with relatives: inform your loved ones in advance that communication on the route may be unstable. In places with poor connectivity, it is better to send SMS or voice messages – they reach faster. Charge your phone and take a power bank.

Parental responsibility for minors:

Accompanying persons are responsible for minors. Independent movement without an adult escort is allowed from the age of 18. On the territory of the Russian Federation, a notarized power of attorney is not required for the movement of minors.

Baggage allowance:

Hand luggage should not interfere with the movement of other passengers. Its dimensions should not exceed 60 ×40× 20 cm, and its weight should not exceed 30 kg. Up to two pieces of luggage no more than 100x50x30 cm are accepted in the luggage compartment. The luggage must be securely packed. The company is not responsible for its safety. The loading and unloading of baggage is carried out by passengers themselves.

How many people will take part in the tour:

The tour will take place with the minimum number of participants required for the selected route. 

In case of shortage of the group:

1. The tour operator will notify tourists in advance of a possible cancellation and suggest an alternative date or itinerary.
2. If the tour is cancelled due to a shortage of the group, the cost will be refunded in full. We recommend booking the tour in advance to ensure that it takes place.

The right of the company to change seats, in case of replacement of the bus:

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of tourists, the tour operator reserves the right to replace the bus at any time, if necessary. It is possible to replace a minibus with a large bus and vice versa, which may lead to a redistribution of seats without additional compensation. The tour operator does everything possible to ensure the convenience of the participants, but the final allocation of seats remains with the organizers of the tour.

Replacing objects with equivalent ones:

The tour operator reserves the right to:

1. To change the order of provision of services without reducing their volume.
2. Replace declared facilities with equivalent ones if the originally planned locations become unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the organizers (weather conditions, repairs, access restrictions, force majeure, etc.).
3. Adjust the route to ensure the safety and convenience of the group. All changes to the tour program are made taking into account the interests of tourists, and the company guarantees the provision of facilities and services of similar importance and quality.

Transportation of animals:

Transportation of animals in a tourist bus is prohibited for the following reasons:

1. Possible allergic reactions in passengers.
2. The observance of silence and comfort for all participants of the tour.
3. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitary standards in transport.
4. Avoiding stressful situations for animals during long journeys.

Personal responsibility:

Each tourist is personally responsible for:

1. Compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation during the tour.
2. Compliance with the rules established by carriers, authorities, tour operator and tour guide.
3. Safety of personal items (the organizer is not responsible for lost or abandoned items).
4. Compliance with the norms of behavior in public places, in transport, at natural sites and in cultural institutions.
5. Damage to third parties or property, including fines, material and moral damage, which the tourist reimburses at his own expense.
6. Compliance with safety regulations on active routes (in case of non-compliance with the recommendations of the guide, the responsibility for possible consequences lies with the tourist). Failure to comply with these requirements may result in administrative or other liability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the current legislation, it is necessary to use an appropriate booster restraint device to transport children on the bus. 

If the bus is stopped by traffic police officers, the parents or accompanying persons of the child are responsible for compliance with the requirements for safe transportation. Please ensure the availability and use of the booster for all children under the age of 5 years inclusive. If an administrative fine is issued for violating the requirements for transporting children, the payment will be borne by the child's parents or accompanying persons.

The bus has USB sockets for charging devices. However, the tour operator does not guarantee their proper operation, so we recommend that you carry a portable charger (power bank) for convenience during your trip.

If there are any restrictions or special nutritional requirements, we cannot ensure that they are taken into account, since this service is provided as part of a group tour. You can completely cancel meals at the time of booking and receive a recalculation of the cost. In case of a power failure, no recalculation is performed. Tourists can purchase meals on the spot (if possible) or take them with them.

The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the program while maintaining the volume of service.

The time of arrival is approximate. It depends on the traffic situation and situations that may directly or indirectly affect the arrival time.

The operator reserves the right to replace the hotel with a similar or higher level. 

All accommodation requests (view from the window, floor, room location, etc.) are taken into account when booking, but are not guaranteed and depend on the hotel's facilities at the time of check-in. 

Bus travel insurance is included in the price of the tour.
