Day 1 - Arrival in the village. Kamennomostsky. Bathing in a geothermal spring

We swim in large modern pools with running water from a hot spring.
Activated flint water perfectly relaxes the body, helps in the treatment of a number of diseases and is used for cosmetic purposes (after bathing, the skin becomes smooth and beautiful).
At your disposal there will be 3 large swimming pools with temperatures from +34 to +39 degrees, one for children and a pool with cold water.
For those arriving from Sochi, the trip to the geothermal spring is postponed to the evening, on the day when the excursion to the Lago Naki plateau will be held.

Day 2 - Horse riding route. Khadjokh gorge, Mezmaysky Canyon

A very deep (up to 40 meters) four-hundred-meter corridor of the gorge was created by a mountain river.
Trapped in the embrace of the rocks, the water stream rumbles past the observers.
It is here that you can see and feel the incredible power and strength of water.
Next, the route will pass through the canyon of the Belaya River to the gorge of the Mezmaysky stream, which resembles a stone maze.

Day 3 - Training in working with climbing equipment

10:00 Exit to the hiking route and get acquainted with the natural architecture of the Rufabgo mountain gorge with its water extravaganza — waterfalls: Noise, Baby, Heart of Rufabgo, Lace.
Swimming in waterfalls.
Trekking to the Sail rock.
The Sail Rock is a huge rock in the form of a sail, standing at the confluence of the Bachurin and Rufabgo streams.
On this day, at the natural climbing wall, an experienced mentor will help you master the technique of descent and ascent by rope, and with the help of climbing equipment you will descend into the cave Through (descent height 15 m).

Day 4 - Elements of canyoning and rafting

A simple rafting along the Granite Canyon (extra charge) on the Belaya River (1.5 hours).
Granite Canyon is a natural monument, interesting because the rocky shores up to 50 meters high have blue and red colors, the length of the granite canyon is 4.5 km and the depth reaches 200 meters.

Departure to the Mishoko tract.
The Mishoko River in its lower reaches formed several cascades of waterfalls, baths in monoliths, and deep backwaters.

Day 5 - A rope park. Biosphere Reserve. Ancient megaliths

Along the picturesque valley of the Belaya River with stops in the Big Granite Canyon, at the confluence of the Kisha and Belaya rivers and in the village. Khamyshki, we will take a minibus to the village of Guzeripl.
We will go to the territory of Europe's largest biosphere reserve, where there is a rope park, a museum of the reserve and one of the most interesting megalithic structures of antiquity — the dolmen.
Visit to the rope park.

Day 6 - Lago Naki plateau and unequipped caves

10:00 We climb by car to the Lago Naki mountain plateau, at an altitude of about 2000 m above sea level.
Trekking to the sources of the Kurjips River with crystal clear water and the Sheep cave.
Lunch — lunch box.
Visit three unequipped karst caves: Beautiful, Picket and Dry.
The caves are located among the forest in the southern part of the Azish-Tau range at an altitude of more than 1300 meters above sea level.
A large number of stalactites and stalagmites have formed on the walls, ceiling and floor of the caves.
When visiting unequipped caves, adventures are guaranteed!

The trail will pass through the forest, go to the checkpoint of Yavorovaya Polyana and then go to the alpine zone.

Day 9 - Guam Gorge

10:00 Departure for the route to the Guam Gorge, located between the villages of Mezmai and Guamka.
This is a natural canyon with walls up to 400 meters high, which was formed by the Kurjips River.
A narrow-gauge railway runs along the bottom of the gorge, cut right into the rock.
You will take a short trip on an excursion train.
The gorge surprises with its huge cliffs, cascades of small waterfalls, including the grandiose hundred-meter waterfall of the Kurjips River, and leaves a very strong impression.
A walk through the Guam Gorge.
