Air and railway tickets are not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase them yourself or contact us for help.

Insurance is not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase additional travel insurance on the website of a Large Country without commission directly from insurance companies.

The transfer is carried out on the day of arrival. 

Transfer at any other time, earlier or later than specified, is not included in the price of the tour, it is paid by the vacationers themselves.

• Transfer from Mineralnye Vody to the village Kamennomostskiy:

The departure time of the bus from the airport of Mineralnye Vody is 13:00.

• Transfer from Krasnodar to the village Kamennomostskiy:

The departure time of the bus from Krasnodar railway station is 12:10.

Tourists must arrive at Krasnodar railway station no later than 11:30. The bus departs from Krasnodar railway station after the gathering of the group, but no later than 12:10. The transfer on the day of arrival, earlier or later than 12:00, is paid for by the vacationers themselves.

• Transfer from Armavir railway station at 15:00-15:20.
• In case of your arrival in Sochi:

We will meet you at the railway station in Maikop at 22:00. You can get to Maikop by the Lastochka Sochi-Maikop train. The departure time of the train from Adler is 16:18.

Return transfer (extra charge):

• Return transfer on Wednesday. 

The bus from Kamennomostskiy settlement to Mineralnye Vody and Armavir departs at 06:30-07:00.

The bus from Kamennomostsky settlement to Krasnodar departs at 10:00 to the railway station.

Return transfer is not included in the price of the tour.

• The cost of the return transfer on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday to Mineralnye Vody is 1,300 rubles/person.;
• The cost of the return transfer on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday to Krasnodar is 1,000 rubles/person.;
• The cost of the return transfer on Saturday and Sunday to Armavir is 1,000 rubles/person.

For those who travel to Sochi by Lastochka train:

Transfer from Kamennomostsky to Maikop on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday in Maikop at 5:45 a.m. (cost 600 rubles). The train departs from Maikop at 07:00

• For those who travel to Moscow by bus:

Transfer time from Kamennomostskiy to Maikop is subject to agreement. The cost is 600 rubles (at least 2 people).

In exceptional cases, if the flight is delayed or the arrival of the tourist train is delayed, the transfer may be delayed, but not more than 40 minutes. In case of massive flight delays and train arrivals: for an unlimited reasonable time.

• You can get from Krasnodar airport or Krasnodar railway station to Kamennomostsky village or from Kamennomostsky village to the airport or Krasnodar railway station yourself by ordering a bus or a car. Check the cost with the manager

• From Maykop to the village. Kamennomostsky can also be reached by bus or by minibus. Stop in Maykop at the central market;
• You can get there by private car. Currently, the M4 Don highway is a modern highway with 4 lanes, two in each direction. The net travel time, without violating the rules, with normal traffic is 17 hours

People who are contraindicated in physical activity cannot participate in the program, and there are also any contraindications associated with being in pools with geothermal hot or cold water.

The tourist guarantees that physical activity, as well as being in pools with geothermal hot or cold water, are not contraindicated for him, his state of health allows him to participate in the tour program. The contractor is exempt from any liability if the tourist knew or could have known that his health condition does not allow him to participate in the tour program.

Thermal water, which is extracted from well No. 12-T, has a constant chemical composition, it can be used for medicinal and drinking purposes. Water is classified as mineral waters that have a low-mineralized bicarbonate-chloride sodium composition, with an increased content of silicic acid.

Silicon water combines the taste and freshness of spring water, the purity and structure of melt water and the bactericidal properties of silver water. Active precipitation of heavy metals occurs in activated silicon water, the water becomes clean in appearance and pleasant to the taste, it does not deteriorate for a long time and acquires many other medicinal qualities.

Silicon water has practically no contraindications for use. According to scientists, silicon is a powerful water activator and has significant bactericidal properties. The water does not spoil, lasts a long time, and is purified.

The therapeutic and health-improving properties of water are confirmed by balneological and medical conclusions of the Federal State University "Pyatigorsk State Research Institute of Balneology of the Federal Agency for Health and Social Development". 

The depth of the well No. 12-T is 1595 m, the water temperature is 86 C. Dissolved gases: CO2, CH4, N2. Refers to low-mineral waters of bicarbonate-chloride sodium composition with a high content of silicic acid (the base analogue of water of groups 23 and 22, types "Aivazovsky" and "Crimean" GOST 13273-88).

The water temperature in the pools is 37-39 degrees. There are no restrictions on external use.

Medical services are not provided. In order to use the water for medicinal purposes, consult a specialist.

Moscow – Voronezh – Rostov.

Before Rostov, turn left along the bypass to Krasnodar (Sochi, Baku) to the station. Pavlovskaya Street.

At the traffic police post, turn right to Krasnodar, after 54 km through the viaduct to Vyselki, after 12 km on the ring to the left.

~ 1.5 km after the Yukos refueling station, turn right onto the viaduct through the railway, then follow the main road to Ust-Labinsk (12 km – Beisuzhek, 11 km – Kirpilskaya).

Then turn left 14 km to the ring, turn right ~ 6 km to the end (traffic police).

Further to Maikop – 78 km. In Maikop, after the TNK gas station (on the right), after 200-250 m, turn left, then right onto Khakurate Street and then straight to the railway crossing.

Beyond the crossing to the right is a straight road (40 km) to the village. 

Cellular communication and USB modems of any operators work normally in the village, Wi-fi is not available everywhere.

The final formation of the routes of the day and the determination of the start and end time of the events on the tour takes place on the day of arrival.  During the tour program, it is possible to postpone excursions by the days and time of the start of excursions with full implementation of all points of the program.

In the summer, we go to geothermal springs, mainly in the morning.

Tourists are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages on the route. At the slightest suspicion of alcohol or other toxic intoxication, the instructor has the right to remove the tourist from the route. No refund is made.

If a tourist has left or is removed from the route, including in the highlands, payment for an individual transfer is made at the expense of the tourist.

Additional events that can be held on the territory during the time free from the tour program are not included in the price of the tour, as a rule, they are held free of charge. The tour organizer notifies the tourist about the event, provides a venue for the event, but does not organize and conduct it, and is not obligated to take the tour participant to the event.
