Christmas in Adygea

We have breakfast and go on the route. 

Today we will visit the Granite Canyon and the Museum of the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve (Guzeripl village), we will see the largest dolmen in Adygea. 

This "giant" will make a pretty strong impression on you due to its aesthetic and megalithic features. 

We will talk about the history and mysteries of the Caucasian dolmens, about the emergence of construction technology and the mysterious disappearance of the grandiose culture of dolmen builders. 

We also study the exhibits of the Museum of Nature and the history of the reserve. 

Along the way, we make stops at picturesque points of the Granite Canyon, we will approach narrow places (the width of the riverbed does not exceed 2 meters!), where the mountain river is squeezed by stone giants. 

The road to the village of Guzeripl itself impresses with a change of landscapes and an opening view of the rocky belt of the Kamenny Sea mountain range – this tsunami, refracting almost at right angles at its highest point, is called Nagoy Kosh and rises 300 meters. 

For those who want to add even more vivid emotions and extreme impressions to this day, we suggest going on a rafting trip along a mountain river (extra charge). 

Return to the recreation center. 

After a delicious dinner, we suggest spending the evening in a light game atmosphere or watching themed movies.

After breakfast, we leave in the direction of the Lago Naki plateau. 

After reaching the Chute gorge (1700 meters above sea level), we climb to the observation point. 

From here you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the plateau, rock outcrops up to 100 meters high... It's all breathtaking. 

Next, we will have a snowshoe walk through the snow-covered wild forest above the Kurdzhipsky tract. 

When we get to the wildest and most beautiful places, among the snow-covered firs, we make a fire, arrange a hot rest snack. 

It will turn out to be extremely tasty and desirable, and the presence of local spirits as a tasting will give our meal a festive touch. 

The route is circular, so we manage to get to the most interesting places.

After the end of the route, we go sledding! 

Frisky flights down the snowy slope are waiting for you. 

On the way back, we stop at the "Island of Love" and find ourselves in a real winter fairy tale! 

Magnificent pines and fir trees are wrapped in lush snow. 

We admire the incredible panoramas of the snow-capped peaks. 

After the route, we return to the base, where natural home cooking awaits us. 

In the evening we go to the hot springs.

Snow falling into hot water, the soft and relaxing effect of the thermal spring water, the diffused warm steam rising above the surface of the pool, the stars of the night sky, the play of light and sound – all this is an excellent end to a good day!

On this day, your route will pass through the canyon of the Meshoko River. 

There is a full set of attractions here: caves, rocks, grottoes, waterfalls, panoramic points and even an ancient man's parking lot. 

We will head along the riverbed, along stone ledges, boulders, passages, where each time the "rock bag" closes with a beautiful waterfall. 

The next place to visit is the Black Noise beach. 

The tour will not take much time (about 1 hour), but it will give an idea of what a canyon of a mountain river is. 

Here, on the steep, almost completely bare limestone walls, numerous niches can be seen, washed away by a rapid stream. 

Very impressive! 

After the route, we arrange a snack at a panoramic point and go for a horse ride through the winter forest. 

In the evening, we return to the base, where a real festive dinner will be waiting for us – tasting of Adyghe cheese, barbecue, local spirits. 

Outside the window, the "hooting" of owls, the forest and no one else. 

All this is a great end to the day.
