Day 1 - Arrival. Geothermal source
The final formation of the routes of the day, as well as the determination of the exact start and end times of events, takes place on the day of arrival.
Check-in and first acquaintance.
A driver will meet you and take you to your place of residence in one of the resort towns of Adygea: Kamennomostskiy or st. Dakhovskaya.
Transfers are organized from airports and railway stations. See the "Important to know" section for a detailed list of cities and transfer conditions.
Check-in takes place in accordance with your agreement in guest houses or hotel rooms with all amenities.
14:00 Lunch. If you arrive later than the start of lunch, don't worry: the driver will give you a lunch box as a snack, and the first course (soup) will be served for dinner.

19:00 After dinner, a trip to the geothermal spring: swimming in spacious modern pools with flowing geothermal water coming directly from the hot spring.
The stay time is 2 hours, there are several pools at your disposal with different temperatures: from +22°C (refreshing) to +39°C (relaxing).
Important for guests from Sochi: the trip to the geothermal spring is postponed to the evening of the day when the excursion to the Lago Naki plateau is planned.

This is a living page from the history of the Earth. 100 million years ago, 5 kilometers of narrow, deep gorge, walls up to 400 meters (this is higher than the Eiffel Tower) and surrounded by rocks, moss, ferns, cascades of waterfalls and waterfalls of the Kurdjips River.
A narrow-gauge railway, cut directly into the rock, runs through the canyon.

Day 3 - Visit to the monastery and the holy spring. Thermal baths

09:00 We leave for the village of Pobeda to St. Michael's Monastery. Here you will find not just an excursion, but an immersion in history and spiritual atmosphere.
You will hear a story about how the monastery was reborn from the ruins, visit the ancient Trinity Church and stroll through the well-kept grounds. You will hear the legend of the Byzantine treasures, which, they say, are still hidden under the mountain.
The Paleontological Museum is a "Stone Museum". It contains ammonites, fossils and other traces of the ancient Tethys Ocean, which covered these lands more than 100 million years ago.
Guided tour of the monastery + Rock Garden collection — 300 rub.
A special part of the route is the dungeons of the monastery. Most of the entrances were blocked up in 1954. We will walk through the accessible part of the dungeon: the chapel, where candles are still lit; the monks' cells, where they once prayed and lived in complete solitude.
Not far from the monastery, on the slope of Mount Physiabgo, is the holy spring of the Great Martyr and healer Panteleimon. According to legend, the water here heals diseases of the body and soul. We will climb up to it along a soft path (about 500 meters, smooth ascent) and collect some water.
We're going back. Check out at 13:00 to make it to lunch.

In the afternoon, we will go to the geothermal spring, where warm pools with geothermal water are waiting for you. 2 hours to relax, relax after a walk and just swim.

The Mishoko Extreme Park operates in the gorge.

Day 4 - Thermal baths. Mishoko Gorge Hiking / Horseback riding

09:00 We leave for the geothermal spring. Pools with thermal water (about 37°C) are waiting for you. 2 hours to swim, relax your muscles and let your body rest.

14:00 Lunch at the base.
15:00 We leave for the gorge of the Mishoko River. This facility is located on the outskirts of the village of Kamennomostsky. You will walk along the upper trail, where every step reveals new panoramas of the foothills, green waves of hills stretching into the distance, painted with the brush of nature itself.
The gorge is surrounded on both sides by cliffs up to 70 meters high, their bright yellow walls shimmer in the sunlight and have bizarre shapes. Majestic beech trees and chestnuts rise along the steep slopes, and the Mishoko River flows and waterfalls flow below.
The walking tour will last 1.5-2 hours. There are no handrails, paved paths, or stairs on the route.
If you have chosen an equestrian route: the duration of the route is 1 hour in the saddle + 30 minutes for preparation. Horseback riding 1 hour — 1,400 rubles, delivery to the venue is included in the price.
Taking an equestrian route through the gorge is a rare opportunity not just to watch, but to ride along a mountain path, and experience the pleasure of communicating with this beautiful and strong animal: to feel the warmth of a horse, to hear the rhythmic clop of hooves on rocks, to see the beauty of the gorge from a height.
Then we go to the private museum Belovodye. The collection is made with love and passion for history. The historical and paleontological collection is kept here.:

We will pass through the territory of Europe's largest natural biosphere reserve, where the reserve's museum, rope park and one of the most interesting mysterious megalithic structures of antiquity, the dolmen, are located.
Let's take a look at the nature museum, get acquainted with the history of this place and see interesting artifacts. In the aviary complex we will look at the representatives of the local fauna. We will admire the fir forest, the mountain river, and breathe in the purest mountain air.
And, of course, the rope park, if you want to cheer yourself up a little by climbing to a height among the trees.

Day 6 - Lago-Naki. Bolshaya Azishskaya cave. Barbecue dinner

On the way, we make "panoramic stops", where the three-thousand-meter mountains will open up before you in all their grandeur. The air here is already different, fresh, cool, crystal, with the scent of pine needles and mountain grasses. You feel the lightness coming back to you.
The guide will accompany you all day and share not only facts, but also stories, legends and what is not found in the guidebooks.
You can take a walk, take photos, have a snack, and visit souvenir shops selling local sweets, soft, salty, and smoked Adyghe cheese, herbal teas and halyuzhs, and cute trinkets.
Visit to the Bolshaya Azishskaya cave.
The cost is 800 rubles / adult, children from 7 to 14 years old 400 rubles.
The cave is equipped with lighting and safe paths. It's cool, humid, and quiet inside, and you immediately feel like you've entered another world.
The cave was created 2 million years ago by the flow of an underwater river, and it is one of the five largest in Europe. The main wealth of this underground kingdom is stalactites, stalagmites and stalagnates, stone "sculptures" that have been growing for centuries.
The duration of the cave tour is about 30-40 minutes.
We will finish our route at the observation deck of the Iron rock at an altitude of about 2000 meters. From here you can see all the plateaus: alpine meadows, steep cliffs, snowfields, distant ridges and mountains. It's good to stand in silence for a while, take a photo and just look around.
And if you look closely at the stones under your feet, you can find a petrified shell. Yes, exactly the one that lived in the Tethys Ocean 300 million years ago!

We are moving from the village of Kamennomostsky to the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory to the cozy village of Betta.
The village of Betta is a picturesque resort area located 40 km south of Gelendzhik. The surrounding area has preserved its pristine mountain nature: mixed forests, natural pebble beaches.
The distance from the base to the beach is about 350 meters. The road has no steps, smooth ascent and descent, passes by the private sector and takes only 12-15 minutes.
