The first half of your trip will take place in an amazingly beautiful place – the mountains and foothills of Adygea. There you will try the most interesting types of outdoor activities that do not require special training.

In a week you will continue your journey to the village. Betta is located on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory, forty kilometers from Gelendzhik, where you will spend a week enjoying the bright sun, inhaling the aroma of the Black Sea pines and swimming in the sea.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Geothermal source
Transfer from the airport and train station.
Arrival in the village. Kamennomostskiy.

14:00 Lunch.
If you arrive later than the start of lunch, don't worry: the driver will give you a lunch box as a snack, and the first course (soup) will be served for dinner.
18:00 Dinner.
19:00 Trip to the geothermal spring.
We swim in large modern pools with running water from a hot spring, the stay time is 2 hours.
Activated flint water perfectly relaxes the body, helps in the treatment of a number of diseases and is used for cosmetic purposes (after bathing, the skin becomes smooth and beautiful).
There will be pools with temperatures from +22 to +39 degrees at your disposal.
For those arriving from Sochi, the trip to the geothermal spring is postponed to the evening, on the day when the excursion to the Lago Naki plateau will be held.

Day 2 - The Lago Naki Plateau. Abadzesh peak (2,369 m). Walking route for the whole day
This day is not about "climbing", but about looking from a height: at alpine meadows, snowfields, winding rivers and ridges stretching into the clouds.
A gentle but real mountain experience.
07:00 Departure.
Early rise.
We take lunch boxes with us for breakfast and lunch.
The route passes through the territory of the Caucasian Nature Reserve, the oldest specially protected natural area in Russia.
How's the day going?:
Transfer to the Lago Naki checkpoint.
1.5 km to the first observation deck.
The road is smooth, through sparsely wooded areas and flowery clearings. There are several wooden gazebos near the playground (you can make a stop, take a photo, drink tea from a thermos).
The Abadzesh pass (2043 m) is the main section.
There are no steep climbs, just a gentle, confident climb along a well—read trail.
The final is the ascent to the top of Abadzesh (2,369 m).
Total length: 18 km round trip.
Climb: 550 m (smooth).
Travel time: 5-6 hours with stops.
Return to dinner.
19:00 Restorative dinner with the first course.
What to take with you:
Raincoat — in the mountains, the weather changes in 15 minutes. Fog and drizzling rain are possible even in summer.;
trekking shoes are sneakers or boots with a tread and ankle fixation. Not flat-soled sneakers;
sunscreen (SPF 50+) — UV light is 40% stronger in the mountains. The face and hands are the main "victims";
thermos with tea (optional);
A charged phone / power bank is for photos. Communication on the plateau is unstable, but the network catches at the checkpoint.
Important:
The guide has the right to make changes to the route due to the weather, the condition of the group or the recommendations of the reserve.

Day 3 - Descent into the cave "Through". Rufabgo waterfalls. Walking route for the whole day
08:00 Breakfast.
Warm, hearty, and with a lunch box for a snack that will be served at breakfast.
09:00 Transfer to Khadjokh Gorge.
Just 2 km from the village of Kamennomostsky — and you are already in another world: a narrow gorge, the sound of a river, old trees covered with ivy. Civilization is behind us.
09:15 Start of the route.
10:30 a.m. The cave is "Through".
A small but atmospheric grotto is 400 m from the Noise waterfall. Here is your first experience of rope climbing:
The instructor will show you how to put on a harness, how to work with carbines and the "eight", how to properly sit in the system and control the descent.
You will gain basic knowledge of working with climbing equipment.
Training, and after training, a downhill dive of ~ 15 meters, with insurance and under direct supervision.
After that, we go to the first waterfall of the Rufabgo river gorge. Lunch (lunch box).
Next, we go along the Rufabgo trail: from one waterfall to another: "Noise", "Second cascade", "Heart of Rufabgo", "Maiden's spit".
If the group is strong and the weather allows, we will reach the sixth waterfall "Cup of Love".
Length: 12-15 km round trip over rough terrain (the distance depends on the condition of the group and weather conditions).
Climb: small, smooth — without "walls" and "staircases to the sky".
Travel time: 8 hours with stops.
Return: along the lower path — if the forces allow — we will enter the lagoon.
Return at 17:00-17:30.
19:00 Dinner. Soup, second course, tea. It's time to share your impressions — feeling a little tired in your legs and light in your head
What to take with you:
trekking shoes with good foot fixation. Not sneakers with smooth soles — the rocks in the gorge are slippery even in dry weather;
swimsuit / swimming trunks — for cooling in backwaters (optional);
camera or phone with charging;
light raincoat — the weather in the mountains is unpredictable.

Day 4 - Passage of the Mishoko gorge with elements of canyoning. Swimming in warm pools with geothermal water
08:00 Breakfast.
09:00 Departure to Mishoko tract.
The Mishoko River gorge is located on the outskirts of the village of Kamennomostsky (Khadzhokh).
What awaits you: The route is only 2-3 km long, but intense, like an entire chapter of an adventure book.
This is canyoning in a gentle, educational form — not an "expedition", but a natural movement along the riverbed, under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
What you will learn (and how it will happen):
Moving through rough terrain: how to put your foot on a slippery rock, how to keep your balance in the flow, how to "read" the terrain.
Safely overcome waterfalls using equipment, but without mandatory descent if you do not feel ready.
Working with climbing equipment is simple, step by step, "on your fingers."
You will be given the necessary equipment — proven, comfortable and safe: helmet, safety harness, carbines and trigger device ("eight"), gloves.
You don't have to go down every waterfall.
You can always watch, support the team, take photos, or just stand and cheer for your friends.
13:00 Return to the base.
What to take with you:
Shoes: trekking shoes + canyoning shoes (2 pairs of shoes required!). You can wear two pairs of sneakers, but not with smooth soles!);
We recommend neoprene socks for shoes — they keep your feet warm in the water and protect you from rocks.;

Important:
The route is designed for everyone who is ready to walk on water, sometimes wading, sometimes on slippery rocks.
Physical activity is moderate.
Fear is normal. We don't condemn him — we dissolve him in support, instructions and laughter.
If the weather does not allow passage of the canyon by water, we go along the dry part of it.
14:00 Lunch.
Hot, restorative: It's time to take a deep breath and discuss which waterfall was the most magical.
15:00 Trip to the geothermal spring.
A natural thermal complex awaits you — pools filled with silicon water born in the depths of the Caucasus.

Day 5 - The Caucasian Biosphere Reserve. Rope Park
08:00 We have breakfast.
09:00 We set off on a journey through the picturesque valley of the Belaya River. in the village Guzeriple in the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve.
The Caucasus Nature Reserve is the core of the Western Caucasus World Natural Heritage Site, and its territory has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Initially, the reserve was created with the aim of preserving the mountain bison.
Along the way, there are stops at the best viewing platforms: "Cossack Stone", "Big Granite Canyon", "Menhirs and Dolmens", "Confluence of the Kisha and Belaya rivers".
We will pass through the territory of Europe's largest natural biosphere reserve, where the reserve's museum, rope park and one of the most interesting mysterious megalithic structures of antiquity, the dolmen, are located.
Let's take a look at the nature museum, get acquainted with the history of this place and see interesting artifacts.
In the aviary complex we will look at the representatives of the local fauna.
We will admire the fir forest, the mountain river, and breathe in the purest mountain air.
And, of course, the rope park!
There are 5 routes in the park, varying in length and difficulty, there is an extreme and a trolley (there are three trolls on it!).
The route is designed for the whole day until 16:00.

Day 6 - Equestrian route. Rafting on the Belaya River
08:00 Breakfast.
09:00 Transfer to Mishoko tract.
Equestrian route.
The duration of the route (1-2 hours in the saddle + 30 minutes for preparation).
Taking an equestrian route through the gorge is a rare opportunity not just to watch, but to ride along a mountain path, and experience the pleasure of communicating with this beautiful and strong animal: to feel the warmth of a horse, to hear the rhythmic clop of hooves on rocks, to see the beauty of the gorge from a height.
If you have time left, you can visit the Mishoko Extreme Park (trolls over the abyss).
What to take for horseback riding:
running shoes or other closed shoes;
trousers without a rough inner seam (so as not to rub your feet);
a T-shirt or a long sleeve shirt;
the desire to trust nature and the animal.

15:00 Rafting along the Granite Canyon on the Belaya River.
A natural monument of national significance and one of the most picturesque parts of the Caucasus.
You are going rafting in the Granite Canyon.
Rocks up to 25 meters high shimmer with azure and crimson under the sun.
In narrow places, the riverbed shrinks to 4 meters, and the water accelerates.
In front of you are panoramic views of the Trident Mountain and the Azish-Tau ridge.
Before rafting, there is a mandatory briefing (15-20 minutes).
Route length: 7-14 km (depends on water level)
Difficulty: Category I–II, with elements of III — this means:
shivers (water "bubbles", but does not fall);
light rolling;
Passing small rapids and water shafts: safe, but risky!
Time on the water: 1-1.5 hours.
Total preparation time: 1.5–2 hours.
Start: from the confluence of the Kisha River with the Belaya.
Finish: behind the Hamyshki river or at the entrance to the Granite Canyon (the specific point is chosen by the instructor based on the weather, water level and safety).
How does it work?
The instructor is in full control of the raft: he steers, makes decisions, and monitors everyone.
Your role is not the "pilot", but the team: row on command, carry your body weight when cornering, support each other, and, of course, look around.
What to take with you:
swimsuit / swimming trunks;
towel;
lightweight seat (foam, inflatable cushion) — for comfort in transport;
closed shoes with foot fixation — sneakers, trekking sandals (type Keen), lace-up sneakers;
Not flip-flops and not barefoot! — there are sharp rocks and slippery surfaces in the water;
photos / videos in a waterproof container or case — you want to save the moments (if you doubt the protection, it's better to leave them at the base - you will get a photo as a keepsake!).

Day 7 - Lago Naki Plateau
08:00 We have breakfast.
09:00 We leave for the mountains.
On the way, we make "panoramic stops", where the three-thousand-meter mountains will open up before you in all their grandeur.
The air here is already different — fresh, cool, crystal, with the scent of pine needles and mountain grasses.
The most interesting part is the passage of unequipped "wild" caves.
We will visit 2 caves: the Picket Cave and the Beautiful Cave.
The caves are located among the forest in the southern part of the Azish-Tau range at an altitude of more than 1300 meters above sea level. The length of the "Beautiful" is 173 meters, the "Picket Line" is 141 meters.
A large number of stalactites and stalagmites and stalagmites have formed on the walls, ceiling and floor of the caves.
The caves are well explored and the entrance to them is not particularly difficult.
For this route, we recommend taking clothes that would not be a pity to get dirty, flashlights.
We will finish our route at the observation deck "Iron Rock" — at an altitude of about 2000 meters.
From here you can see all the plateaus: alpine meadows, steep cliffs, snowfields, distant ridges and mountains. There are great locations here and you can take good pictures.
Capture this moment when you stand between the sky and the abyss and feel the vastness and the state of flight!
And if you look closely at the stones under your feet, you can find a petrified shell. Yes, exactly the one that lived in the Tethys Ocean — 300 million years ago!
We return in the evening, slightly tired from the wind and fresh air, but satisfied and with hundreds of cool shots.
18:00 We will meet for dinner.
Restorative soup, shish kebab cooked over an open fire and the opportunity to chat and share your impressions!

comfortable sports shoes;
clothes according to the weather;
a light jacket or windbreaker (it's cool in the cave, windy at altitude);

Day 8 - Transfer to the village. Betta

Get up early to make it to the traffic jams.
You will be given a lunch box instead of breakfast on the day of departure.
Delivery is the day before, after dinner, to ensure convenience and timely preparation.
We are moving from the village of Kamennomostsky to the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory — to the cozy village of Betta.
The village of Betta is a picturesque resort area located 40 km south of Gelendzhik.
The surrounding area has preserved its pristine mountain nature: mixed forests, natural pebble beaches.
The distance from the base to the beach is about 350 meters.
The road has no steps, smooth ascent and descent, passes by the private sector — the journey takes only 12-15 minutes.
