Day 1 - Arrival. Psygups geothermal source
09:30-10:30 Meeting in Krasnodar at Krasnodar-1 railway station – transfer to the guest house.
11:00-13:30 Meeting in Mineralnye Vody at the airport – transfer to the guest house.
13:00-13:30 Accommodation in the guest house chosen by you for accommodation during the tour by tourists arriving from Krasnodar.
14:00 Lunch prepared by the chefs of the guest house, including a variety of homemade dishes.
Tourists staying in the guest houses Rowan beads, Mountain Lavender (100 m along a dirt road), and on Aminovskaya (400 m along a dirt road) eat at the Mountain Ash Beads. Tourists living in the Recreation area by the river (250 m along a dirt road) have breakfast in their DG, and have lunch and dinner in Rowan beads. Tourists staying in the guest houses Park Hadjoh and Sofia eat on the territory of their guest houses.
14:30-15:00 Departure of tourists arriving from Krasnodar to the Psygups geothermal spring.
For tourists arriving and Mineral Waters, the visit to the springs is postponed to the fifth day of the tour program.
The cost of visiting thermal springs (3-hour bathing) is 800 rubles/adult, 450 rubles /child (up to 13 years old).
17:00-18:30 Accommodation in a guest house chosen for accommodation by tourists arriving from Mineralnye Vody.
19:00 Dinner.
For tourists arriving from Mineralnye Vody, the visit to the springs is postponed to the fifth day of the tour program.

Day 2 - Rufabgo Creek Gorge and St. Michael's Athos Monastery

10:00 Departure for an excursion to the Rufabgo Creek gorge (entrance fees are charged separately).
You will see several beautiful waterfalls: Noise, Cascade, Heart of Rufabgo and Maiden Spit.
The cost of the tour is 600 rubles/adult, 300 rubles /child (up to 14 years old).
14:00 Lunch.
15:00 Departure for an excursion to St. Michael's Athos Monastery.
The monastery is unique for its Monastic caves and underground passages (paid separately).
In addition, you will have the opportunity to swim in the life-giving spring of the Holy Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon, located on the slope of Mount Physiabgo.
The cost of the tour is 400 rubles / adult, 200 rubles /child (up to 14 years old). The price includes two excursions.

Day 3 - Khadjokh Gorge and the Guzeripl cordon
9:00 a.m. Breakfast.
10:00 Departure, departure for the whole day.
We take lunch boxes and thermos flasks with us and go on a trip.
In the morning, we will go on an excursion to the canyon of the Belaya River called the Khadzhokhskaya Gorge.
After a short tour, which will take you and me about an hour and a half, we will move further in the direction of the village of Guzeripl.
Which houses the cordon of the same name of the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve named after H.G. Shaposhnikov.
Along the way, we will stop at the panoramic points of the Granite Canyon, which is 4.2 km long.
We will visit the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve, the Guzeripl cordon.
The tour of the Guzeriple cordon will not leave anyone indifferent.
The Nature Museum, the leopard trail, the aviary complex, the dolmen, the confluence of the Belaya and Molchep Rivers, the fir-beech forest and other natural attractions will be interesting for both children and adults.
The cost of an entrance ticket to the reserve is 300 rubles/adult and 150 rubles/child.

Day 4 - Horseback riding through the Mishoko Gorge
09:00 Breakfast from the chefs of the guest house.
10:00 A walking route along the Mishoko gorge, but already along the bottom of the gorge – waterfalls, grottos and caves are waiting for us there, they will not leave even the most avid tourists indifferent.
In the warmer months, you can walk right along the mountain stream, knee-deep in refreshing clear water.
After the gorge, if desired, the most active tourists will have the opportunity to visit the extreme park, fly on a trolley over the gorge at speeds up to 50 km / h and conquer the rocky route.
The cost of the excursion to the Mishoko Gorge is free of charge.
During the tour of the Mishoko Gorge, you will have a great opportunity to visit the Mishoko extreme Park, where the longest zipline in Adygea is located, the flight length over the gorge is about 700 meters, the depth of the gorge is 180 meters.
The route consists of two flights over the Mishoko gorge, as well as an ascent along Via Ferrata (an equipped rocky section with a height of about 60 meters).
The cost of this attraction is from 2000-3000 rubles / person (it all depends on the route you choose, easier or more difficult). You can also ride a floating swing, which is located on the cliff of the gorge, riding takes place with a safety system.
The cost of the swing is 500 rubles.

15:00 Horseback riding for 1.5 hours along the route "Mishoko Gorge and old Circassian gardens".
During the walk, we use one type of equestrian gait - a step.
The movement on horseback will be calm, slow — the speed is about 4-5 km / h.
We will ride horses along the top of the gorge with picturesque views, then through the old Circassian gardens, through the river and oak grove we will go to the beginning of the route. We enjoy active recreation, moderate physical activity and enjoy the views.
important! The tourist's weight limit is no more than 95 kg. If the weight limit is exceeded, or the tourist refuses to ride a horse for other reasons, a replacement tour is not provided.

Day 5 - Lago Naki Plateau and visit to the Azish cave

10:00 Today, you will be leaving again for the whole day.
The final point is the famous Lago Naki plateau, a real pearl of Adygea.
In the morning, on the way to the plateau, you will visit the picturesque panoramic points, the Bolshaya Azishskaya and Nezhnaya caves (paid separately), and you will also be able to buy the famous Adyghe cheese, sweets, honey and other souvenirs for yourself and your loved ones at the local highland market.
14:00 Hot lunch in a cozy cafe Height 1512 near the Azish cave (previously, until the end of March, from April, the chefs of the guest houses collect lunch boxes for us on the way).
15:00 Excursion to the Lago Naki plateau.
There will be time to enjoy the magnificent views, breathe the purest mountain air and, of course, take photos and videos for memory.
After the excursion to the Lago Naki plateau, tourists arriving from Mineralnye Vody go to the Psygups geothermal spring. Dinner at the guest house.

Day 6 - Rock the Damn Finger
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 We will take a cable car to the top of the Una-Koz ridge, from there we will walk to the Devil's Finger rock.
Following the route, do not forget to look around – the beauty of the nature of Adygea is unique.
And from the cliff itself you will have a wonderful panorama of the Lagonak highlands, the Bolshoy and Maly Thach mountains, Tybga and other peaks.
There is also a cozy clearing near the cliff, where you can relax a little and enjoy the fascinating views to your heart's content.

Next, we go to the Psygups geothermal source (paid additionally)..

Log houses made of northern pine make you fall in love with yourself at first sight. A playground, a small pond with a bridge, free Parking, gazebos, sauna, barbecue area – all this is surrounded by greenery and chirping birds. The Belaya River flows literally 30 meters away, and the photos from the suspension bridge over the river will be among the best in your collection.

The rooms with heating are occupied by several wooden houses. Each room here will provide you with a flat-screen TV, a balcony with garden views and a private bathroom with free toiletries.

They pick you up and drop you off at the airport, and every day there's a transfer to and from the destination. Each day, you're provided with a packed lunch. Our guide was with us throughout the entire journey, leading us along scenic trails, offering help whenever needed, sharing fascinating stories, and even preparing delicious meals during our breaks.
