Day 1 - Taezhnik Tourist Complex
Check-in at the Taezhnik eco-hotel.
For those who have chosen Gorno-Altaysk, the capital of our Republic, as their arrival city, there is a meeting at the airport (group transfer, for an additional fee).you can order an individual fee, or use taxi services).
Breakfast in the restaurant of the eco-hotel Taezhnik for those who arrive before 10:45.
Check-in to yurts located on the territory of the Taezhnik eco-hotel for 2-3 people, shower and toilet on site (single-bed accommodation in yurts is not provided).
For an additional fee.for a fee, you can stay in the rooms of the eco-hotel Taezhnik, upon their availability.
Gathering of the group, including those who arrived after 11:00.
At 13:00 – lunch at the restaurant of the eco-hotel Taezhnik.
After lunch, a walking tour to Mount Cherepan, which is located above the eco-hotel and on the banks of the Katun River to the monument to Shishkov.
Rest, free time.
Dinner at the restaurant of the eco-hotel Taezhnik from 19:00 to 20:00.
After dinner, an evening of dating around the campfire.

Day 2 - Teletskoye Lake. Transfer to the valley of the Chulyshman river
Early rise.
Departure from the territory of the eco-hotel Taezhnik at approximately 07:30 in the morning.
Breakfast at a cafe on the way.
Transfer to Artybash village, where the group transfers to a boat at the pier, which will take it first to the Korbu waterfall, where lunch awaits the group in addition to the tour, and then to the southern shore of Lake Teletskoye.
The lake is one of the main attractions of Gorny Altai, and in size it is second only to Lake Baikal.
It is a beautiful body of water, stretching from south to north for 75 km.
Clouds are reflected in the clear waters of the lake, which are almost always rushing in the sky above the water surface.
By the way, a unique phenomenon can be observed over the lake – clouds floating in opposite directions in the sky above the lake.
This happens due to the winds blowing towards each other – verkhovka and nizovka.
On the way, an excursion to the Korbu waterfall, with lunch at a cafe.
The twelve-meter-high Korbu waterfall was formed as a result of the natural failure of the Korbu riverbed, originating from the mountain range of the same name.
Korbu Waterfall is not visible from the shore of the lake, but it is not long to walk to it - just a few minutes walk along the boardwalk and you can already hear the sound of water falling from a height, and almost immediately after that the waterfall itself appears before your eyes.
Opposite the Korbu waterfall is the deepest part of Lake Teletskoye – 323 m.
At Cape Kirsay, the group will transfer to a waiting bus and go to the campsite, where they will spend 2 nights.
Depending on the time of arrival (there may be a storm on the lake, which will delay the group), the group may take an excursion to the Stone Mushrooms on this day.

Day 3 - Walking tour to the largest cascading waterfall Uchar
Breakfast in a cafe on the territory of the Berezka shopping center, or similar.
A day of active recreation.
You will take a walking tour to the largest cascading waterfall in Altai – Chulchinsky (Uchar).
The path to it is about 10 km long, and the same amount back.
For almost the entire route, the trail runs along the edge of a high cliff, at the bottom of which the wayward Chulcha River rushes madly over the rocks.
The trail is difficult, and it requires good physical fitness and sneakers with thick, fluted soles.
Tourists will have to overcome kurumniks, endless ascents and descents, cross small rivers on shaky bridges and walk along a rocky ledge above a ravine.
However, the sight of Uchar is worth all these difficulties!
A huge mass of water is rushing down with speed, crashing against giant rocks.
The noise is so loud that you can't hear a person standing next to you, there's water dust all around.
The total height of the fall is more than 160 meters, it is the highest waterfall in Siberia.
Lunch in the field (tea, sandwiches, vegetables, fruits, sweets).
Return to the t/C.

If the Uchar trail is closed due to weather or technical conditions, the tour will be replaced by an excursion to the Kurkure and Maldanash waterfalls.

Day 4 - Excursion to the Pazyryk mounds. Katu-Yaryk Pass
Breakfast on the territory of the Berezka shopping center or similar
If for some reason the group did not manage to get to the Stone Mushrooms on the day of arrival, then after breakfast, the tour is possible to visit them, provided that there are no objective obstacles to the tour.
The decision remains with the guide.
Transfer to Ulagan village via Katu-Yaryk pass.
The ascent to the Katu-Yaryk pass is carried out on foot, according to safety regulations.
The height of the pass from the foot to the top is about 800 meters, the length is 3.5 km.
Then an excursion to the Pazyryk mounds, a chain of 5 burial mounds representing the graves of noble nomads and tribal leaders dating back to the 6th–7th centuries BC.
Lunch at the cafe with. Ulagan.
After lunch, the travelers continue their journey along the beautiful Ulagan highway, gradually climbing the Ulagan pass with a height of 2080 meters.
On the Ulagan highlands, which crosses the Ulagan highway, there are many lakes, some of which can be seen without leaving the road.

Day 5 - Horseback riding to Sorolukel Lake

Loading of things and equipment into the UAZ, transfer to the parking lot at the Ulagan pass.

Lunch as a snack (sandwiches, tea, vegetables, sweets, canned food).
The journey time is 3-4 hours, most of the road passes through Kedrach.
Here, travelers can fully enjoy the unique purity of the mountain air combined with the pleasant aroma of the coniferous forest, which finally banishes thoughts of civilization from their minds.
Through forest clearings and dense thickets of bushes, the trail leads travelers to the mountain lake Beltir and further to the shore of Lake Sorolukel, where they will camp and spend the night.
Dinner is prepared by a guide over a campfire.
Overnight in tents on the lake shore.

Day 6 - A day's rest. Radial exit to the observation point of the Aigulak ridge
Breakfast is prepared by the guide at the campfire.
After breakfast, exit to the route.
Magnificent landscapes open from the top of the mountain: the Kurai steppe, the North Chuisky and South Chuisky ranges.Having risen to such a height, a person can feel like a bird soaring high above the ground.
From the top there is a panorama of the Chuisky squirrels – the peaks of the North Chuisky and South Chuisky ranges, covered with eternal snow.
In good weather, you can see almost all the highest peaks of these ranges: Aktra, Maashey-bashi, Iiktu, etc., and of course enjoy the view of the largest glaciers in the region.
And when clouds are running in the sky, guests of Altai can touch them with their hand, feel like an inhabitant of other worlds, separated from the ordinary world of people by a veil of secrets.

Overnight at a tent camp on the shore of Lake Sorolukel.
Dinner is prepared by the guide over a campfire.

Day 7 - The way back to the Altai-Erine parking lot. Ulagan pass. The Red Gate
Breakfast is prepared by the guide at the campfire.
In the morning, tourists will return on horseback to the parking lot at the Ulagan Pass, where, after saying goodbye to the Altai horses and transferring to an off-road iron horse, the travelers set off on further adventures.
Along the way, the participants of the route will encounter such tourist sites as the top of the Ulagan Pass, the Red Gate and many lakes that are located on different sides of the Ulagan highway.
In the village of Aktash, the group leaves for the Chuisky tract, where lunch is waiting for the group in a cafe.
After lunch, the group embarks on a further journey to the eco-hotel Taezhnik (rafting is offered in the full version of the tour, you can get acquainted with the extended tour by following the link in the description of the tour).
Dinner at the restaurant.
Accommodation in yurts on the territory (single occupancy is not allowed).
If you wish, you can travel to Novosibirsk by evening bus or taxi transfer, subject to the availability of prefabricated cars. Arrival around 8-8:30 a.m. the next day in Novosibirsk (depending on highway congestion and weather conditions), faster in combined vehicles, around 7 a.m.

Day 8 - Departure
Breakfast in the restaurant of the eco-hotel Taezhnik.
Departure to the airport, group transfer based on the departure time of the aircraft.
Departure by car or bus to the cities of Barnaul or Novosibirsk approximately at 11:00.

It's important to know

1. A backpack (up to 40 liters), a suitcase or a large travel bag, that is, something in which it is convenient to carry things to the base, special means are issued on the route for transporting things – an archimak (saddlebag) and a drive bag.
2. Hiking shoes, preferably boots, which can be leather, rubber, or birch, the main thing is that they do not get wet and cover the boot from rubbing against the stirrup strap (putlishche) or high boots.
3. Running shoes or trekking boots for radial exits. Avoid new shoes that are not worn out.
4. Replacement shoes for camping (slates).
5. Comfortable clothing for horse crossings and radial pedestrian crossings – sweatpants that do not restrict movement, made of lightweight quick-drying material, without rough internal seams, a shirt or a long-sleeve T-shirt. A windbreaker made of thick material. A suit for hunters or fishermen, or something similar, is suitable, the main thing is that it is comfortable and does not rustle.
6. A set of clothes for recreation in the camp – trousers, shirt, shorts, T-shirt.
7. A warm sweater.
8. A warm jacket (synthetic or down jacket).
9. A warm hat (fleece or wool).
10. Cap or panama hat.
11. Gloves (even simple cotton ones will do).
12. Socks – 2-3 pairs of cotton or linen, 2 pairs of wool.
13. A waterproof raincoat or suit that can withstand heavy rain. On the equestrian route, an UGC (Combined Arms Protective Kit) is issued to protect against rain – a long rubber raincoat with a hood.

Advice from the tour organizers: buy flights to the airport of Gorno-Altaysk (the capital of the Altai Republic) with arrival time until 12:00, as the delivery from the airport to the "Taezhnik" takes 25 minutes. Delivery from Barnaul (Altai Krai, a neighboring region) to Taezhnik takes 4-5 hours.

The rest of the delivery is for an additional fee. The order of the delivery option is carried out at any time from the moment of booking the tour, but no later than 7 days before the start of the tour.

Delivery from Novosibirsk in both directions is carried out on regular buses of the Novosibirsk bus station, tickets are purchased by tourists themselves. To make it to the start of the tour, you need to purchase a ticket for the Novosibirsk — Chemal flight to the Manzherok stop (get off before reaching 2.5 km to the village near the monument to Shishkov, or at the Taezhnik shopping center, which you can ask the driver in advance) with the departure time from the bus station at 22:15 (from the bus station located at railway station — 22:45), departure date — on the day preceding the start date of the tour. Tickets can be purchased 10 days before departure day, and we can help you purchase this ticket if you pay the cost in advance.

The return trip is carried out by bus from Chemal to Novosibirsk, the departure time from Taezhnik shopping center is 22:40 — 23:00, the bus must be stopped at Taezhnik shopping center. The arrival time in Novosibirsk is 7:15 a.m., this should be taken into account when purchasing tickets from Novosibirsk. The cost of delivery depends on the cost of flight tickets.

Delivery from Barnaul. Meeting at Barnaul airport (from 5:50 a.m. to 7:50 a.m.), meeting at Barnaul railway station from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. If you arrived in Barnaul in advance or live there, you will coordinate the meeting place with the driver, he will pick you up if he is on his way, if not, he will indicate the meeting place.

Cars do NOT leave for the route without meeting all tourists, provided that all planes arrive on time (the waiting time can be adjusted by 1 hour). If the plane is delayed by 1 hour or more, the cars that have been formed are sent on the flight, your contact information is sent to the driver of another car, and the departure time depends on the set of cars.

Departure from Taezhnik shopping center is carried out at 22:30 on the day of the end of the route, or at 10:30 — 11:00 the next day. Travel time is 3-4 hours.

The cost of delivery in combined vehicles: from 2,200 rubles from Barnaul airport to Taezhnik in one direction; 2,000 rubles from the railway station to Taezhnik in one direction (the cost depends on the carrier, please specify when booking).

The meeting at the airport of Gorno-Altaysk is carried out according to the arrival time of the aircraft.
