A juicy tour in which you will make a circle around the Golden Ring of Altai. Drive along the beautiful Chui highway, through the Katu-Yaryk pass to the Chulyshman Valley, and then take a cruise along Lake Teletskoye from south to north. We will travel by bus, then by prepared cars, by boat through the entire Teletskoye Lake and again by bus.

As part of a small friendly group, you will see stunning panoramas of the North Chui ridge with its snow-capped peaks, colorful mountains of Altai Mars, the incomparable Kurkure waterfall and a local phenomenon – Stone mushrooms constantly growing from the ground.

Picnics with wonderful views, invigorating walks, campfire gatherings and the Altai bathhouse are waiting for you.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Lower Katun
9:00 Meeting of tourists from other regions at the airport of Gorno-Altaisk.
9:30 a.m. Breakfast at the cafe.
Then we go on a mini-hike through the Tavda caves, where unusual views, legends and humor of local guides await us.
12:00 Trekking to Kamyshlinsky waterfall on the swinging bridge over the Katun River and along the eco-trail through the forest, those who wish can go back on motorboats (paid separately).
14:00 Check-in at the store and check-in at the hotel.
Rest, walking.
19:00 barbecue, dating evening (cooking together).

Day 2 - Chuisky tract and Altai Mars
7:00 Breakfast with you, check out with your belongings.
08:00 Journey along the Chui highway.
The Chuisky tract is one of the most beautiful trails in the world (TOP 5), where every corner is a photo zone.
We will climb the Chike Taman pass, it has a height of 1444m, but there is a very steep spiral climb, which takes your breath away, and the views from the height are fascinating.
Further along the route is the confluence of two main rivers of Altai – Chuya and Katuni.
Another place of strength for the Altaians, and very beautiful mountain landscapes.
15:00 Geyser Lake, Chuyskie Belki tourist area, the first view of the Kurkure glacier 3900 m.
17:00 The Kurai steppe and a view of the stunning North Chui ridge, TOP 2 in Siberia, with glacial peaks, the Chui steppe to the village of Chagan-Uzun, then an active journey by cross-country vehicles to the valley of the Kyzyl Chin River, where we will see incredible Martian landscapes (Mars 1).
20:00 Check-in at the store and check-in at the recreation center.
21:00 BBQ, mulled wine, taiga tea (optional).

Day 3 - Chulyshman Valley
4:00 Dawn meeting on the repeater, jeep tour to an altitude of 3038 m (additional excursion for those who wish, 3000 rubles per person).
8:00 Breakfast with you, check out with your belongings.
9:00 Departure by all-terrain vehicles on a trip to the Chulyshman valley.

16:00 Kurkure Waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Altai.

21:00-22:00 Sauna for all participants of the tour.

Day 4 - Rest at Chulyshman or trekking to Uchar waterfall on request
7:00 a.m. Breakfast.
8:00 Trekking to Uchar Waterfall, the largest waterfall in the Altai Mountains, 16 km on foot, 400 m altitude difference, requires average physical training (extra charge).
For those who do not go to the Uchar – rest by the Chulyshman river, horseback riding, or cycling (not included in the price).
19:00 Return to the recreation center, sauna, dinner.

Day 5 - Stone mushrooms and Lake Teletskoye
07:00 Breakfast.
08:00 Stone Mushroom Tracking (Altai Wonder of the World).
12:00 Departure with belongings to the Southern shore of Lake Teletskoye in an all-terrain vehicle.
15:00 A big boat trip across Lake Teletskoye (76 km), to the north shore.
We will see: waterfalls of 40 Sins (swimming is possible), Ayu-Ketchpes, Korba, stone monkey, we will hear many interesting legends and facts about the lake.
17:00 Hooray, civilization!
Arrival on the North shore of Teletskoye, souvenir shops.
Comfortable accommodation in a hotel on the shore of Lake Teletskoye.

Day 6 - Mount Kokuya. Departure
09:00-11:00 Breakfast, packing.
11:00 Departure with things for the tour: lift to the top of Mount Kokuya 1360 m, lunch at a cafe with a stunning view.
Souvenir shops.
15:00 Departure home.
Those who wish can stay for another day. Additional accommodation and transfer to the airport are charged separately.
