Itinerary

Day 1 - Chuisky tract, Ust-Koksa village
Departure from Gorno-Altaysk (airport) at 11:00 to Ust-Koksa (transfer is paid separately).

The road passes along the famous Chui tract among the rocky ridges of the Altai Mountains, then along the Kansk steppe to the Uymon Valley.

Arrival in the village of Ust-Koksa at the tourist complex.

Dinner, dating night.

Day 2 - Excursion to the village of Verkhny Uymon
Visit To The N.K. Roerich Memorial House Museum.
The museum was created on the territory of the estate of V.S. Atamanov, built at the end of the nineteenth century.
It was in this house, which at that time belonged to the famous Uymonets Bartholomew (Vakhramey) Semyonovich Atamanov, that the famous Central Asian expedition of the Roerichs stayed from August 7 to 19, 1926.
There was a center of expeditionary activity in Altai.
Then – a visit to the Museum of Old Believers.
Raisa Pavlovna will tell you all about the Old Believers.
She has been writing books about them for many years and is the curator of the museum.
In the evening, a walk to the confluence of the Katun and Koksa rivers.

Day 3 - Meeting with the herbalist

Day 4 - Climbing the Lighthouse Mountain
Today we are waiting for the Lighthouse observation mountain.
It offers a beautiful view of the entire Uymon Valley.
After lunch, a master class at the house of crafts on making a charm doll "Uymonochka".
Length: walking distance is 8 km.
Food: breakfast, lunch and dinner at the cafe.
Day 5 - Excursion to the Multin lakes
Ascent along the Multa river to the Lower Multa Lake on GAZ 66 or UAZ.

Access to the lake, located at an altitude of 1710 meters.

The mirrored surface of the lake, 2,370 meters long and up to 900 meters wide, reflects clouds floating in the blue sky and the peaks of the nearest mountains in calm weather.

Grayling is found in the lake.

Walking distance to the Middle Multin lake.

Picnic in nature.

Return to Ust-Koksa for dinner.

Day 6 - A trip to Turgunda. View of belukha
Today we will go to the village of Tyungur.
We will see one of the most beautiful and harmonious sights of the Altai region, the highest peak of the Altai Mountains and the Katun ridge – Belukha.
In the Altai (Oirot) language, it is called Ӱch-Sӱmer – Three-headed.
In fact, the mountain has two peaks in the form of irregular pyramids – Western and Eastern Belukha (4440 and 4506 m), between which there is a lower part – the saddle.
The mountain is indeed almost entirely covered with sparkling snow and glaciers that feed the most beautiful and largest river of the Altai Mountains – Katun.
Climb to the observation deck on Mount Bayda, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Belukha.
Transfer to the Tyurgunda gorge, where the stone statues are located and to the confluence of the Akkem and Katun rivers.
Length: by car – 120 km, on foot – 5 km.
Food: breakfast and dinner at the cafe, lunch-picnic.

Day 7 - Departure to Gorno-Altaysk
Breakfast.
Departure to Gorno-Altaysk at 09:00 (transfer is not included in the price).
Arrival in Gorno-Altaysk at 15:00.
Accommodation in a hotel (independently).

The tourist complex is located in one of the most beautiful places in Altai, in a clearing between two mountain ranges, where the fast and mischievous Katun merges with the calm and deep Coke. Descending into the valley, both rivers carry with them the purity and strength of the snows lying on the mountain ranges.

The territory of the tourist complex is 1 Hectare. A green area surrounded by a birch forest. Literally 100 meters away flows the most beautiful river of Altai – Katun, where you can swim in warm weather, the Terektinsky Ridge is visible from the north side, and Katunsky from the south and west. On the territory there is a sauna, a summer cafe, a san. a block, a gazebo, a cottage with comfortable accommodation, a house made of timber with economy accommodation.

Economy Room – double and triple rooms with amenities per block (for three rooms). Located on the second floor of a log house. Cozy rooms with a view of the forest. Two or three single beds or one double bed are possible. (room area 13.4 m2-15 m2), including residential 13.4 m2- 15 m2).
