Itinerary

Day 1 - Meeting at the airport, excursion to the Anokhin Museum
Meeting at the airport of Gorno-Altaysk for those who have chosen Gorno-Altaysk as the city of arrival, according to the time of arrival of the aircraft.
The meeting takes place in a group format, if you do not want to wait for other passengers, we can order a taxi for you, for an additional fee.
Transfer to the hotel.

After breakfast, you can walk to the monument to V.Ya. Shishkov and the banks of the Katun River near the eco-hotel.

Day 2 - Kamyshlinsky waterfall, Botanical Garden, Malaya Sinyukha Mountain, mini-concert
Breakfast in the cafe.
Departure to Barangol village.
There will be a walking tour of the forest area to the Kamyshlinsky waterfall, whose height does not exceed 18 m.
To begin with, the path will go over a suspension bridge over the Katun River and then 2.5 km along a forest path. The waterfall is a favorite place for many guests of the region.
The reward after a little trekking will be a motorboat ride on the Katun River..
Transfer to Kamlak village.
A visit to the Gorno-Altai Botanical Garden, which is located in the Chisty Luga tract.
A clean meadow is a forest clearing surrounded by a pine forest, which, according to one version, is of glacial origin.

After lunch, transfer to the territory of the all-season resort "Manzherok", where you will visit the observation deck on Malaya Sinyukha Mountain on a modern lift (ticket is paid separately).

Day 3 - Chuisky tract

Room release, departure on the route.
Today our program will take place along the Chui Highway, one of the most beautiful roads in the world.
During the trip, guests of Altai will visit the most popular and beautiful objects located along the road, which will make the move not tedious.
The first stop on the route will be the Seminsky Pass, the highest along the entire Chui tract (1717 m).
After a short tour of the pass, during which you can buy souvenirs, wool products and nature gifts of the region, travelers will go to the village of Karakol, near which there is a monument to war children "The Boy and the Gopher".
The monument is located on a small hill overlooking the Karakol Valley.
Lunch at one of the cafes before climbing the Chike-Taman pass.
After lunch we go to the top of the pass.
An excursion to the observation deck overlooking the old Chuisky tract.
Returning to the bus, we continue the path that lies to the confluence of the Chuya and Katun rivers, here you can take a lot of beautiful photo frames.
The next stop on the way will be the Kalbak-Tash tract, where travelers will have to get acquainted with the culture of ancient people by visiting a cluster of rock paintings with the guide of the complex.
Then we follow to the tourist complex, where dinner and room accommodation are waiting for you.

Day 4 - Altai Mars, Red Gate, "Geyser Lake", Dead Lake
Breakfast in the cafe of the tourist complex.
Departure for the tour.
The first stop will be an excursion to the lake, which tourists call "geyser", of course there are no geysers, the air escaping from the bottom of the lake from blue clay creates an illusion, and the clay raised from the bottom forms bizarre shapes.
Then the guests of the region proceed to the village of Chagan-Uzun, where they transfer to all-terrain vehicles (UAZ) and go on a trip to the Martian lands of Altai.
After walking around the red earth and taking a lot of bright photos, the group returns to the UAZ and rides them to the bus.
Lunch at the cafe in the village of Aktash.
After lunch, an excursion to the Red Gate and to one of the lakes of the Ulagan district – the Dead One.
The Red Gate is a section of the Ulagan tract, which is bounded by red rocks, their shades and brightness depend on weather conditions and time of day.
Return to the tourist complex.

Day 5 - Katun terraces, Kur-Ketchu tract, Bison nursery

Return and at the same time a busy transfer to the hotel.
We visit the legendary and picturesque place monument to Kolka Snegirev or "monument to the drivers of the Chui tract".
Kolka Snegirev is the hero of the legendary song "There is a road along the Chuisky tract", which appeared in Altai in the 30s of the last century, when the Chuisky tract was mastered by machines of the Soviet Union.
We pass the Chike-Taman pass. We admire the Katun terraces at the stops.
We make a stop at the Stirrup monument — in the Kur-Ketchu tract. It was in these places that stirrups made of iron plates were found in the mounds.

A visit to the Bison nursery in Kamlak village, the only experimental farm for breeding bison in Siberia. The nursery is maintained by tourist visits.

Day 6 - Tavdinsky caves, a trip to the apiary

A short day is expected today to give guests the opportunity to take additional excursions or just spend time alone in the afternoon.
In the morning, the group goes to the Tavda caves, where a tour will be conducted through the tunnels of the cave, where the site of ancient people was discovered.
The final excursion of the day will be a trip to the apiary, where guests of Altai will be told about the life of small miners of delicious honey. Beekeeping products can be purchased here.

Day 7 - Wonders of Lake Teletskoye, boat tour

It's important to know

1. Travel bag, suitcase or backpack, for transporting personal items from your home and throughout the route.
