We ask you to arrive in Cape Town two days before your scheduled flight to Antarctica. This will allow us to be more flexible in changing the program if weather conditions require postponing the departure to Antarctica at an earlier time. A mandatory safety briefing will be held the day before departure, where we will check that you have all the necessary equipment to visit Antarctica. Free time in Cape Town for sightseeing. Cape Town is a beautiful city with a huge number of attractions and entertainment.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the flight to Antarctica takes place at the scheduled time, but it is important to remember that all flights depend on the weather, the operational suitability of the aircraft and local conditions.
Also remember that in exceptional cases, with full technical readiness and favorable weather, we can fly in the evening of the day preceding the scheduled departure date.
The flight from Cape Town to the ice runway is carried out on a luxury Gulfstream 550 aircraft with a capacity of 12 passengers.
Meals, snacks and drinks will be offered on board.
The seats in the cabin of the aircraft are not distributed among the passengers and seating takes place in a free manner.

You arrive at the Wolf's Fang runway.
Upon arrival, you will transfer to a smaller Basler DC3 aircraft designed for domestic flights.
A short 25-minute flight will take you closer to the camp.
After exiting the plane on a specially modified 4x4 transport, you will be taken to Whichaway camp in 15 minutes.
