Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival, transfer to Vershinino, New Year's Eve
13:10 Arrival at Plesetskaya station.

Guests who arrive by train will be met at the Plesetskaya station by Kenozersky National Park transport – a car with a branded logo sticker (additional fee).

13:30 The way from Plesetsk to Vershinino is a long way – about 180 km and the road may leave the best in places, but our experienced drivers will take you comfortably – so that you will not have time to look back.

We'll make a short stop along the way.

16:00 – welcome to the village of Vershinino, the administrative center of the Plesetsk sector of the park!

From a long journey, you should have a good rest in the cozy rooms of the Inn – after all, the New Year's Eve is ahead.

And to pass the evening, try tea with rustic pies.

22:00 – 01:00 "Vasilieva noch" in the "Postal Chase" tavern

Day 2 - Vershinino city tour, interactive museum, master class
10:00 Village breakfast at the Post Chase inn.

10:30 a.m. On the morning of the first day of the New Year, we will start with a walk along Vershinino "The village stretches out in a patterned way."

This is an introduction to the village of Vershinino, Kenozero traditions, customs, crafts and crafts.

We will visit the St. Nicholas Chapel of the XVIII century. – the symbol of the Kenozersky National Park, look into the "Crumbling Barn", and also discover the secrets of blacksmithing, pottery and carpentry in the museum exposition "Ambarny Ryad".

13:00 Lunch at the Post Chase tavern.

14:00 Let's dive into the world of fairy tales and epics in the interactive museum "In the Beginning was the Word", dedicated to the epic heritage of Kenozerye – the territory that researchers called "Iceland of the Russian epic".

The museum was created in a reconstructed peasant house in the village of Shishkino, which is located about 1 km from the village of Vershinino.

18:00 Dinner at the Post Chase inn.

19:00 Master classes to choose from at the request of "New Year's decoration" in the Visitor center / Eco-master class in the Visitor center (by appointment until December 31).

Day 3 - Retro journey, interactive program
09:00 Rustic breakfast at the Post Chase inn.
10:00 Today we are waiting for a retro trip "More often. XX century".
We go to the village of Pocha (20 km from Vershinino, about 30 minutes).
Time on the road will fly by unnoticed – we will admire the fascinating Kenozersky forest and real white snow along the way!
10:30 – Pocha is a relatively young settlement, founded in 1959 as a logging village.
Do you remember the movie "Girls" and its amazing atmosphere?
For the residents of the village of Pocha, these are not film footage, but moments of history that they are ready to share with you.
From the mouth of a local resident in the open-air information center "Pocha. Lived, worked, loved" you will learn about the difficult but interesting fate of the village.
In the house of the village "Logger's Halt" we will take part in the interactive program "Enjoy the bonfires".
Lunch is already ready, the kettle is boiling, fresh pies with wild berries are languishing on the tables, and the members of the group "Severyanochka" gathered for the "Choker of news".
15:30 Return to Vershinino.
18:00 Dinner at the Post Chase inn.

Day 4 - Pochezersk temple complex, ethnographic program, master class
09:00 Rustic breakfast at the Post Chase inn.
09:30 Let's start our day with an introduction to the pearl of Kenozerye –The Pochezersk temple complex of the XVIII century in Filippovskaya village (20 km from Vershinino, bus crossing 30 minutes).
10:00 Upon arrival, we will walk around the walls of the temple complex, inspect the tent-roofed Church of the Savior with two complexes of recreated "heaven", the winter Forerunner Church with a refectory, climb the bell tower and enjoy the bells.
An outstanding monument of ancient Russian wooden architecture, the troika ensemble, consisting of two churches and a bell tower, looks monumental and fabulous in the winter landscape of the village of Filippovskaya.
11:30 We continue our New Year's journey and immediately from the village of Filippovskaya we go to the village of Ust-Pocha for the ethnographic program "Artisan Kenozerye".
12:00 Did you know that "heaven" can be handmade?
You will see this by visiting the Chapel of St. St. Nicholas the Wonderworker of the XIX century. with a unique 12-sided painted "sky".
13:00 After visiting the chapel and walking along the "Pike" ridge, we will arrange spiritual gatherings at the crafts and crafts center "Craft Farmstead".
The real village pickles are already on the table, the kettle is steaming and the berry pies have arrived! After a little refreshment, we will try our hand at master classes in birch bark weaving or felting.
Before leaving for Vershinino, do not forget to look into the souvenir shop to buy gifts for your family and friends made by Kenozersk craftsmen.

Day 5 - Departure

09:00 I don't want to leave and go back to where there are worries and fuss.
There is such a nature and peace in Kenozerye that you forget about everything in the world.
But the transport has already been served, and our way lies to the Plesetskaya station.
Transfer to Plesetskaya station or self-departure

The tour includes accommodation in a hotel in the village Vershinino in two- and four-bed rooms.

The cost of the tour for 1 person (transfer included):

The modern two-storey inn offers accommodation in 12 rooms, where 28 guests of the Park can stay at the same time. On the ground floor there are 3 and 4-bed rooms. On the second floor there are 2 single rooms, the rest are double rooms with separate and double beds.

The hotel has 4 spacious kitchens where you can prepare your own meals. Each kitchen has refrigerators, electric stoves, microwaves and necessary utensils. A friendly company can easily be accommodated at a large table.

There are 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets on each floor. And if you want to steam in a Russian bathhouse - it's possible! It is located next to the hotel. Inform us in advance and the bathhouse will be prepared by the appointed time.
