A painted house with paintings that are more than 100 years old, the history of the emergence and spread of "house paintings" in the Volga region, a story about the internal structure of a traditional peasant house. 

Visit to the Center of traditional folk culture "Berendey". 

A master class on free-brush paintings "Uzorochye Povazhya" (creating a souvenir in the style of paintings).

"Here is the Russian spirit" — an excursion to the Khoroshevsky horse breeding complex: a visit to the museum of horse breeding, stables of breeding Oryol trotters, horseback riding or in carriages along the tracks of the racetrack.

Excursion "Zaruchevsky lace": a walk through the village with samples of wooden house construction of the VIII–XXI century, a visit to the church of John the Baptist, the Vladimir Church, a walk on the suspension bridge "Love and Luck".

Return to Velsk.

09:00 Transfer to the Antonievo-Siysky monastery (4.5 hours, stops are made on the way).

13:30 Visit to the Holy Trinity Antonievsky Monastery. 

The monastery, founded in 1520, is known for the fact that it was here that Boris Godunov sent Fyodor Nikitich Romanov (the future patriarch Filaret), the father of the first tsar of the Romanov dynasty, into exile. 

Nowadays, the monastery is being actively revived and restored, and a museum exposition has been created. 

Transfer to Arkhangelsk (2 hours, stops are made on the way).

18:00 Walking tour of the historical center of Arkhangelsk. Getting to know the main sights of the city. 

Wooden houses built in the late XIX - early XX century are assembled on the pedestrian avenue in the heart of Arkhangelsk, which the Archangelgorodians call "Chumbarovka" in their native language. 

Pedestrian Street is not only a story about how houses were built in the Russian north about their inhabitants, specifics and features, it is a place loved by citizens and guests for amazing sculptures to famous northern storytellers and heroes of their works, harmoniously complementing the atmosphere of a pedestrian street.

09:00 Excursion to the shipyard of wooden shipbuilding "Pomorsky Koch".

Solombala is the cradle of the Russian navy, a favorite place of Peter the Great, the history of the Admiralty settlement, an island where the traditions of wooden shipbuilding are being revived and the Pomorsky Koch, a commercial Pomor vessel, is being built. 

At the shipyard, you will see with your own eyes how modern craftsmen, using the techniques of wooden shipbuilding, recreate a ship of the pre-Petrine era! It was on these wooden ships that the state borders of Russia in the Arctic were described and fixed. 

Excursion "Severodvinsk — the city by the White Sea". 

During the tour, you will hear the history of the founding and formation of the city from the time of the Nikolo-Korel Monastery to the modern Center of Nuclear Shipbuilding. 

The acquaintance with the history of the development of the Russian submarine fleet will continue at the Severodvinsk Museum of Local Lore. 

At the Museum Submarine exposition, you will learn about technical solutions in the field of design and construction technology of nuclear submarines, their internal structure and equipment of premises.

Departure to the southern coast of the Arctic — to the island of Jagra. A walk along the embankment and stunning views of the White Sea, which fascinate at any time of the year.

Return to Arkhangelsk.

Excursion to the Northern Maritime Museum. 

The museum is the keeper of material and spiritual values related to the maritime culture not only of the Russian North, but also of the whole of Russia. 

The exposition "The Millennium of Northern Navigation" will tell you about the history of shipbuilding and polar expeditions, about the development of Arctic navigation.

09:00 Excursion "Wooden architecture of the Russian North" with a visit to the open-air museum-reserve "Malye Korely". 

Once in Maly Korely, you will find yourself in a northern village of the XVIII–XIX centuries: peasant huts, slender tent temples, squat chapels, windmills and barns surrounded by a northern forest create a feeling of patriarchy and extraordinary peace.

14:00 Return to Arkhangelsk.

15:00 Excursion to the Museum of Fine Arts.

Acquaintance with one of the most interesting expositions of the Arkhangelsk Museum Association — crafts common in the territory of the Arkhangelsk Region in the middle of the XIX – early XX century: folk costume of the Russian North, festive women's headdresses, gold embroidery, pearl and bead sewing, embroidery and wood carving. 

A collection of North Russian spinning wheels, which presents all the main centers of painting and carving of the Russian North. The unique beauty and originality of the folk traditions of the Russian North.

17:00 The end of the excursion program.
