We will go to the Glacier Farm at the foot of the Sofia glaciers, where a cascade of melted glacial water falls from the rocks in a powerful stream

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. The Face of Christ, an ancient Alan settlement
Meeting of the group at the railway station of Nevinnomyssk – transfer to the village of Arkhyz.
Departure from Nevinnomyssk at 9:00.
Before reaching the village, the group examines the religious shrine of the KCR – the rock Face of Christ, and visits the ancient Alan settlement.
Arrival in the village, accommodation in rooms.
Day 2 - Baritovy Waterfall
Breakfast at the hotel.
Walk to the Barite Waterfall on the slopes of the Abishera-Akhuba ridge.
Panorama of the village of Arkhyz.
Distance – 5.8 km, climb – 560 m
Day 3 - The valley of the Malaya Dukka River
Breakfast at the hotel.
A trip to the valley of the Dukka River.
A walk to the Dukka Lakes, which are famous for their colorful waters.
Swimming in icy water.
Relax from the view of the mountain peaks.
Additional fee: off-road transfer to Dukki Gorge from 7,000 rubles per car for up to 4 people.
Day 4 - Arkhyz
Breakfast at the hotel.
A day of rest.
Those who wish can take a horse ride to the Arkhyz horizon or go rafting on the Zelenchuk River.
Day 5 - Arkhyz Saddle Pass and Lake of Love
The most difficult day: a long route (19 km), a significant climb (880 m).
We are going to the Arkhyz saddle pass and the Lake of Love.
A small heart nestled among the green slopes of the mountains on a carpet of white rhododendrons and anemone.
They say that if you wash your face with its water, then dreams come true.
Day 6 - Sofia Waterfalls
Jipping!
Excursion to the Sofia waterfalls – full-flowing and fast-moving, they are the hallmark of the Arkhyz district.
A simple approach to the sights along the trail will not cause difficulties for tourists, and the beauty of snow-white Sofia will be remembered for a long time.

Day 7 - The sleeping lake. Departure
Breakfast.
Room release.
Hike to Sleepy Lake in the valley of the Kyzgich river.
Century-old fir trees, traces of the arrival of bison, fast Kyzgich, steep cliffs.
Return around 16:00.
