OPTION I

14:20 Pyatigorsk city tour of Lermontov places.

A visit to Lake Proval, the Aeolian Harp, the grotto of M.Y. Lermontov, the Academic Gallery, a walk along Goryachaya Mountain to the emblem of the Caucasian Mineral Waters sculpture "Eagle torturing a snake".

Visit to Diana's grotto, Tsvetnik Park with the Lermontov Gallery, the place of M.Y. Lermontov's duel on the northwestern slope of Mount Mashuk.

Return to the hotel at approximately 17:30.

OPTION II

14:00 Guided tour "Essentuki".

A large balneological and mud resort. A walk through the resort park. Everyone will have the opportunity to visit the pump rooms of the Essentuki springs No. 4 and No. 17 and taste these world-famous salt-alkaline springs.

And finally, the magnificent N. A. Semashko mud clinic, the largest in Europe, built in the style of ancient Roman baths.

Return to Pyatigorsk by 17.30.

OPTION III

18:00 Drive "Suvorov baths".

Transfer to the village of Suvorovskaya. Suvorov thermal springs are a great place for treatment and relaxation. On the fenced territory of the complex there are pools with hot mineral water (2 outdoor and 1 indoor).

Mineral water is good for relieving pain in the joints, back, and calms the nervous system. There are contraindications. It is necessary to consult a doctor.

The cost of bathing is 700 rubles.

Return to the hotel at approximately 21:00.

OPTION I

13:20 Honey Waterfalls tour.

Mount Koltso is one of the Lermontov sites in Kislovodsk. Tea house (free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jam). There is an opportunity to buy: jams, herbs, sweets.

Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls. On the territory of the campsite there is the ethnographic museum "Karachayevsky courtyard", national costumes for photos.

The environmental fee is 200 rubles.

Return to the hotel at approximately 19:00.

OPTION II

14:20 Excursion "Zheleznovodsk".

Zheleznovodsk is the most picturesque of the resort towns of the Caucasian Mineral Waters. It is located on the slopes of Mount Zheleznaya. It is famous for its calcium-rich waters.

A walk through the Zheleznovodsk resort Park: Ostrovsky baths, Lermontov spring, monument to M. Y. Lermontov, dacha of the Emir of Bukhara (E. Telman sanatorium), Pushkin Gallery, monument to A.S. Pushkin, Slavyanovsky and Smirnov springs (tasting of mineral water), Smirnov playground, Cascade staircase.

Return to Pyatigorsk at approximately 18:00.

OPTION I

The Elbrus tour starts approximately at 6:00.

Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.

Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.

07:00-08:00 Breakfast at a roadside cafe — khichiny, coffee, herbal tea.

Stop (~ 2 hours) at Cheget glade — the foot of Cheget Mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather. Two levels of the chairlift are lifted to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.

Stop (~ 3 hours) at Azau glade, the southern foot of Mount Elbrus.

Ascent on closed cable cars for an additional fee:

• The 1st level rises to a height of 3,000 meters above sea level — Stary Krugozor station;
• The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level — Mir station;
• The 3rd level rises to a height of 3,900 meters above sea level — Gara-Bashi station.

Lunch on Azau after descent from the cable cars ~ at 14.00. National Balkarian cuisine: shurpa, lagman, kebabs, trout, manti, khychiny.

Stop at Narzanov glade (~ 30 min.) on the way back from Elbrus. Narzan tasting, you can take unlimited bottles with you for free.

Return to the hotel approximately at 18.30-19:30.

OPTION II

The Dombay tour starts at approximately 6:30 a.m.

Dombay is the most famous tourist and ski center in the Western Caucasus. A land of blue skies, intoxicating air, rushing rivers, everyone is struck by the whiteness of huge glaciers, the emerald greenery of forests and the bright diversity of alpine meadows.

Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.

Breakfast – Karachai khichins, tea on mountain herbs.

There is a short stop in the Teberdinsky National Park: either the Ullu-Muruju Mountain River or the Kara Kel Lake.

Dombayskaya polyana (~ at 11:00) stop (~ for 4 hours). All cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of the Moussa Achitara Mountain.

Cable car ride from Dombayskaya Polyana for an additional fee:

• 1st ascent by closed cable car to a height of 2270 m above sea level.;
• 2nd ascent on a 6-seater chairlift to a height of 3012 m. above sea level.;
• 3rd ascent on a 4-seater chairlift to a height of 3,200 m above sea level.

Free time: photos, tasting of local cuisine, markets, souvenirs.

Lunch at local cafes: khychiny, shurpa, lagman, kebabs, trout, manti, mulled wine, tea on mountain herbs.

Return to the hotel approximately at 19:30-20:00.

Ingushetia is a land of towers and legends.

Approximately at 08:00 stop for breakfast at a roadside cafe – Ossetian pies with cheese, meat, fruit fillings, shurpa, tea, coffee.

Egikal Tower Complex is the medieval capital of Ingushetia.

The Vnushki tower complex, one of the 8 man-made wonders of Russia.

The temple of Thaba-Yerdy is the earliest Christian temple in the Caucasus (8th century).

Assa River gorge, decorated with stone pillars.

The Tower of Concord in the city of Magas, climbing to a glass balcony at a height of about 100 meters.

Lunch is a dry meal (take extra food with you for lunch in the mountains!).

Stop for dinner on the way back (~ at 19.00) at a roadside cafe in Ossetia — Ossetian pies (with cheese, with herbs, with meat, with fruit fillings), shurpa, tea, coffee, beer.

Return to the hotel around 21:30.
