Itinerary

Day 1 - Irkutsk
Meeting at the airport, railway station, or hotel in Irkutsk.

Car and walking tour of the historical city center.

Accommodation at the hotel.

Meals are not included on this day and are charged extra.
By road: about 15 km.
Total duration: approximately 3 hours.
Day 2 - Listvyanka
Transfer to the village of Listvyanka, located on the Baikal coast.

On the way, stop at the Taltsy Open-air Museum of Wooden Architecture.

Continuation of the route to Listvyanka.

Stop at the source of the Angara River, at the cult place "Shaman-kamen".

Lunch at a restaurant by the lake.

Next– visit the Limnological Museum.

After the museum, you will go to the Chersky Stone observation deck to take a look at Lake Baikal and the source of the Angara (the widest in the world!) from a bird's-eye view.

Cable car ride.

Then you will visit a performance of the Baikal seal, the world's only endemic freshwater seal.

Check-in at the hotel.

Meals included: lunch.

Day 3 - Sandy Bay
Water crossing from Listvyanka to Sandy Bay.

Accommodation on the ship.

Meals are not included on this day and are charged extra.
By water transport: approximately 90 km
Total duration: approximately 6 hours.
Day 4 - Olkhon
Water crossing from Sandy Bay to Olkhon Island.

Accommodation at the campsite.

Meals included: lunch.
By water transport: about 160 km.
Total duration: approximately 12 hours.
Day 5 - Cape Khoboy
A trip to the northern part of Olkhon Island to Cape Khoboy with stops and hiking.
Return to the campsite.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The total length of the route on foot is approximately 3 km. By car: approximately 100 km, unaccompanied by a guide.
Total duration: approximately 7 hours.
Day 6 - Ogoy Island
Boat trip along the Small Sea Strait to Ogoy Island and holy springs.
Return to the campsite.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The total length of the route on foot is approximately 3 km. By water transport: approximately 60 km, unaccompanied by a guide.
Total duration: approximately 7 hours.
Day 7 - Air route over Lake Baikal
Flight from Olkhon Island to Irkutsk.

The air route will run along the shoreline of Lake Baikal over the water's edge and the Baikal Ridge.

Arrival at Irkutsk airport.

Accommodation at the hotel.

Meals included: breakfast.
By air: approximately 300 km.
Total duration: approximately 3 hours.
Day 8 - Departure
Departure to the airport or Irkutsk railway station.

Meals are not included on this day and are charged extra.
By road: about 10 km.
Total duration: approximately 1 hour.

Baikal cedar Guest House is located in Listvyanka. Here you can always connect to a free Wi-Fi network.

23 comfortable rooms are provided for guests' accommodation. All of them include comfortable beds and necessary furniture.

Some have a seating area or a balcony. Cleaning is carried out daily. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and the responsive and friendly staff is always happy to help and answer all your questions.

You can eat in the nearest snack bars, canteens and cafes. You can buy food in the nearest supermarkets, shops and markets. Of the attractions that are nearby, you can visit: the Taltsy Museum, the Church of St. Nicholas, Lake Baikal is very close. The distance to the airport is approximately 59.5 kilometers.
