We will meet you at Irkutsk airport and head to the panoramic restaurant in the city center for breakfast!
Breakfast will be served with a glass of Prosecco: a delicious, wine-filled and soulful trip to Lake Baikal is declared open!
After a hearty breakfast, we will walk through the historical part of Irkutsk and get acquainted with the city, accompanied by a local guide.
We will not walk for a long time: we alternate walking with traveling by our minibus.
We will walk along the embankment of the Angara River, see the famous 130th block with historical buildings, see the ancient Church of the Savior and the monument to Alexander III, and take pictures at the icebreaker Angara.
Let's go to lunch!
It will take place within the walls of a cozy mansion in the center of Irkutsk, where we will be able to plunge into the welcoming atmosphere of a noble house, enjoying delicious dishes of local cuisine.
Here, traditional Russian pickles are prepared in special oak barrels, cheeses are brewed in their own cheese factory, and seemingly familiar recipes are executed with elements of molecular cuisine technology.
For an aperitif, we will try an assortment of branded artisan cheeses, Baikal-style forest mushrooms and duck pate with dried fruits and onion marmalade.
Lamb baked with beetroot and gremolata is waiting for us as the main course.
The dishes are accompanied by velvety and full-bodied red wine.
And for dessert, we will taste the pear mascarpone mousse!
With camembert ice cream and almond crumble.
A tea ceremony from a century-old samovar is also waiting for us!
All meals are already included in the price of the tour, you just need to relax and enjoy!
After lunch, we check into one of the best hotels in Irkutsk - Marriott.
According to our tradition, a bottle of sparkling wine with fruits will be waiting for you in the room to relax in the evening and tune in to a beautiful and bright vacation!
Let's rest a little and get ready for dinner!
Tonight we will go to the culinary studio, where, under the guidance of the chef, we will prepare national dishes of Siberia and Buryatia.
So, what awaits us?
Taiga salad with dried bear meat and pine nuts, Buryat bouzes and Siberian brushwood with fragrant Altai tea.
And in order for the master class to be held with a spark, there will be a wine accompaniment.
So it will be delicious, interesting, vinous and fun!
After the master class, we start tasting our dishes.
In addition, a national dance ensemble will join our evening.
The artists will teach us how to dance the Buryat Yekhor dance!
We have dinner, enjoy, dance and exchange impressions.
