Welcome to Irkutsk!
The meeting takes place in 2 stages:
- at the airport 8:00-8:30 (inside the airport building at the exit to the city with a sign "May Tour on Lake Baikal");
- at the railway station 9:00-9:30 (meeting with a sign at the exit to the city inside the railway station building).

After gathering the group, we go to breakfast.
Next, we will have a sightseeing tour of the city of Irkutsk.
We start from the place where in 1661 Yakov Pokhabov founded the Irkutsk prison, here we will also see the most memorable and ancient shrine of Irkutsk – the Church of the Savior, the colorful Epiphany Cathedral, the Polish Church, the Eternal Flame, the Moscow Gate, a monument to the Pioneers.
The Znamensky Monastery, next to it is a monument to Kolchak. Then along Karl Marx Street (historical name – Bolshoy Prospekt) We will go to Gagarin Boulevard.
No less interesting sightseeing sites are located here: the monument to Emperor Alexander III, erected here in honor of the completion of the Great Trans–Siberian Railway, the only Moorish Castle in Siberia – the building that now houses the Irkutsk Museum of Local Lore, the White House (or Sibiryakovsky Palace) - a house that belonged first to the merchants Sibiryakov, and then for a long time It served as the residence of the Governor-General of Eastern Siberia.
Transfer to Lake Baikal.
On the way, visit the Taltsy Museum of Wooden Architecture, where more than 30 samples of Siberian architecture are collected, including the Buryat yurt and the Evenki chum.
After the tour at the museum, we continue our journey to Baikal village. Listvyanka.
And the first stop is at the Shaman stone, which is associated with many legends and which is located in the widest source of the river in the world – the source of the Angara River.
Next, we will visit the Baikal Museum.

Seals, hamaruses, gobies, sponges – these are the amazing organisms that live in Lake Baikal.
We walk along Listvyanka, taste Baikal fish with our signature drink, warm up with tea with Baikal herbs, visit the fish market and souvenir stands and drive back to Irkutsk.
