Itinerary

Day 1 - Irkutsk – Listvyanka
Meeting at the airport, railway station, or hotel in Irkutsk.
Transfer to the village of Listvyanka.
Accommodation at the hotel.
Meals are not included on this day and are charged extra.
By road: about 70 km.
Total duration: approximately 1 hour.
Day 2 - Ascent to the Chersky Stone observation deck. Limnological Museum
Sightseeing walking tour of the village of Listvyanka with short crossings.
A chairlift tour to the Chersky Stone observation deck, which offers a charming view of the Shaman Stone, the source of the Angara River.
Visit to the Limnological Museum (Lake Baikal Museum) with a virtual bathyscaphe dive.
Return to the hotel.
Meals included: breakfast.
The total length of the route on foot: about 3 km. By car: about 10 km.
Total duration: approximately 3 hours.
Day 3 - Free day in Listvyanka
Free day in Listvyanka.
Listvyanka is one of the most popular places on Lake Baikal.
It is often called the calling card of the lake.
It is from here that most tourists begin to get acquainted with the beauties of the Baikal region.
The name of the village was not given by chance.
If you walk around the neighborhood, be sure to pay attention to the large number of larch trees growing in these places.
The beautiful forest, starting just outside the village, will allow you to come into contact with the untouched civilization of wildlife, rich and diverse.

Day 4 - Baikal Astrophysical Observatory
A trip to the Baikal Astrophysical Observatory.
Walking distance to the observation deck.
Introduction to 2 telescopes.
Return to the hotel.
Meals included: breakfast.

Total duration: approximately 3 hours.
Day 5 - Free day
Free day in Listvyanka.
Many tourists are interested in why the village of Listvyanka has become one of the most popular vacation spots on Lake Baikal.
This is not surprising.
Listvyanka has the most developed infrastructure on the Baikal coast.
You will never get bored here, because all year round you can find entertainment for every taste – be sure to take a boat ride in summer, and in winter – on khivus or dog sledding, ride horses, try delicious local fish.

Day 6 - Taltsy Museum of Wooden Architecture
A trip to the museum of wooden architecture of Taltsy.
A walk through the museum.
Return to Listvyanka.
Meals included: breakfast.

Day 7 - Free day
Free day in Listvyanka.
Baikal is famous for its purity and transparency.
If you decide to relax on the Listvyanka beach, it's easy to see!
The water is so clear that every pebble on the bottom is visible.
And if you take a boat ride a little further from the shore, you can scoop up water with a mug and drink it.
It is not only delicious, but also completely safe.
In winter, you can see the transparency of Lake Baikal by looking at the fabulous ice floes.
Transparency is due to the minimal content of impurities and natural salts in it.
The unique epishura crustaceans inhabiting Lake Baikal from the bottom to the surface maintain the purity of the water.
