The tour operator is not responsible if tourists are late for the train, ship and any other scheduled transport due to the fault of tourists.
All transfers and excursions are combined (conducted as part of a group). Most of the excursions are guided tours without a guide. Other conditions for transfers and excursions must be specified separately in the contract.
Excursions around Olkhon are carried out by land transport as standard. Tourists can go out on the ice in detail at their discretion and under their full responsibility. Special equipment is used for ice travel, and the relevant information should be provided in the contract.
Cruises are conducted according to a pre-agreed program only in conditions of satisfactory weather. If the weather conditions are unsatisfactory: strong winds and waves, then the program can be adjusted by the captain on the spot. The captain informs tourists that, given the weather conditions, the program of the planned route cannot be completed and offers tourists a choice of alternative cruise options. In this case, the cost of the cryosis does not change.
Medical insurance is not included in the price of the tour and is paid additionally. There is an MHI on the territory of the Russian Federation, and the tour operator is not obliged to insure tourists, citizens of the Russian Federation. Foreign citizens should also take care of obtaining medical insurance themselves when entering the territory of the Russian Federation. We kindly ask all tourists to apply for medical insurance, extended medical insurance (including tick bite), sports insurance (including accident insurance) on their own. The customer is obliged to provide the Tour Operator with information on medical insurance for all tourists who are not citizens of the Russian Federation, no later than 5 working days before the start of the tour. In case of lack of medical insurance for tourists who are not citizens of the Russian Federation, all responsibility falls on the tour customer.
The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the order of the days of the excursion program (including depending on weather conditions), change the order of the tour facilities, the order of stops in hotels, change hotels and recreation centers (for similar or higher class) without additional agreement with the customer.
Recreational fees (payment for entry to the national park, nature reserve, etc.) are not included in the price of the tour and are paid additionally, independently by the tourist on the spot.
Entrance tickets to the springs (drinking, bathing, etc.) they are not included in the price of the tour and are paid additionally, independently by the tourist on the spot.
The cost of all services is indicated only for tourists, citizens of the Russian Federation, the cost for foreign citizens must be clarified with the tour operator additionally, since this cost may vary. The services of a guide with a foreign language are always paid additionally.
