Day 3 - Ekaterinburg

Day 4 - Slavgorod

This lake in Western Siberia is one of the largest salt deposits in this cold region.
The history, as well as the technology of salt extraction of the Burlinsky salt field, is unique.
It has about two hundred years of history and continues to this day.
It is worth noting that the reserves of resources will last for more than one hundred years.
The lake seemed to be watching the chameleon, it adapted to change its color depending on the temperature.
On cold days, it takes on a steel-gray hue, while on warm days it takes on a lilac-pink hue.

Day 6 - Irkutsk

Day 7 - Travel on the KBZHD
From Irkutsk to Slyudyanka, the train runs east without stopping.
00:30-06:30 Parking at Slyudyanka station.

During the parking, the traction will be changed, you will be able to see the work of the locomotive crew when the locomotive is hooked up and take vivid photos against the background of the L-series locomotive built in the last century.
06:30 Departure of the tourist train in the western direction to the famous Circum-Baikal railway.
Further to the Port of Baikal, our train will travel under the control of a steam locomotive, and you will have the opportunity to experience the emotions of a person at the beginning of the 20th century and feel the regularity of that time.
Traveling along the Circum—Baikal Railway, the "golden buckle of the Russian steel belt" running along the shore of Lake Baikal, is a great way to see southern Baikal and explore the architectural sights in one day.
The Circum—Baikal Railway has 38 tunnels with a total length of 9,063 m (the longest of them is the tunnel through Cape Polovinny with a length of 777.5 m), 15 stone galleries with a total length of 295 m (only 5 of them are currently in use) and 3 reinforced concrete galleries with holes, 248 bridges and viaducts, 268 retaining walls.
Our train will make stops in the most iconic and beautiful places of the Circum-Baikal Railway: Kultuk, Staraya Angasolka, Kirkirei, Polovinnaya, Italian Wall.

It's important to know

We recommend taking comfortable clothes and shoes, bath towels and rubber slippers for taking a shower on the train. Documents (passport, birth certificate for children), medical insurance policy.

It is impossible to know in advance whether passengers can board and disembark at non-fixed stops, upon arrival at which the tour service is provided (there may be parking on the train, but boarding/disembarking may not be allowed. There are various reasons for this. For example, the length of the platform does not allow, the train is on the sidings, and there is basically no platform.). The tour operator is not responsible for boarding and disembarking passengers when the train stops without sightseeing services.
Tourists can join the tourist route on any part of it, where there is a train parking with an excursion day service. But without recalculating the cost of the tour in terms of railway transportation. Since a cruise train ticket is issued from the start point of the tour to the end point of the tour, there will be no recalculation of the cost of railway travel in this case. For sightseeing days when tourists will not be present on excursions, we will recalculate the cost.
In a 4-seater compartment for two people, top+bottom accommodation is provided. Placement on the two lower shelves is possible only in a 2-seater compartment or a single compartment.
The purchase of the fourth seat in the compartment is optional, accommodation with check-in is possible.
Tours on the territory of the Russian Federation do not imply the presence of a notarized consent from one of the parents / legal representative for the child's trip accompanied by a third party. However, we recommend a handwritten consent from one of the parents / legal representatives to make a decision if medical care is needed for the child + a copy of the first page and the page with the registration of the parent / legal representative giving the handwritten consent.
Smoking is prohibited on the train (both electronic and plain cigarettes; a fine of 1,500 to 2,500 rubles). You can smoke in the train parking lots, if possible, get off the train in smoking areas specially designated on the platforms.
The tour operator issues railway tickets at a tariff without carrying animals (for group railway transportation of tourists, this tariff is not possible for registration). In addition, it is not allowed to enter the tour bus with animals (there may be allergies in the group). Pets are also not allowed to enter the museums.
