The beauty of Lake Baikal. Summer or autumn travel

On the first day of the tour, departure is approximately at 10 a.m. local time (Moscow + 5 o'clock). Please take this fact into account and purchase plane / train tickets and other transport a day before the start of the tour. If the arrival/arrival is scheduled on the day of the start of the tour, then the arrival time must be strictly before 8 a.m. local time (Moscow + 5 o'clock). 

On the last day of the tour, the estimated time of arrival in Irkutsk is 16 hours local time (Moscow + 5 hours). In case of delay of vehicles on the road and, in accordance with this, the passenger is late for the plane / train, etc. transport, the tour operator is not responsible. Please take this fact into account and purchase plane/train tickets and other transport only the next day after the end of the tour.

In June, Lake Baikal is already very warm during the day, excursions and walks are comfortable, but there may still be cool evenings, at the end of May and in June there are quite a few tourists and you can enjoy solitude.
In July and August, Lake Baikal is very sunny, you can swim and spend time on the beach. You can ride saps, try local berries (for example, there are a lot of strawberries and raspberries growing in Baikalsk), go on a cruise or sightseeing trips by boat.

Children under the age of 2 years without services (accommodation, meals, a separate place in transport, etc.) – free of charge!

Children from 2 years old (or if a child under 2 years old requires services) – at full price.

All transfers and excursions are combined (conducted as part of a group). Most of the excursions are guided tours without a guide. Other conditions for transfers and excursions must be specified separately in the contract.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the order of the days of the excursion program (including depending on weather conditions), change the order of the tour facilities, the order of stops in hotels, change hotels and recreation centers (for similar or higher class) without additional agreement with the customer.

Even if you are going to relax on Lake Baikal in the middle of summer, be sure to bring a warm sweater or jacket with you. Most often it is sunny and hot during the day at this time of the year. You will sunbathe and swim. But the nights can be very cold. The climate of Eastern Siberia is sharply continental, and its peculiarity is sharp temperature fluctuations. After a 30-degree heat wave, a bitterly cold twilight may come in the afternoon.

In the off-season and in winter, thermal underwear will not hurt. However, remember that even in the middle of winter there are no severe frosts on Lake Baikal, this contributes to the special microclimate of the lake.

July and August are one of the most popular months for holidays on Lake Baikal, it is warm and sunny.
At the end of August, it rains, as everywhere, you can't guess in advance.
September is a very colorful month, we recommend nature lovers tours for September, the weather is usually good, warm and very beautiful forest (everything is green-yellow-red).
October is always changeable weather, this is the off–season, the beginning of October is usually still warm.

Air and railway tickets are not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase them yourself or contact us for help.

A triple room is almost always a double room with an extra bed for a third person. The triple room is always very cramped. We recommend purchasing two rooms for three people: a double room and a single room.

Additional medical insurance is not included in the price of the tour. If desired, you can apply for insurance on the website of a Large Country without commission directly from insurance companies.
