Itinerary

Day 1 - Transfer to O. Olkhon and a walk to Shamanka Rock (Cape Burkhan)
Guided tours in the tour (priority) can be rearranged by day without changing the volume and quality of services provided.
Gathering of the group at the railway station or at the Irkutsk airport from 9:00 to 10:00 (local time).
Irkutsk – MRS transfer.
On the way, we will make a stop in Ust-Orda.
We will get acquainted with the traditions and customs of the local population, visit the ethnographic museum, the datsan.
Lunch at a cafe.
Getting to know the national Buryat cuisine.
Ferry crossing the Olkhon Gate Strait.
A short transfer to the central village of Khuzhir.
Accommodation at the hotel.
Walk to Shamanka rock (Cape Burkhan).
Photos will not be able to convey all the magic of Olkhon, which can be felt only by visiting here.

Day 2 - A journey to the ends of the Earth!
Breakfast.
Tour "Journey to the ends of the Earth!" (designed for the whole day, lunch included).
Cape Khoboy is the northernmost cape of the island of Olkhon.
When you stand on a cliff at the very edge, and there are kilometers of water below you, it seems that this is the very edge of the Earth that brave sailors and fearless heroes of Russian fairy tales were looking for...
That's where our path lies.
To get to the north of the island, you need to overcome: a steppe landscape with incredible ascents and descents, very similar to a roller coaster, a sandy tract and an impassable taiga.
During the trip, you will be able to see the face of Father Baikal on the slopes of the Primorsky Ridge, admire the three brothers, whose silhouettes were immortalized in stone by a mighty and just father, visit the edge of the Earth, make a wish on the rock of Love, and also taste fish soup prepared according to an ancient Buryat recipe.
You will learn a lot about Lake Baikal, hear fascinating legends, get acquainted with the traditions and customs of the locals.
The route is within the power of everyone, but the impressions will remain the most vivid and, of course, unforgettable!

You can spend this day at our hotel, which is located on the first coastline, and take advantage of free options: kayaks, sup boards, and the beach.
We offer to visit the "Islands of the Small Sea" tour for an additional fee.
Let's go conquer the Baikal expanses of the Small Sea.
We will definitely visit Ogoy Island, where the Buddhist Stupa of Enlightenment is located.
The tour will take place by boat.
It is believed that Buddhist stupas are designed to dissolve all negative obstacles in the world, favorably contribute to the prosperity of the area where they are built, and benefit people, especially those who visit these stupas consciously.

Day 4 - Irkutsk
Breakfast.
We are going to Irkutsk.
Accommodation at the hotel.
Guided tour of the historical center of Irkutsk (duration about 2 hours).
You will visit the places where the history of the city originates, see the first churches, merchant houses, get acquainted with the unique architectural style "Siberian Baroque", stroll along the embankments and hear a lot of useful and interesting information.
Dinner at a cafe/restaurant (according to your taste).
Accommodation: Angara / Victoria / Rus Hotel, standard room, double occupancy.

Day 5 - Arshan Mineral Waters
Breakfast.
Today we will transfer to the mountain village of Arshan, located in the Tunka Valley (southern part of Lake Baikal).
Stop at the observation deck, which offers a magnificent view of the lake.
Lunch at the cafe is not included in the price.
Accommodation at the hotel.
A walk to the drinking pump room.
There is such a law in the Buryat land: if you take something, then give something else in return.
If a person has drunk the healing water given by the spirits (ezhins) of a sacred place, be kind and leave gratitude for generosity.
As guests, we will be very happy to perform a thanksgiving ceremony, treat Eugene to wine, tie satin ribbons as a sign of great respect and continue our journey in peace.
On the day of departure, we will also not forget to honor the spirits of Anshan with a request to grant health and longevity, and gratitude for a wonderful vacation.
A walk along the waterfalls of the Kyngargi River.
The mineral waters of Arshan have a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract.
The purest mountain air combined with mineral water has an extraordinary healing effect for tired urban residents, and the trail to the waterfalls of the Kyngargi River, according to ancient beliefs, prolongs a person's life for as many years as he has been to Arshan.
We will definitely visit the Khoimorsky datsan, located in a quiet and peaceful place near the village of Arshan.
It is a traditional building made in Oriental style in compliance with all Buddhist rules.
For purification, we will spin the prayer drums to activate the mantras inside them.
And only after that we will go inside the temple (optional).
We return to the hotel in the evening.

Day 6 - Peak of Love and mineral baths
Breakfast.
A walk to the observation peak.
For those who wish – climbing the "Peak of Love".
The stunning view of the Tunka Valley from the observation deck of the peak of Love will enchant you and will never let you forget about Arshan!
According to the legend, love will be stronger if you climb this peak together (moreover, it is advisable to carry your Beloved in your arms for the last takeoff!).
Swimming in the mineral pool.
We will get a boost of energy by visiting the thermal springs.
There is nothing more pleasant than a hot mineral shower in the open air!
Methane baths relax, restore the nervous system and have a rejuvenating effect.

Day 7 - Taltsy Museum, Chersky Stone, aquariums

Visit to the ethnographic museum of Taltsy.
A unique open-air museum park, which contains architectural exhibits that are subject to flooding during the construction of numerous hydroelectric power plants on the Hangar.

Ascent to the observation peak – "Chersky Stone" (on foot, funicular optional).
A picturesque panorama opens from the observation deck: a view of the entire Larch Bay, the famous source of the Angara River and the legendary Shaman Stone.

The Limnological museum provides very accessible and understandable information about the great lake.
The expositions are devoted to the history of the lake's origin, the peculiarities of natural landscapes, the seismic situation, the wildlife of Lake Baikal, and the history of lake exploration.
Everyone's favorite exhibit is aquariums, where Baikal fish, crustaceans and even cute and modest seals are eagerly awaiting tourist guests.
At the end of the tour, you will have a virtual dive into the purest Baikal waters.

On the second floor you can get acquainted with the tiniest inhabitants of Lake Baikal.
With the help of electron microscopes, tiny crustaceans, worms, eggs, etc. can be examined in great detail.

Everything was impeccably organized, with no hiccups at all. The coordination was seamless. Our group consisted entirely of travelers aged 50 and above, but that didn’t stop us from exploring the most remote and stunning spots around Lake Baikal.
