Day 1 - Meeting. The road to the mountains of Eastern Sayan. Sightseeing tour of Arshan, waterfalls, springs
Today begins an exciting journey to the mountains of the Eastern Sayan, to the village of Arshan, located at their foot.
Upon arrival, you will set off from Irkutsk along a scenic road through the village of Kultuk on the shore of Lake Baikal. (meeting place: Angara hotel or airport, the organizer will send the exact time the day before).
And then you will drive along the Tunka valley, where the mountains of the Eastern Sayan rise on your right, and at the foot lies the steppe, where you can often find herds of graceful horses, cozy settlements, villages.
Arshan village is a village nestled next to the mountains, a place rich in mineral springs.
The composition of Arshan mineral water is close to Caucasian Narzan.
Your acquaintance with this place will take place under the guidance of an experienced guide.
You will go to the thundering waterfalls, walk along the path along a picturesque gorge, a briskly running mountain river.
Visit the local Buddhist temple-monastery of Hoimorsky Datsan "Bodhidharma", located in a truly magical place called "Holy Glade" among century-old cedars with spreading branches, and the peaks of the mountains flaunt against the background.
Along the way, you can visit a local market with Siberian goods (herbs, nuts, souvenirs).

Day 2 - Climbing the Peak of Love / Tagarhai city tour. Visit to the hot springs. Return to Irkutsk
Today you will be offered two options for excursions.
1 option. Climbing the peak of Love (only in September).
Today you will climb one of the most popular peaks in the Eastern Sayan Mountains — the peak of Love (height 2124 m).
The path to the peak of Love comes out of Arshan.
You will set off accompanied by an experienced guide.
He will tell you the romantic legend of this peak, guide you along a reliable path, and you will definitely be able to persevere all the way and receive a reward: a stunning view of the Tunka Valley, stretching somewhere down there.
Exit at 6:00. The average climbing time is 4-5 hours.
Climbing the peak is an opportunity to test your strength and get an unforgettable experience as a result!
Option 2. Excursion to the Buddhist complex in Tagarhai village.
After breakfast, you will drive to Tagarkhai village, located near Arshan, and there you will see a Buddhist complex.
Regardless of which of the program options you choose, after climbing or sightseeing, you will be invited to visit the healing hot springs in Arshan.
Hot mineral springs have a healing effect and give a pleasant feeling of relaxation and rebooting.
In the evening, you will have a return trip to Irkutsk.
You will see: Tunka Valley; Eastern Sayans; Peak of Love or a visit to the hot springs in the village of Pearl.

Day 3 - The road to Olkhon
In the morning, after breakfast, your Baikal journey will continue.
From Irkutsk, you will take a group transfer to the most popular place on Lake Baikal — Olkhon Island.
Olkhon is a truly unforgettable and one of the most famous places on Lake Baikal, which is rightfully called a place of power and especially powerful energy!
It is visited by pilgrims from all over the world.
The way to Olkhon will run along a comfortable highway surrounded by beautiful scenic nature.
Olkhon is an island, and it is accessed via a ferry crossing.
Your way to the ferry crossing will be along the "Martian Road", as our tourists often say about the Tajeran steppes.
These are kilometers of expanse, in some places picturesquely decorated with rocky remnants.
The landscapes really transport you to some kind of alien reality!
Arriving on the island, you will settle in its center — the village of Khuzhir.
In the evening, you will have free time to spend exploring the surroundings of the village.
Within walking distance is the calling card of Lake Baikal, the most popular, recognizable and at the same time energetically strong location — Cape Burkhan, Shamanka rock.
You will see: Tajeran steppes; ferry crossing; Cape Burkhan, Shamanka rock.

Day 4 - Excursion to Cape Khoboy
Today you will immerse yourself even more in the atmosphere of Lake Baikal.
After breakfast, you will go on an excursion to the picturesque part of the island – to the north, to Cape Khoboy.
The path will pass through many interesting locations!
It is worth noting that the weather on Lake Baikal is excellent in autumn, the air temperature is not as high as in summer, which makes walking around the surroundings especially pleasant.
From the village of Khuzhir, we will first go to the observation deck in the village of Kharantsy and explore the Lion's Head and Crocodile Islands in the distance.
From the outside, it looks like a big stone crocodile is trying to catch up with a huge stone lion!
Next, our way through a picturesque location called the Sandy tract!
There are very interesting places here: a popular summer beach with pomegranate sand, and there used to be a fish factory where prisoners of a small gulag worked.
Along the way, you will also see Cape Sagan-Khushun (or "Three Brothers"), a sheer cliff of snow–white marble, after which we will reach Cape Khoboy.
The cape is located in the very north of the island.
Its name translates from the language of the local population as "fang", and indeed, the rocky steep shores in these places resemble animal fangs.
Being near the edge of the cape, Lake Baikal seems endless, you can feel its greatness!
On the way back, you will visit Cape Lyubov (or Cape Shunte-Levy).
Locals say that childless couples used to come to the cape, and after rituals and prayers, they would soon have children.
It is believed that the cape has not lost its magical power to this day.
You will also see with your own eyes the unusual and impressive creation of the famous sculptor Dasha Namdakov "The Keeper of Lake Baikal" — this is his gift to Lake Baikal.
The sculpture is located at some distance from the roads, on a hill.
The "Guardian" looks extremely authentic and majestic!
In the middle of the day, you will refresh yourself by eating a fragrant lunch against the backdrop of the golden Baikal nature!
The tour takes place with stops in the most beautiful places where you can take wonderful photos for memory.
You will see: Cape Sagan-Khushun; Cape of Love; Cape Khoboy; sculpture by Dasha Namdakov "Keeper of Lake Baikal".

Day 5 - Farewell to Olkhon. Completion of the tour program
On this day, our amazing journey through Olkhon is coming to an end.
Breakfast awaits you in the morning and you will have the opportunity to take a last walk around Olkhon.
*If you wish, you can complement your unforgettable trip to Olkhon and add a tour of the south of the island. You will visit places such as the Rock Garden, a lonely birch tree, and the sunniest part of the island, Khalzany Falls. For more information, you will need to contact your tour organizer. The excursion is not included in the price of the tour, it is paid additionally.
In the afternoon, departure to Irkutsk, where the tour program will end.
