And, of course, an unforgettable hot lunch right on the ice, under the endless blue sky — a taste that cannot be compared with anything!

In the evening, we check into a guest house in the village of Khuzhir on Olkhon.

The famous phrase "If you haven't been to Olkhon, you haven't been to Lake Baikal" is not just a word for tourists.

This is the key that unlocks the door to the very heart of this ancient lake, to its innermost secret.

Olkhon is a pearl set in silver ice and gold of the Siberian sun.

His landscapes are a frozen music of wind and water: sand dunes, pine groves, steep cliffs falling directly into the crystal surface.

And above all this reigns the majestic and mysterious Shaman-rock, the silent guardian of countless legends and beliefs.

An excursion to it is a pilgrimage to the sources of power, where every stone breathes history.

And after that, the magic of movement awaits us — a dizzying ride on the Hivus.

This is not just a trip, it is a flight on a magic carpet over the mirrored surface of the Small Sea.

We will glide between the cracks of the sapphire ice, skirting the snow-capped capes, and our way will lie all the way to the Olkhon Gate.

Along the way, we will encounter Ogoy Island, as a guardian from another dimension, whose frozen slopes preserve peace and quiet.

And then there's the real hunt.

But not for game, but for beauty.

We will arrange a photo hunt for the magical patterns that Baikal has forged in its ice: myriads of frozen bubbles, similar to scattered champagne, or distant galaxies trapped underfoot.

We will ride, laugh, breathe in the frosty air filled with purity, and take thousands of pictures against the background of endless whiteness.

The landscapes change here with every step: here are the snow-covered dunes weathered by the wind, and here is the steep coast, painted with patterns of splashes.

We are heading to the heart of the Olkhon power — Cape Khoboy, its northernmost tip.

Here, on the edge of the earth, you feel both tiny and part of something infinitely huge.

The wind blowing on the top of the cliff tells ancient legends.

And here, in the midst of this cosmic emptiness and freedom, an incredible feeling awaits us — ice skating.

Not just on the ice rink, but on the surface of Lake Baikal itself, under the endless dome of the sky, where your skates leave their first traces on the perfect mirror of the world.

After a busy day, we are on our way back to the Buryat side, to the hospitable village of Ust-Barguzin.

And in the evening, a reward for body and soul.

We drive into a secluded camp on the shore of the bay, where peace and quiet reign.

We are waiting for a relaxation ritual against the sunset, which floods the sky and ice with crimson.

The complex of water procedures is an ancient cycle of the elements: a hot, steaming sauna that washes away fatigue, a rapid and fiery surge of adrenaline in the icy font of Lake Baikal and a blissful immersion in a hot vat where you can soar in the warmth, looking at the fading colors of the day.

The final chord: dinner of Baikal cuisine.

Fragrant fish soup cooked over a live fire, or other gifts from a generous lake.

This is a moment of absolute harmony, when the taste of food, the beauty of nature and the warmth of the company merge together, creating unforgettable memories of Lake Baikal.

Today, after breakfast, we pack up and leave.

We are going to a very beautiful place and you will have another surprise waiting for you on the ice.

Full of energy and vigor, and of course, after a hearty breakfast, we set off to meet new adventures!

The road to the picturesque Chivyrkuy Bay lies through the Trans-Baikal National Park, at the entrance to which we make our first stop.

Our guide at the tourist information center of the national park will tell you in detail about today's route and show it on the map, and will conduct an introductory tour.

And now we are in the protected areas!

We make a stop at the longest sandy beach of Lake Baikal – Soft Karga: from here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Barguzin Bay and the peaks of the Svyatoy Nos Peninsula.

Our next stop will be a sacred place near the Burtuy River.

There are two wooden statues installed here, so each guest must ask permission from the spirits to visit this area and make an offering.

We leave for the thick Baikal ice and our expedition begins to explore the most beautiful caves and grottos located on the islands of the Chivyrkuy Bay with talking names.: A bird market, Naked and Shaggy.

Transparent ice, giant hummocks, bizarre icicles and statues are a real winter kingdom built by nature and grandfather Baikal.

Today we have a program of "hot treatments": baths with healing water, the temperature of which reaches + 45C.

Yes, right on the shore of Lake Baikal, you can lie in a hot tub in one swimsuit, and in front of you will have a magnificent view of the ice-bound lake.

After arriving in the city, we will have a gala lunch at the national cafe, where we will taste hearty Buryat cuisine.
