Itinerary

Day 1 - Transfer Irkutsk – Listvyanka. Baikal Museum
Meeting in Irkutsk at 12 o'clock in the morning near the main entrance to the bus station (11 Oktyabrskaya Revolyutsii str.).
Boarding a vehicle. Transfer by bus to the village of Listvyanka (70 km).
Visit to the Baikal Museum.
The road resembles a rollercoaster ride along the mountains and hills, from where the beautiful Angara glimmers.
The trip takes 60 minutes and is very scenic.
The museum in the village is unique and has a small aquarium with representatives of the lake.
Lunch in the village of Listvyanka (on your own), here you will have the opportunity to buy and taste all kinds of cooking Baikal omul (lunch time is 1 hour.)
Accommodation at the economy class recreation center.
Accommodation for 2-3-4 people.
Discussion of plans, distribution of products.

Day 2 - Transfer to the village of Bolshye Koty
Early breakfast.
Then there is a pedestrian crossing (10-12 km).
Lunch at the Cherny Pass (955 m., the pass offers a beautiful view of the Angara River, the only river flowing from Lake Baikal).
With good preparation of the group, the transition along the shore of Lake Baikal along the so-called dog trail.
After the pass and descent from the trail, we go out to Lake Baikal and continue our journey.
The mountains are on the left, and Lake Baikal is on the right, especially beautiful in sunny weather.
The water near the Shore shimmers with all shades of blue and turquoise, and in the distance, barely noticeable on the other shore, the mountains of Hamar Daban are visible.

Day 3 - Crossing the pass. Panorama from the Skriper mountain
Breakfast.
We are moving along the trail along the shore of Lake Baikal.
We pass the Haymarket.
Gradually, the path leads to the top.
We climb the Skriper rock and make sure to stop to capture all the beauty on the camera.

Next, we have to pass the Devil's Bridge, a path about two meters wide and passing high above Lake Baikal.

The transition is safe enough, but requires extreme attention.
Passing the Gull Cliff, we pass into the Bolshaya Kadilnaya Falls.

The name "censer" is associated with a limestone quarry, where lime used to be burned (censed).
The remains of these developments and furnaces can still be seen today behind the gamekeeper's house.

Day 4 - Walking distance to the village of Bolshoe Goloustnoe
Breakfast.
It is advisable to get up early, as here you can watch the amazing sunrise.
The sun and Lake Baikal, which is 20 meters away, as well as silence, where there is no noise of cars, boats, etc.
Transfer to the village of Bolshoe Goloustnoe along the coastline of Lake Baikal.
Along the way, there are amazing stones of various shapes.
The path goes up and down. Every time Lake Baikal rises to the top, it shimmers with different shades of blue and turquoise.
Lunch is on the way near the trail.
Continuation of the Baikal trekking.
Transfer to Irkutsk.
Accommodation at the hotel.

Walking distance per day is about 15-25 km. Physical training is not required, good physical shape is required. We recommend visiting the fitness room 1-2 times a week before hiking for 2-3 months.

The tour provides accommodation in 2-3-4-bed rooms at camp sites and in a hotel in Irkutsk.

The bases are a house with rooms (outdoor amenities).

You can charge your phones at the camp sites, but the mobile connection is weak and there is no wi-fi. Please specify the details when booking the tour.

Additional payments for double occupancy – 2,600 rubles.

The surcharge for single occupancy is 4,000 rubles.

It's important to know

We recommend a backpack of 40-50 liters (depending on the items collected by the participants). But not less than 40 liters!

We do not recommend taking too many extra things on a hike. Be sure to take both light (summer) and warm (spring) clothes. Baikal is changeable and everything will depend on the weather.

During the campaign you will need:

1. Documents:

Passport (for children — birth certificate).
For children under the age of 18 traveling on the route accompanied by a person responsible for them (without parents), it is necessary to have written parental consent.
A compulsory medical insurance policy.
A certificate from a therapist, if there are chronic diseases (the tourist takes responsibility for his health on the tour).

2. Personal equipment:

Matches sealed in polyethylene or plastic packaging, or a lighter.
Individual first aid kit (no more than 200g by weight);
Photo camera;
Thermos or plastic bottle;
Have protective equipment against insect bites;
Sunburn products
Underwear — at least 2-3 sets;
Thermal underwear (set, depending on the time of year) — 1-2 pieces;

Everyone prepares food on duty with the help of a guide.

A sleeping bag is not required (you can take it if you freeze at night).
