Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Transfer to Goloustnoe village
Arrival in Irkutsk before 15:00 (guests get to the meeting place on their own, they are not picked up from the hotels).
Meeting at the bus station in Irkutsk, inside the building at the main entrance at 15:00.

Boarding the bus.
At 16:00 departure to the village of Goloustnoye by regular bus.

Note: In case of delay for any reason, tourists catch up with the group on their own. We recommend that you arrive the day before the start of the tour! The products are distributed among the participants. Distribution of duty!
Day 2 - Crossing the ice to Sandy Bay
Breakfast.
Crossing Lake Baikal.
There is about 32 km to go.
This area is very picturesque, especially in sunny weather.
Rocks, ice, and glaciers.
Baikal is very beautiful from the water (in this case, from the ice).
It depends on the weather conditions or the wishes of the participant.
If the ice is in good condition, we put on skates.
Today we have to walk along the coast to the Sandy Bay.
Snack or lunch (depends on the weather).
Inspection of the transparent ice of Lake Baikal.
Surprisingly transparent.
In the evening — the famous Sandy Bay.
Overnight in cabins with outdoor facilities.
There is a hand basin in the room.
Experience shows that speed skating is quite high, as a rule, this distance is easily overcome in 4-5 hours.
It takes about 8-9 hours on foot.

Day 3 - Taking a bird's-eye view of Lake Baikal
Breakfast.
Today there are only radial exits.
Inspection of the Large Bell Tower, ice on the rocks!

Climb to the observation point in the Sandy Bay.

Day 4 - Hiking to Sennaya Bay along the shore of Lake Baikal
Breakfast.
Transfer to Sennaya Bay.
Radial exit along the shore of Lake Baikal (for those who wish — 8 km) on foot.
You can skate back.
We'll take our skates with us.
We return to the Sandy Bay.
We have lunch, we relax, we play, those who wish go to the sauna.

Day 5 - Hiking in the village of Goloustnoe: skating, walking or on khivus
We have breakfast and go skating or on foot to Goloustnoe village.
For an additional fee, you can leave on the Hivus boat (to be paid separately and in advance).
Overnight in the village of Goloustnoye or in Listvyanka.
Overnight at the recreation center.
Farewell dinner.

Passport (for children — birth certificate).
A compulsory health insurance policy.
A certificate from the therapist, if there are chronic diseases (the tourist assumes responsibility for his health on the tour).

Necessary personal equipment for winter and spring travel:

Equipment and accessories:

A backpack for personal belongings of 60 liters (if you take a travois, you can do it without a backpack with a bag).
Thermos;
Disposable heating pads 1-2 pcs.
The headlamp.
Sunglasses.
A spoon, a mug, a cup, a knife.
Matches, or a lighter.
An individual first-aid kit (with the necessary set of personal and specific medicines, no more than 200 grams by weight. A roll of Band-Aid is required).
Sunburn products (required in the mountains and traveling on the ice of Lake Baikal).

Necessary clothes:

Lingerie.
Thermal underwear 1 pc.
A sweatshirt, fleece, etc. (preferably made of modern materials).
Storm suit – jacket + trousers. Availability is mandatory. The jacket is insulated with a hood. Trousers – protection from wind and moisture. You can use a ski suit.
Simple (or tracking) socks — 2 pairs.
Wool socks (trekking, insulated).
Shoes (trekking boots or other warm boots with a warm insole, without high heels, boots. Worn, tested shoes).
Slippers;
Trekking poles are recommended only for hiking routes, combined at the discretion of the participants.
Warm sports cap — 2 pcs.
Personal hygiene products (toothbrush and paste, toilet paper, etc.).
Insulated gloves and winter mittens.

Note: if special equipment is not included in the price of the tour, it can be rented from the company by informing your manager in advance. Equipment rental is only and strictly for all days of the tour. It is taken at the beginning of the tour and surrendered at the end. The cost per day of multiplication for all days, regardless of whether it was used or not, is non-refundable.

Important! It is mandatory to have the following documents on the entire route: a passport, a compulsory medical insurance policy, and a birth certificate for the child.

The requirement for a set of "personal belongings" is nothing superfluous and heavy! If you have extra things or a suitcase, then you decide on your own where to leave it (luggage storage). The organizers do not store things.
