Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Irkutsk. Listvyanka. Limnological Museum

    Meeting at the airport at the information desk at 10:00 a.m. in Irkutsk (guide with a sign "Baikal").

    A short sightseeing tour of the city.

    Irkutsk was founded in 1661 and is located where the Irkut River flows into the Angara, hence the name of the city.

    Transfer to the village of Listvyanka, where the Angara River originates, along a scenic road.

    Escort to the Limnological Museum.

    An amazing museum with the best exhibits and aquariums.

    All the museum staff are scientists.

    You will find out why Lake Baikal is so clean, what mysteries it hides in itself, who lives in this unique lake.

    Lunch on your own at the fish market or in the cafe of the village.

    Free time.
