Itinerary

Day 1 - Excursion "History of Kaga village and Ural ironworks"
There are several possible arrival options on the tour:
Option No. 1: Independent check-in at the campsite (Beloretsky district, village of Kaga): from 12:00 to 14:00 local time (the difference from Moscow time is +2 hours) on the day of arrival. If parking for private cars is required during the tour, it is paid additionally according to the price list.
Option #2: Group transfer for an additional fee:
meeting in Ufa: at 10:00 local time (the difference from Moscow time is +2 hours) in Ufa, the central entrance of the Ufa Department Store (31 Oktyabrya Avenue). Group transfer to Kaga village (300 km);
meeting in Beloretsk (railway station): on the day of arrival from 04:00 to 06:00. Group transfer to Kaga village (80 km). Breakfast. Early check-in is possible subject to availability.
It is also possible to check in on the eve of the arrival day from 20:00 to 22:00 (subject to payment for a group transfer and an additional fee). nights at the campsite).

Safety briefing on the route.
Introductory horse-riding trip in the vicinity of the village (~2 hours, ~8 km).
Get to know the horse that will be your best friend for the next five days; practice how to properly saddle horses and consolidate riding skills on your first radial walk.
Guided tour "History of Kaga village and Ural ironworks" (~ 40-60 min.).
Kaga is one of the most distinctive villages in Bashkiria, located between two rivers — the wise White and playful Kaga.
The village was founded in the first half of the 18th century, in the southern part of the Ural Mountains, and over several centuries it has experienced a rich and interesting history: the construction of an ironworks of the Demidov dynasty and at the same time the rapid development of the village, the ordeal of fire and hunger after a fire, miraculous healing from typhus, etc.
We will tell you how the villagers managed to preserve their flavor, hear their dialect, learn about holidays and customs that are celebrated only here.

Day 2 - Horseback riding along the border of the Bashkir State Reserve, holy spring
Breakfast.
Horseback riding along the border of the Bashkir State Nature Reserve (~5 hours).
The special feature of our tour is that you are fully involved in the process of preparing the horses for the ride. Learn how to "catch" a horse, and under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you will saddle the horse yourself.
The route takes you through a scenic area with an overview of the ranges of the middle and southern Krak with pine, pine-birch and larch forests.
The departure is scheduled for about 5 hours (depending on the weather conditions and the group's preparedness), it is expected to be a long journey and a long stay outdoors, so carefully consider the selection of clothes and shoes.
Late lunch at the campsite.
Walking tour to the holy spring "Sazhelka" (1 km).
According to legend, the water from this spring stopped the cholera epidemic in the village. This event is associated with the traditional Kaginsky holiday, the Promised Day, which takes place every year on August 21.
The spring is well-maintained, and there is a chapel dedicated to St. Nicholas. St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, the font is open. Those who wish can take a dip and get some water.
"Over a cup of tea..." — tasting Bashkir honey, herbal tea and balms of local production.

Day 3 - Horse crossing to the mouth of the Black River
Breakfast.

Preparation and departure for horseback riding: three days of complete immersion in the nature of the Urals and communication with the horse are ahead.
A string of horses goes to the mouth of the Black River.
The route runs along a scenic trail in the mountains and passes "light": there is car support on the tour, things are transported to the parking lot by car.
Upon arrival at the place, cooking, setting up a camp, and relaxing by the river.
Overnight in tents, meals in the field.
Day 4 - Kraka Ridge Horseback Ride
Breakfast in the field.
Horseback riding from the mouth of the Black River to the Kraka ridge (~3 hours).
We will explore the Ural Mountains on horseback, fascinating views, rugged mountainous terrain, picturesque glades with various grasses. After enjoying the beauty, we will return back to the camp to relax, swim and enjoy socializing around the campfire.
Overnight in tents, meals in the field.
Day 5 - Horse crossing to the campsite
Breakfast in the field.
Horse ride to the campsite (~ 3 hours).
Saddle up the horses, pack the camp, and head back! The road will take a new route, but also "light" - a car will transport things to the base.
Along the way, we will overcome several fords (at low water levels in the river), consolidate our cross-country riding skills.
Accommodation at the campsite. Lunch.

Day 6 - The beginning of rafting on the White River
Breakfast.
Preparation for the water route (the group is equipped with equipment).
Safety briefing: "Rules of conduct on the route".
Transfer to the starting point of the rafting.
Experts say that the most beautiful places on the Belaya River (Agidel) begin from the village of Kaga.
This section of the route is even called the "nature gallery", as it contains the best masterpieces of the Southern Urals.
Field nutrition. Overnight in tents.
The length of the rafting: ~ 8 km.
Day 7 - Continuation of the rafting
Continuation of the rafting (~ 10 km).
You will be surrounded by mountains covered with coniferous and mixed forests, limestone cliffs.
It is possible to pick berries and mushrooms at the parking lots (depending on the season), organize a tourist bath, swim in a clear mountain river, comfort and warmth of a campfire.
Field nutrition.
Overnight in tents.
The length of the rafting: ~ 10 km.
Day 8 - Completion of the rafting
Breakfast in the field.
Completion of the rafting (~ 13 km). Withdrawal from the route.
Transfer to the campsite.
Accommodation at the campsite. Lunch.

The length of the rafting: ~ 13 km.
Day 9 - Shulgan-Tash
Breakfast.
Transfer to the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve (100 km).
Visit to the museum and demonstration complex of the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve.
The basis for the creation of the reserve was the habitation in this region of the core of a purebred aboriginal honeybee population — the Burzyansk honey bee ("burzyanki") in the conditions of bee farming — Bashkir folk art.
This reserve turned out to be the world's first zone protecting native wild bees.
You will have the opportunity to taste on-board honey (for an additional fee per season).
An introduction to the natural and cultural heritage site included in the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List: a unique monument of the Paleolithic era — the Shulgan-Tash cave (Kapova Cave).
Thousands of years ago, primitive people lived in it and left their drawings of animals on the walls. Such ancient drawings, before their discovery in this cave, were known only in caves in Spain and France.
Regardless of the time of year, the cave maintains a constant temperature of +7 Celsius. Therefore, it is necessary to have warm clothes with you.
Lunch with elements of Bashkir cuisine. Acquaintance with Bashkir customs.
A master class in archery or playing the kurai.
Return to the campsite (100 km).

Day 10 - Grace Mountain, departure
Breakfast. Vacation in Kaga village.
Room release before 12:00 (local time).
Walking tour to Mount Blagodat (8 km).
A sharp, almost hundred—meter cliff towards the bend of the Belaya River (Agidel), which offers a wonderful view, beautiful at any time of the year - an overview of the Bashtau ridge.
Lunch.
There are several possible departure options on the tour:
Option # 1: Independent departure after lunch (before 15:00 local time).
Option #2: Group transfer for an additional fee:
departure to Ufa: departure from Kaga village from 15:00 to 16:00 local time). Approximate arrival in Ufa by 21:00 (Ufa department store, October Avenue, 31);
departure to Beloretsk: departure from Kaga village from 15:00 to 16:00 local time. Approximate arrival in Beloretsk at 17:00 (by car or railway station).

The tour provides accommodation at tourist bases (2-, 3-bed accommodation in a room, facilities on the block/dome house (2 bathrooms for 3 rooms)) and in tents.

The cost of the tour for 1 person is 91,500 rubles.

Single occupancy is possible (in a Twin or DBL room) and in single tents, subject to availability, for an additional fee.

It is located in the mountainous part of Bashkiria in the village of Kaga, Beloretsky district. The restored buildings of the 19th century (the former estate of the mining hospital) and modern residential buildings are organically combined on the territory.

Domed houses ("average comfort level") have an unusual circular architecture that gives a sense of privacy and unity with nature.

The total area of the house is 60 m2, inside there are 3 separate rooms (2-3 people each). The rooms have 1 double or 2 single beds, orthopedic mattresses and comfortable pillows, 2 towels, cups, a kettle, shelves for things and mirrors.

2 shared bathrooms at the house, a common corridor. Heating, water and sewerage are centralized and work smoothly.

There is a separate building with a kitchen and a dining room with panoramic views of the Ural Mountains, equipped with baths, recreation areas and Parking space. A Wi-fi network is available. For information: Megafon and Beeline have a good cellular signal, MTS does not work stably, and Tele2 does not pick up.

It's important to know

casual set of at least 2 pairs of trousers:
- wool or cotton;
- nylon or Bolognese (jeans are not recommended);
several T-shirts and long sleeve shirts;
windbreaker/raincoat;
hat and cap;
a sweatshirt or a sweater;
several changes of socks (cotton and wool) and underwear;
bathing suit;
athletic shoes for walking in the woods and on mountain trails (preferably two pairs of sneakers);
well-fitting sandals on the foot.

For recreation on water routes (rafting on the river) are necessary:

warm clothes, preferably made of natural wool, because only wool warms even in water.;
The best shoes for rafting are sneakers, running shoes or any other lightweight lace–up shoes with a wool sock.;
to protect your hands from cold water, it is better to stock up on a protective cream or fat, or have leather gloves.

Don't forget: washbasins, personal first aid kit, insect bites, sunscreen, sunglasses, flashlight, camping towel, photo/video equipment (in a waterproof case), charger.

You must have personal documents with you, as well as a compulsory medical insurance policy.

The tour was excellently organized. We traveled in a comfortable bus with a professional and friendly driver. The accommodation and meals were also very good. I would especially like to highlight our guide, Elena. Her deep knowledge, outstanding understanding of the region, engaging and expressive storytelling, subtle sense of humor, and excellent communication skills make her a top-class professional. She managed to bring together a group of very different people and became our leader and the heart of the group throughout all 10 days. There was, however, one thing that slightly detracted from the overall impression: the indifferent attitude and reluctance to address guests’ concerns on the part of the administration of the Chaika campsite at the Nugush Reservoir.
