The Chegem Gorge is one of the most picturesque in the Caucasus, where the film "Sannikov Land" was filmed, a walk along the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem Waterfalls — the largest karst waterfalls in the Caucasus.

Transfer to the Cherek gorge ~ 2 hours.

OPTION I

Excursion "Honey waterfalls" at 13:20.

Koltso Mountain is one of the Lermontov places in Kislovodsk.

Tea house (free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jam). There is an opportunity to buy: jams, herbs, sweets. 

Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls. On the territory of the camp site there is an ethnographic museum "Karachayevsky farmstead", national costumes for photos.

Return to the hotel ~ at 19:00.

OPTION II

Excursion "Zheleznovodsk" at 14:20.

Zheleznovodsk is the most picturesque of the resort towns of the Caucasian Mineral Waters. It is located on the slopes of Zheleznaya Mountain. It is famous for its calcium waters. 

A walk through the Zheleznovodsk resort Park: Ostrovsky baths, Lermontov spring, monument to M.Y.Lermontov, cottage of the Emir of Bukhara (E.Telman sanatorium), Pushkin Gallery, monument to A.S. Pushkin, Slavyanovsky and Smirnov springs (tasting of mineral water), Smirnov playground, Cascade staircase.

Return to Pyatigorsk ~ at 18:00.

OPTION I

Excursion "ELBRUS" ~ at 6:30.

Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.

According to the program of the excursion:

Meals on the route for an additional fee.

Breakfast ~ at 8.00. in a roadside cafe — khychin (flatbread with cheese and potatoes or meat) and herbal tea.

Stop (~ for 2 hours) at the Cheget meadow — the foot of the Cheget mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather. Two levels of the chairlift lift to a height of 3100 meters above sea level.

Stop (~ 3 hours) at the Azau meadow — the southern foot of the Elbrus. Climbing on closed cable cars.

• The 1st level rises to a height of 3000 meters above sea level - the station "Stary Krugozor". 
• The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level - Mir station.
• The 3rd level rises to a height of 3900 meters above sea level - the Gara-Bashi station.

Lunch at Azau after the descent from the cable cars ~ at 14:00. National Balkarian cuisine: shurpa, lagman, kebabs, trout, manta rays, hychines.

Stop at Narzanov glade (~ 30 min.) on the way back from Elbrus. Narzan tasting, you can take unlimited bottles with you for free.

OPTION II

Excursion to DOMBAY ~ at 6:30.

Dombai is the most famous tourist and ski center in the Western Caucasus. The edge of the blue sky, intoxicating air, rushing rivers, everyone is amazed by the whiteness of huge glaciers, the emerald green of forests and the bright diversity of alpine meadows.

Breakfast – Karachai hychines, tea on mountain herbs.

The Ullu Muruju Mountain river is one of the cleanest rivers on the planet from which you can drink! A stop, a photo, a set of bottled water.

Dombayskaya polyana (~ at 11.00.) — stop ~ for 4 hours. All cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of Moussa Achitara Mountain.

• 1st ascent by a closed cable car to a height of 2270 m above sea level.
• 2nd ascent of the 6-seater chairlift to a height of 3012 m.n.o.m.
• 3rd ascent of the 4-seater chairlift to a height of 3200 m.n.o.m.

Excursion "Mountain Ingushetia" at 5:30. 

Ingushetia is a land of towers and legends.

According to the program of the tour:

Stop for breakfast ~ at 8.00. at a roadside cafe.

Armkhi Resort — ascent by chairlift to the panoramic platform of Erzi (according to weather conditions).

The Egikal tower complex is the medieval capital of Ingushetia.

The Vnushki tower complex, one of the 10 man-made wonders of Russia.

The temple of Thaba-Yerdy is the earliest Christian temple in the Caucasus (VIII century)

The gorge of the Assa River, decorated with stone pillars.

The "Tower of Concord" in the city of Magas, ascent to a glass balcony at a height of about 100 meters. 

Lunch is a dry meal (take extra with you!).

Stop for dinner on the way back (~ at 7.30 pm), at a roadside cafe.
