Excursion "Upper Balkaria" at 6:50.
According to the program of the tour:
The Chegem Gorge is one of the most picturesque in the Caucasus, where the film "Sannikov Land" was filmed, a walk along the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem Waterfalls — the largest karst waterfalls of the Caucasus;
after the walk, a late breakfast with dishes of the national Balkarian cuisine for an additional fee;
transfer to the Cherek gorge 2 hours;
The village of Upper Balkaria in the Cherek Gorge is the ancestral home of the Balkarian people. Inspection of ancient towers;
Cherekskaya Gorge — stop at the observation deck near a deep cliff overlooking the ancient mountain road;
Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold);
Aushiger village — bathing in a hot spring.
Return to the hotel at 19:30.

Day 3 - Friday. Zheleznovodsk or Honey waterfalls

Option I Tour "Honey Waterfalls" at 13:20.
According to the program of the tour:
Koltso Mountain is one of the Lermontov places in Kislovodsk;
Tea house (free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jam);
Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls.
On the territory of the campsite there is an ethnographic museum "Karachay's compound", national costumes for photos.
Return to the hotel at 19:00.

Option II Excursion "Zheleznovodsk" at 14:20.
According to the program of the tour:
Zheleznovodsk is the most picturesque of the resort towns of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
A walk through the Zheleznovodsk resort Park: Ostrovsky baths, Lermontov spring, monument to M.Y. Lermontov, cottage of the Emir of Bukhara (E.Telman sanatorium), Pushkin Gallery, monument to A.S. Pushkin, Slavyanovsky and Smirnov springs (tasting of mineral water), Smirnov playground, Cascade staircase.
Return to Pyatigorsk at 18:00.

Day 4 - Saturday. Elbrus or Dombay
Option I Excursion "Elbrus" at 6:30.
According to the program of the tour:
stop for breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe for an additional fee;
stop (2 hours) at the Cheget meadow — the foot of the Cheget mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather;
two levels of the chairlift lift to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level;
stop (3 hours) at the Azau meadow — the southern foot of Elbrus;
climbing on closed cable cars;
lunch at Azau after the descent from the cable cars for an additional fee at 14:00;
stop at Narzanov glade (30 min) on the way back from Elbrus.
Narzan tasting, you can take unlimited bottles with you for free.
Return to the hotel at 19:30.

Option II Excursion to Dombay at 6:30.
According to the program of the tour:

Dombayskaya polyana (at 11:00) — stop for 4 hours.
All cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of Moussa Achitara Mountain.
Ascent by cable cars from Dombayskaya polyana.
Free time, photos, tasting of the national Karachai cuisine for an additional fee.
Return to the hotel at 20:00.

Day 5 - Sunday. Mountainous Ingushetia
Excursion "Mountain Ingushetia" at 5:30.
Only for Russian citizens. To visit the Republic of Ingushetia, in addition to the passport of the Russian Federation, tourists must have a permanent residence permit (not temporary registration).
According to the program of the tour:
Stop for breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe for an additional fee.
Armkhi resort — ascent by chairlift to the panoramic platform of Erzi (according to weather conditions);
The Egikal Tower Complex is the medieval capital of Ingushetia;
the Vnushki tower complex, one of the 10 man-made wonders of Russia;
The temple of Thaba-Yerdy is the earliest Christian temple in the Caucasus (VIII century);
Assa River gorge decorated with stone pillars;
The "Tower of Concord" in the city of Magas, ascent to a glass balcony at a height of about 100 meters.
Lunch is a dry meal (take extra with you).
Stop for dinner on the way back at 19:30, at a roadside cafe for an additional fee.
Return to the hotel at 22:00.

It's important to know

Documents:

The first and most important thing is the documents! Passport and birth certificate of the child (if you are traveling with children). What for? Firstly, in your travels you will cross the borders of the subjects of the Russian Federation and therefore passport control is possible. Secondly, there is a discount for children on all cable cars, but only upon presentation of a birth certificate!

Clothes:

Clothes should be light, comfortable and warm. Traveling through the mountains, you will most likely have to cross several climatic zones at once, which means that the temperature difference is guaranteed. Therefore, do not be lazy to put on several things at once. Let's have a T-shirt, a warm sweater, and a down vest on you. You can always take off the top "layer", or vice versa, quickly insulate yourself as needed. And be sure to wear warm, waterproof shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit and slippers. And also take spare dry socks with you (take them with you on excursions if your feet get wet). For women, a headscarf for visiting mosques and temples

Cosmetics:

Sunscreen in order to avoid sunburn is simply necessary! After all, it is much easier to get them in the mountains than in the flat part. Do not forget a hygienic lipstick, because it is often windy in the mountains and you can chafe your lips. As well as sunglasses.
