Day 1 -
Arrival. Thermal immersion
We will meet in Mineralnye Vody at the airport or at the railway station. From here, a transfer will take you to a hotel in Kabardino-Balkaria (about 2 hours on the road), where we will stay in a hotel with a swimming pool or thermal spring.
In the evening we will swim and have dinner with Caucasian dishes.
Timing of the day:
15:00 Meeting at the airport or railway station of Mineralnye Vody, transfer to Auschwitz;
17:00 Check-in at the hotel.

Day 2 -
Blue water and mountain gorges
Blue lakes (catamarans or saps);
The Cherek Gorge;
Upper Balkaria.
We are going to the Blue Lakes, the bottom of which Jacques Cousteau tried to find. Only in the 21st century, scientists have established that the depth of the lower lake is 297 meters!
It is full of riddles that experts have no answers to. Let's try to solve their mystery and go for a ride on catamarans or boots.
The next location on the route is the Cherek Gorge. It's so high here that it's better not to get too close to the edge of the cliff. Down is the height of a 60-storey building!
We will drive all over Upper Balkaria and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains from different viewing platforms. There is a treasure trove of ancient villages and ruins with a special energy and atmosphere.

Day 3 -
The Bezengian Wall
"Troll's Tongue" with a view of the Bezengian Wall;

Today will bring you a lot of cool photos, because we are going to one of the most beautiful places in the North Caucasus, where 6 out of 8 thousand mountain peaks are located. These are Bezengi.
We will visit the Troll language with grand views of the Bezengian Wall. This is a rock ledge soaring above the world, the very sight of which takes your breath away!
Here we will have lunch in nature with extremely beautiful views.
Another fabulously beautiful and mysterious place is the Jabo-Kala fortress. This ogre's castle is one of the main mythological heroes of the Bezengi district and the entire Kabardino–Balkaria.
Many date the construction of the castle back to the 14th and 15th centuries, and all the Hulamo-Bezengi landscapes are visible from its walls.

Day 4 -
Chegem and Aktoprak pass
Chegem gorge and waterfalls;

the ancient village of Eltuby;

In the morning, we leave for the Chegem gorge, the most famous in Kabardino–Balkaria, with our belongings. Its decoration is the Chegem waterfalls. Here you will have the opportunity to walk along the gorge, and for lunch you will taste a real Caucasian barbecue, as in the best traditions of the republic.
Next in the program of the day is the village of long-livers, the village of Eltuby, where anomalies occur over time. Let's see for ourselves, take a walk among the juniper-strewn mountain slopes and see the crypts.
We are heading towards Elbrus along one of the most beautiful passes of the Caucasus – Aktoprak. It is assumed that this is one of the branches of the Great Silk Road, and Tamerlane's road, along which he pursued the army of Khan Tokhtamysh.
Here we will admire the beautiful views of the surroundings and learn the legend that these places preserve. And after that, check into the hotel in the Azau glade at the foot of Mount Elbrus.

Day 5 -
A date with Elbrus
cable car ride to Garabashi station;

Garabashi, the highest cable car station on Elbrus, holds the Guinness Book of Records.

Next, we drive to the slopes of Mount Cheget, which is located right next to Mount Elbrus. As the crow flies, it's only 4 km. It is from here that the panorama of the Semerka glacier and the best view of Elbrus opens from the top.
We go down and go to the narzan meadow. A unique natural place where more than 5 types of mineral springs are concentrated. Everyone who tries them will become more cheerful and healthier.

Day 6 -
Lake Gizhgit and canyon
Gizhgit Lake Walk;

On this day, we say goodbye to the Azau meadow and the Elbrus region and move to Pyatigorsk. The road will pass through the picturesque Baksan gorge, where we will stop at the mountainous lake Gizhgit, shrouded in legends.
We'll have lunch in nature here.
Another unpopular and incredibly beautiful place that we will visit is the Kyzyl Gorge. It is located just outside the village of Kendelen. The path will pass through a narrow gorge under overhanging steep cliffs framed by forests.
At the end of the day we will move to Pyatigorsk. We check into the hotel, have dinner and relax.

Day 7 -
Jila-Su and the energy of nature
Sirkh Mountain;
Jily-Su tract: bathing in springs, Karakaya-Su waterfall;

Today we will see Sirkh Mountain, or Surkh, which is older than Elbrus. In unimaginably ancient times, when the Caucasus Mountains had not yet spread the surface of the Earth, Mount Sirkh in the Tashlysyrt range was the highest point of the surrounding area, and its epic slopes saw many events on the planet.
Northern Kabardino-Balkaria is not at all like southern Kabardino-Balkaria, and driving through its pasture expanses, you will be surprised by these contrasts.
Here you will find the mystical tract of Jila-Su, which is one of the most beautiful mountain roads in Russia.
Take a dip and recharge your batteries in the narzan baths, where the water bursts out of the ground with the force of a boxing punch.
On the way back, we will stop at the popular Narzan Valley eco-park. Beria and Budyonny rested in these places. There are more than 20 species of narzanes that bubble right out of the ground. There is even a silver spring here.
Let's go back to the llama farm. These cute stuffed animals will not leave anyone indifferent.
In the evening we return to the hotel in Pyatigorsk.

We will devote the first half of the final day of the trip to exploring the resort town of Pyatigorsk. The history and legends of this city will be told by its iconic places: the Flower Garden Park, the eagle statue symbol of the Caucasian Mineral Waters, the Aeolian harp, gazebos and grottoes.
To make the memory of this trip live not only in memories, we will definitely visit the famous Upper Market in the city, where we will buy souvenirs, and the gastronomic point of the city – the Mir Cuisine gastro market, where we will try baked mussels with red sauce or delicious lula in the Shrimp Room.
Then transfer to the airport or railway station.
It will be sad to leave, because you get attached to these places with your soul. This is when you bring back from a trip not a suitcase of things and souvenirs, but a love for the mountains in your heart.
