Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival. Alan hillfort, the face of Christ. Camp

11:30-12:00 Gathering of the group at the railway station near the main entrance from the city and at the Mineralnye Vody airport near the main entrance.

Transfer by minibus to the village. Arkhyz, to the meadow of Taulu about 3-3.5 hours. On the way to the mountains, we will stop in the village of Nizhny Arkhyz. Archaeologists believe that it was in these places that the great state of Alanya was located a long time ago.

From those times to the present day, three beautiful temples, a solar calendar and a stern stone warrior have survived. We will be happy to take a leisurely tour of the ancient settlement, walk through the streets of ancient Alanya and learn the history of these places.

We will also climb the slope of the Macesti ridge using a staircase of 527 steps to see the rock face of Christ. After the walk, the first pleasant bonus awaits you — the local souvenir market.

The tour duration is 2 hours. Clothing type: T-shirt, fleece, trousers, shoes for walking on asphalt and on flat ground. In the backpack: cap, raincoat, camera, travel foam, water.

Transfer to the Taulu glade. We set up a tent camp in the protected area, there are hammocks, trolls, outdoor games, and nimble squirrels are constantly running around the camp.

The campsite is located at an altitude of 1600 m. The duration of the transfer with things from the minibus to the camp is 1-2 minutes.
