According to the program of the tour:
The Chegem Gorge is one of the most picturesque in the Caucasus, where the film "Sannikov Land" was shot, a walk through the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem Waterfalls, the largest karst waterfalls in the Caucasus.
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
After the walk— a late breakfast (extra charge) from dishes of national Balkarian cuisine: kebabs, zhalbaur (liver), trout, lagman, shurpa, khychiny, homemade wine, tea on mountain herbs.
Transfer to the Cherek gorge in 2 hours.
The village of Verkhnyaya Balkaria in the Cherek Gorge is the ancestral home of the Balkarian people. An inspection of the ancient towers.
Cherek Gorge is a stop on an observation deck near a deep cliff overlooking an ancient mountain road.
Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold).
Aushiger village — bathing in a hot spring. The entrance to the territory of the thermal spring is 300 rubles.
Return to the hotel at 19:30.

Honey Waterfalls tour at 13:20.
According to the program of the tour:
Mount Koltso is one of the Lermontov sites in Kislovodsk.
Tea house (free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jam). There is an opportunity to buy: jams, herbs, sweets.
Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls. On the territory of the campsite there is the ethnographic museum "Karachayevsky courtyard", national costumes for photos.
Return to the hotel at 19:00.

OPTION II
Excursion "Zheleznovodsk" at 14:20.
According to the program of the tour:
Zheleznovodsk is the most picturesque of the resort towns of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
It is located on the slopes of Mount Zheleznaya. It is famous for its calcium-rich waters.
A walk through the Zheleznovodsk resort Park: Ostrovsky baths, Lermontov spring, monument to M.Y. Lermontov, dacha of the Emir of Bukhara (E.Telman sanatorium), Pushkin Gallery, monument to A.S. Pushkin, Slavyanovsky and Smirnov springs (tasting of mineral water), Smirnov playground, Cascade staircase.
Return to Pyatigorsk at 18:00.

Day 4 - Elbrus or Dombay to choose from
The selected tour must be indicated at the time of booking! Otherwise, it reserves the right to determine the tour at its discretion, and in this case, claims will not be accepted.
OPTION I
The ELBRUS tour starts at 6:00.
Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.
According to the program of the excursion:
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
Breakfast ~ at 7:00- 8:00. in the roadside cafe there are khichins, coffee, herbal tea.
Stop (~ for 2 hours) at Cheget glade — the foot of Cheget Mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather.
Two levels of the chairlift are raised to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.
Stop (~ 3 hours) at the Azau glade, the southern foot of Mount Elbrus.
Climbing on closed cable cars.
The 1st level rises to a height of 3,000 meters above sea level - the Stary Krugozor station.
The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level - the Mir station.
The 3rd level rises to a height of 3,900 meters above sea level - Gara-Bashi station.
Lunch at the Azau after the descent from the cable cars ~ at 14.00.
National Balkarian cuisine: shurpa, lagman, kebabs, trout, manti, khichins.
Stop at Narzanov glade (~ 30 min.) on the way back from Elbrus.
Narzan tasting, you can take unlimited bottles with you for free.

OPTION II
Excursion to DOMBAY ~ at 6:30.
Dombay is the most famous tourist and ski resort in the Western Caucasus.
A land of blue skies, intoxicating air, rushing rivers, everyone is struck by the whiteness of huge glaciers, the emerald greenery of forests and the bright diversity of alpine meadows.
According to the program of the excursion:
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
Breakfast – Karachai khichins, tea on mountain herbs.
There is a short stop in the Teberdinsk National Park: either the Ullu-Muruju Mountain River or the Kara Kel Lake.
Dombayskaya polyana (~ at 11.00.) — stop for ~ 4 hours.
All the cable cars in Dombay run along the slopes of the Moussa Achitara Mountain.
Cable car ride from Dombayskaya Polyana.
1st ascent by closed cable car to a height of 2270 m above sea level.
2nd ascent on a 6-seater chairlift to a height of 3012 m. above sea level.
3rd ascent on a 4-seater chairlift to a height of 3,200 m above sea level.
Free time: photos, tasting of local cuisine, markets, souvenirs.
Lunch at local cafes: khychiny, shurpa, lagman, kebabs, trout, manti, mulled wine, tea on mountain herbs.
Return to the hotel ~ at 7.30 pm.
20:00 Dinner at the hotel (if the tour includes meals).

Day 5 - Mountainous Ingushetia
Excursion "Mountainous Ingushetia" at 5:30.
Only for Russian citizens. To visit the Republic of Ingushetia, in addition to the passport of the Russian Federation, tourists must have a permanent residence permit (not a temporary registration). The document must be with you on the tour!
Ingushetia is a land of towers and legends.
According to the program of the tour:
Stop for breakfast (extra charge) at 8:00 at a roadside cafe.
Breakfast — Ossetian pies with cheese, meat, fruit fillings, shurpa, tea, coffee.
Egikal Tower Complex is the medieval capital of Ingushetia.
The Vnushki tower complex, one of the 10 man-made wonders of Russia.
Thaba-Yerdy Temple — the earliest Christian temple in the Caucasus (8th century)
Assa River gorge, decorated with stone pillars.
The Tower of Concord in the city of Magas, climbing to a glass balcony at a height of about 100 meters.
Lunch is a dry ration (take it with you on your own!).
Stop for dinner (extra charge) on the way back (at 19:30), at a roadside cafe.
Dinner — Ossetian pies with cheese, meat, fruit fillings, shurpa, tea, coffee.
Return to the hotel around 21:30.

It's important to know

Documents

The first and most important thing is the documents! PASSPORT and birth certificate of the child (if you are traveling with children). What for? Firstly, in your travels you will cross the borders of the subjects of the Russian Federation and therefore passport control is possible. Secondly, there is a discount for children on all cable cars, but only upon presentation of a birth certificate!

Clothes

Clothes should be light, comfortable and warm. Traveling through the mountains, you will most likely have to cross several climatic zones at once, which means that the temperature difference is guaranteed. Therefore, do not be lazy to put on several things at once. Let's have a T-shirt, a warm sweater, and a down vest on you. You can always take off the top "layer", or vice versa, quickly insulate yourself as needed. And be sure to wear warm, waterproof shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit and slippers. And also take spare dry socks with you (take them with you on excursions if your feet get wet). For women, a headscarf for visiting mosques and temples

Cosmetics

Sunscreen in order to avoid sunburn is simply necessary! After all, it is much easier to get them in the mountains than in the flat part. Do not forget a hygienic lipstick, because it is often windy in the mountains and you can chafe your lips. As well as sunglasses.
