After a morning breakfast at the hotel, we recommend that you visit the legendary Zander Institute of Mechanotherapy, a true pearl of Caucasian wellness culture. 

Here you will try on yourself the devices of the XIX century, which, despite their ancient history, still have a powerful therapeutic effect. 

This walk takes place independently, you can purchase an entrance ticket at the entrance to the institute.

Next, you will have a guided tour of the unique mud clinic in Essentuki, where ancient Roman architecture and premium treatments create an atmosphere of royal relaxation. 

A special program — VIP mud treatment using the "Caucasian method" or a mineral bath — is designed to make you feel maximum recovery. 

At the end of the procedure, you will be invited to relax in special halls (men's and women's) with refreshing oxygen cocktails and herbal tea.

Your third day will be a real journey into the heart of the majestic Dombay Mountains, named after the "bison", a symbol of strength and inviolability. 

That corner of the Main Caucasian Ridge is an open—air museum, where natural beauty impresses with its grandeur. Surrounded by centuries-old fir forests, you will climb to an altitude of 3002 meters by cable car.

The cable car ascent is carried out for an additional fee — from 2,300 rubles / person.

After conquering the heights, you will be introduced to a unique architectural monument — the Plate Hotel.

For lunch (on your own) dishes of traditional Karachay cuisine are waiting for you: juicy khichins, fresh trout on the grill and kebabs. 

Finish your meal with a cup of mountain herbal tea or a refreshing ayran while enjoying the crystal clear air.

After lunch, take a walk through the local market, where you can buy unique handmade products, natural mountain honey, jam and fragrant herbal preparations, which will become ideal souvenirs from this amazing place.

On the way back, you will make a stop in the Teberdinsky Nature Reserve near the crystal clear Ullu Muruju River, the water in which is so clear that it can be drunk directly from the river.

The day will end with a relaxing rest at the Pearl of the Caucasus thermal complex. 

Plunge into the hydro—massage pools with mineral water of different temperatures - from pleasant +25 to relaxing +41 degrees.

The last day of your trip will open before you one of the most historically significant cities of the Caucasus — Pyatigorsk. 

The city where Leo Tolstoy and Sergei Yesenin strolled, and where the presence of the great poet Mikhail Lermontov is still felt in every corner. 

Time seems to have stopped at his memorial house-museum, which you will also visit. 

You will have a city tour: a walk through the Tsvetnik Park, a visit to the Lermontov House Museum and a stop at the famous Eagle monument, the symbol of the entire region of Caucasian Mineral Waters.
 
 You can recover and take a break at lunch in one of the cafes in the city (not included in the price).

Complete your journey at altitude: climb to the top of Mount Mashuk by cable car to enjoy the views of the Caucasus Range for the last time, which you will remember forever.
