Today is a busy and very picturesque day of the tour!
Off-road transport will take us deeper into the mountains.
Our first location is Tamara Waterfall.
It is located on the Zapadka River.
The river runs calmly through the forest and at some point rapidly jumps down from a huge, stone ledge.
When you come to the waterfall, you quickly lose the feeling that you are in the Caucasus.
Visually, there is a very unusual gorge, ferns and tall plants grow around it, and all this makes you feel like you are in a jungle or in a tropical forest.
Let's move on!
The next location on the map is Black Lake.
As usual, it's actually green in color.
Let's go to the lake, take a walk here and take beautiful photos.
But our most important goal is still ahead!
And these are the Sancharo waterfalls.
The waterfalls are located on the river of the same name.
And the beauty of them is that they are stunningly unusual!
We are all used to the waterfall being just a stream of water from above.
But here the waterfalls are completely different!
In one place, Nature has created a huge, very picturesque rock, with waterfalls rushing from two sides.
They seem to come out from around the corner and create an emerald pool in front of them.
It all looks absolutely amazing!
And in June, rhododendrons are added to this beauty.
You will definitely enjoy trekking here!
Active part of the tour: 10.8 km on foot, altitude difference 1570-1930 m, duration 7-8 hours.
