In the morning at 8:00 breakfast in Dagestan, and immediately to the mountains.

There are a lot of interesting and unusual things waiting for us on this day. You can leave your suitcases in the rooms, and take some things with you for easy trekking in the mountains.

Gamsutl ghost village, also known as Dagestan Machu Picchu, one of the most ancient settlements in Russia, is located at an altitude of 1,500 m and impresses with its uniqueness, architecture and location.

First of all, while it's not hot yet, we will head to Gamsutl, at the foot of the mountain we will transfer to UAZ trucks and drive as close as possible to the ghost village, we will walk the rest of the way (about 40 minutes walk).

Lunch – after we go down, a delicious and hearty lunch awaits us below; shish kebab, pilaf, botisal and lagman (as well as tea, slicing and compote).

Chokh terraces are artificially created terraces for growing grain crops, it is believed that it was here that terrace culture and land cultivation were born.

This place is perfect for coffee, which the guide will brew right in front of you with a view of the beautiful views.

The Saltinskaya Gorge is an amazing 500–meter-long natural monument.

We will walk along a narrow path through a beautiful gorge. At the beginning, the gorge is about 40 meters wide, the further you go, the closer it gets and you notice how walls grow up to 15 meters around you, after which a fabulous underground waterfall suddenly appears.

The underground waterfall is a real miracle of nature, the highlight of Dagestan, hidden from prying eyes among the mountains of Dagestan, the most unusual and interesting 20-meter waterfall underground. It has been a natural monument since 1983.

Dinner – new national dishes are waiting for us in the restaurant

After dinner, free time, those who wish can also gather around the campfire and continue the warm evening playing various table games led by a guide.

We have breakfast at 8:00 and get on the road.

The Karadakh Gorge is the highest mountain gorge in Russia, with a width of 2 to 4 meters, a height of 170 meters and a length of more than 500 meters.

We will take a walk along the cable cars and beautiful stairs, very picturesque and beautiful places are waiting for us on the way to the gorge.

The gorge itself is very fascinating with its views and curves that are constantly changing shape.

Goor– known for its legendary towers and observation decks, is an active village in the Shamil district of Dagestan.

Accompanied by a local guide, Aksakal, we will walk through the beautiful viewing spots of these villages, reach the towers and hear the legends and stories of their creation.

The troll's tongue is a five–meter rocky ledge above a precipice overlooking the stunning Avarsky Koisu Valley, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Dagestan.

In this location, we will take spectacular photos on the edge of a cliff in bright hats and costumes.

Lunch in Goora – we will go to one of the ethno-houses where we will taste local dishes, and those who wish can learn how to cook according to the old recipe of the highlanders.

The Datun Temple is the oldest Christian church in Dagestan, built by Georgian missionaries in the early 11th century.

The temple is located in a picturesque and beautiful gorge.

The walls of the temple are very well preserved today.

After all the adventures, we will have dinner on the way at the Laguna Golching restaurant, which is located above the beautiful Gunib reservoir, and go to the barn house.

The Khunzakh plateau – silver waterfalls flow down from its cliffs and ancient villages are located. The height is 1700 m and the length is 29 kilometers.

During a walk on this plateau, the views seem like pictures, we will walk with you to the waterfalls of Tobot and Itlyatlyar.

The Itlyatlyar Waterfall is one of the highest waterfalls in Russia, with a height of up to 100 meters.

Tobot Waterfall is the most beautiful waterfall in Dagestan, formed from various small rivers flowing into a plateau up to 70 meters long.

For lunch, we will try 5 different national dishes of the Avar people, and we will definitely try the well-known apricot porridge for dessert.

Matlas Extreme Park is a place popular for its mountain views and waterfalls.

We will take a walk under the Khan waterfall, update our album with interesting photos, and those who wish can ride a 700-meter-long zipline (optional, for an additional fee of 1,000 rubles).

The stone bowl is a gallery inside the rocks, huge natural halls, where instead of ceilings, the blue sky of Dagestan is above you.

To get inside, we will walk through an extremely narrow corridor and enter the stone thicket itself.

After that, we say goodbye to the Avar lands.

Next, we will find the most ancient city, the open-air museum of Derbent and check-in at the 3\4* Hotel.

After check-in, dinner awaits us, where we will taste one of the most delicious dishes of southern Dagestan, Tabasaran miracle.

In the evening, you will have the opportunity to go to the most multimedia fountain in Russia, admission is free (from 18:00 to 22:00).

The Caspian monster or Lun ekranoplan was the pride of the Soviet Union, a hybrid of a ship and an airplane. The Soviet strike missile carrier project 903.

Naryn-Kala Fortress is the main attraction of Derbent. It was built by order of the Persian ruler in the 6th century. One of the largest in the world and the oldest fortress in Russia.

We will walk through the fortress, the old streets of Magali and look into the Juma Mosque — I will tell you all the secrets, history and legends of Derbent.

Magaly is a historical quarter in the old part of Derbent, where centuries–old houses, Mosques and oriental baths have been preserved.

The Juma Mosque is the oldest mosque in Russia and the CIS. The date of construction is 733-734.

Bazaar and souvenirs – let's go for a walk in the market and souvenir shops!

Lunch at the ethnodome. Our last meal will not be held normally, we will have an immersive lunch on the floor (table 30 cm) on comfortable pillows. Where we will taste the dishes of Southern Dagestan. Let's try on the national clothes of a mountain woman and a horseman.
