Day 1 - Check-in. A program to choose from
Transfer from Mineralnye Vody Airport (group) at 13:00.
Check-in at the hotel at 13:45.
Option I Trip to the Caucasian Healer eco-farm at 15:30.
The unique eco-farm "Caucasian Healer" is 10 km from Pyatigorsk at the foot of the Yutsa Jutsa mountains.
For those who care about their health, who appreciate natural products and the healing properties of nature, they definitely need to visit the Caucasian Healer ecofarm.
According to the program:
communication and photo sessions with charming animals in the contact zoo: horses, donkeys, goats, lambs, chickens, peacocks, ducks, nutria.
Then an exciting program begins in a cozy warm hall decorated with a Caucasian flavor:
a story about the production of medicinal cosmetics, tinctures, soaps and much more based on medicinal herbs, bee products, medicinal minerals;
soap making master class;
a master class on mulled wine preparation;
tasting of farm products: butter, sour cream, freshly baked bread, cheese, as well as hot herbal tea and fruit juice from local berries.

Transfer to the village of Suvorovskaya.
Suvorov thermal springs are a great place for treatment and relaxation.
On the fenced territory of the complex there are pools with hot mineral water (2 outdoor and 1 indoor).
Mineral water relieves pain in the joints and back well, calms the nervous system.
There are contraindications. It is necessary to consult a doctor.

Day 2 - Elbrus
Excursion "Elbrus" at 5:30.
Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.
According to the program of the tour:
Stop for breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe for an additional fee.
Stop (2 hours) at the Cheget meadow — the foot of the Cheget mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather.
Two levels of the chairlift lift to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.
Stop (3 hours) at the Azau meadow — the southern foot of the Elbrus.
Climbing on closed cable cars:
The 1st level rises to a height of 3000 meters above sea level — the station "Old Horizon";
The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level — Mir station;
The 3rd level rises to a height of 3900 meters above sea level — the Gara-Bashi station.
Lunch at Azau after the descent from the cable cars for an additional fee at 14:00.
Stop at Narzanov glade (30 min.) on the way back from Elbrus.
Narzan tasting, you can take unlimited bottles with you for free.
Return to Pyatigorsk at 19:30.

Day 3 - A program to choose from
Option I Excursion to Dombai at 05:30.
Dombayskaya Polyana is the heart of the mountains of the northwestern Caucasus, a famous tourist and ski center.
According to the program of the tour:
stop for breakfast at 8:45 for an additional fee;
The Ullu Muruju mountain river is one of the cleanest rivers on the planet from which you can drink! Stop, photo, set of bottled water;
Dombayskaya polyana — stop for 4 hours.
Arriving at Dombayskaya Polyana, everyone climbs the slopes of Moussa Achitara Mountain to an altitude of 3,200 meters above sea level to see a breathtaking panorama of the Main Caucasian Ridge with its famous peaks: Dombay-Ulgen, Sulakhat, Sufruju, Belalakaya, Ine Peak, etc.
From there you can see the gorges of the Gonachkhir, Alibek, Teberda rivers and numerous glaciers, as well as Dombayskaya glade surrounded by huge mountains.
Cable car ascent from Dombayskaya polyana for an additional fee.
Free time.
Return to Pyatigorsk at 19:30.

Ingushetia is a land of towers and legends.
Stop for breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe for an additional fee.
According to the program of the tour:
The Egikal Tower Complex is the medieval capital of Ingushetia;
the Vnushki tower complex, one of the 10 man-made wonders of Russia;
The temple of Thaba-Yerdy is the earliest Christian temple in the Caucasus (VIII century);
Assa River gorge decorated with stone pillars;
The "Tower of Concord" in the city of Magas, ascent to a glass balcony at a height of about 100 meters.
Lunch is a dry ration (take extra with you).
Stop for dinner on the way back (at 19:30), at a roadside cafe for an additional fee.
Return to the hotel at 22:00.

It is located in the center of Pyatigorsk. It offers rooms with wonderful views of Mount Beshtau or the Caucasus Mountains, a 24-hour restaurant and a sports club. It's important to know

Documents

The first and most important thing is the documents! PASSPORT and birth certificate of the child (if you are traveling with children). What for? Firstly, in your travels you will cross the borders of the subjects of the Russian Federation and therefore passport control is possible. Secondly, there is a discount for children on all cable cars, but only upon presentation of a birth certificate!

Clothes

Clothes should be light, comfortable and warm. Traveling through the mountains, you will most likely have to cross several climatic zones at once, which means that the temperature difference is guaranteed. Therefore, do not be lazy to put on several things at once. Let you wear a T-shirt, a warm jacket, a down vest, and a warm jacket. You can always take off the top "layer", or vice versa, quickly insulate yourself as needed. And be sure to wear warm, waterproof shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit and slippers. And also take spare dry socks with you (take them with you on excursions if your feet get wet). For women, a headscarf for visiting mosques and temples

Cosmetics

Sunscreen in order to avoid sunburn is simply necessary! After all, it is much easier to get them in the mountains than on the flat part. Do not forget a hygienic lipstick, because it is often windy in the mountains and you can chafe your lips. As well as sunglasses.
